I paid, in the ballpark of $1,500.00, for undercoating when I bought my Mazda, find out two years later that they never installed it. Mazda offers to install the undercoating, provide an oil change and offer me a rental at no cost. I drop my car off the first time, no rental car available, have to reschedule.

Second attempt at my appointment, I decide to call the day before to make sure there is a rental waiting for me. I am ensured, by Mazda staff, that there is a rental available. Show up to drop my car off, no rental available and I am given the cost for my oil change. Because of Mazda s lack of communication with frontline staff and tardiness I now have to rearrange my entire day and cancel prior arrangements to make sure I work around Mazda s schedule and incompetence.

I will give recognition to the girl at the service desk who was able to arrange a rental car through a third party renral company for me.

I am not upset that Mazda did not install my undercoating, they made a mistake and have shown to provide the product that I paid for in the end. It is there approach to providing their service that has been absolutely below satisfactory. I should not have to rearrange my schedule to meet your mistakes.
