I recentley took my car in to have it service. The service guy I dealth with was Seth, he so nice and courteous to me that I felt that I was in good hands. I had no idea that the problem was so major that my car could have caught fire. He let me know that they would do everything within their power to make sure my car runs safely. Although all the Glory belongs to God, I do Thank Seth for his caring and understanding.....He's the Guy
Horrible customer service! So it all started when I took my vehicle for a 30,000 maintenance to this location. I made an appointment a few days before to make sure everything will run smoothly that day, and it was my first time in that location, so I go to the receptionist and explain the reason of my visit, and she tells me to wait and she sends me some salesman that doesn't know what was going on? he asks me how can he help me, I tell him the reason of my visit and he says, "oh, I'm sales not service, let me bring the proper person" and the next guy that was sent to me is also from sales!! And he finally told me where to go to "check my appointment". I go there to the service department, and I tell them about my appointment, and they had like no idea I was supposed to be there at that time. Is like nobody paid attention to the appointment. And so I explain again the service I was there for, and they check the car and gave me the options of what can I get, even though I have told them what I wanted at the beginning and also to the lady in the phone while making my appointment. 3 weeks later or so, I'm trying to reach the service department because there seems to be something wrong with the cabin air filter, and they messed with it while servicing my car, so I've called already 5 times in a row, and still can't reach nobody. The receptionist tone was inattentive and after having to call after the 2nd and 3rd call, she literally told me "Yeah, if you want someone from service you have to call different times to try to get them on the phone", what?? so much for good customer service! in my 4th and 5th call, she didn't even answered me, she just transferred me, and the only option I had was to leave a voicemail to someone. I doubt they even call back to people... Horrible attention to customers! I love my car but so far hate this store. The store I bought my car from is 30 minutes away from my new department, so I have to use this one, but should it matter? SMH
I went to take care of a manufacturer recall. The service counter told me I would be out in an hour and a half and I was out in that time. It was my choice to get a ride from them home and back or just hang out at the store. I chose to hang out at the store. All the people there are pretty friendly and smile and say hello when they see you.
On 16 Nov 2020, my 2015 Ford F150 was scheduled for re-call 20S31. I arrived @ 0630 Hrs in the service department, I received a call from Mr. Ayo @ 1144hrs that my F150 was ready for pickup. Recall 20S31 complete .The recall were performed in outstanding and timely manner. Mr. Ayo provided outstanding / exceptional service. The entire North Central service personnel, performed in a 5 Star manner. I will continue to have my F150 serviced and repaired at North Central Ford.

I recently purchased a Ford Escape from the dealership. Michael "Red" Redmond was the sales person that helped me out with showing me the Ford Escape. he was very attentive and seemed trustworthy. I almost didn't go through when I was sent to finance to finish paperwork. I know it was late and I wasn't expecting to stay and buy the vehicle, but the finance person Michael Potocki seemed he was in a rush, didn't explain anything and just continued giving me documentation. He tried to be sympathetic but it's hard when you are fake. maybe Red should give him some customer service training. Maybe if I was a woman and white he would've made the time to explain everything. I almost stood up and left, but Red was very cool during my visit so decided to stay and do the purchase. Although we do ratings, these kind of people manage to continue being stuck up A__H like they are doing us a favor in selling us a car. Red keep up the good work!! Lowered rating due to customer service after buying package... when I can to the service area they didn t know why I was coming for... I never got called for my plates... I went to a car wash (sloppy btw) and told me they had plates... the package documentation was filed away and when I voiced my frustration and idiot called Juan got offended... does he have any customer service skills? If I could ve been able to return purchase, I would go to Toyota... AVOID the ADVANTAGE package... it s a rip off and service is very bad after you get it...

What I don't understand is why my vehicle couldn't be aligned properly, yet I took it to another shop, not even a dealership, and it was able to be aligned all in the green. I trusted what I was told about possibly needing extra parts, but that was not the case. An unfortunate situation when I'm bringing it to the manufacturer essentially and my alignment was not completed properly.

Four Stars isn't a bad thing. I would give 4.5 but can't. The only reason for the half star deduction is because I think there are a couple of things that could be improved, but the NCF Staff are aware and working toward that perfection.
Since purchasing at NCF in September 2016 I have been back about a dozen times. At first it was because of a mistake on my contract that resulted from a miscommunication. Honestly, I was upset and kind of tore them up on a satisfaction survey. This turned out to be a good thing.
It prompted a phone call and emails asking me to come in and voice my concerns. This is a big deal because the contract was signed, it was a done deal. The fact that they could have said, "oh well, you signed it" but didn't, is why I will buy again from them. After sitting down and talking it out, the issue was resolved. Based on how many NC Ford badges I see on vehicles, I know that losing me probably wouldn't hurt their bottom line, but in my meeting something was said that struck a chord.
I was told that NCF doesn't just want my business, they want my grandchildren to buy from them too. They also realize that in a competitive market, it only takes 3-4 more sales a week to be seen as the best, but losing 3-4 sales a week to close their business. This means that they take customer satisfaction personally, literally. So let's talk about some good stuff.
I got one of their promotional add-ons to my car called the NCF Advantage. This relatively inexpensive package of benefits includes things like lifetime car washes, lifetime window tint, service and product discounts etc. Really if you use it to wash the car every week or so and get your windows "blacked out" it pays for itself in less than the first year of ownership. But this isn't the point.
While the NCF Advantage pack is a good marketing tool for Ford, and has some great benefits for customers, it did something much more. It gave me the chance to get to know a lot of the folks that make North Central Ford special. I don't believe I will go anywhere else for service while I own this car, and as I said earlier, I will buy from then again. The people are helpful, friendly, and remember you. This matters!

I have been trying for a week today to get my final paycheck from this company and the controller Mary Horrell will only say it was mailed. The law states that when you release someone their final check must be available in 3 business days. We are in day 5 and I have not received my money. PLUS they never paid me the agreed upon 17.00 per hour. The currently owe me an additional 180$ in back pay for shorting my check PLUS for the time on the last check x 1.00$ more an hour.. Plus back pay for not paying me correctly. Mary knew this and refused to fix even though she KNEW better. My Experience at North Central Ford was a Five Star Rating. They very Knowledgeable about they Products they sell, and Financing . There show room was very Clean and Bright. I would recommend buying a car from this Dealer.
Had to order a part came in the next day, which was good,part was way 2 1/2 times as on internet with same OEM part.I will order off of internet next time. Service was quick and friendly.

North Central was timely in getting me scheduled and completed in a time frame anticipated. They did the repairs well--as far as I could determine, and I'm sure I will be back when need arises. I gave them four out of five starts, because when a repeat customer comes in for work that falls in the 4-digit category, it's sort of nice to have some kind of financial consideration -- like $XX off of the service work, or some type of coupon. That always leaves a good taste in the customer's mouth. I did not receive that consideration this time as I had in times past. Otherwise, they performed the service work requested well.

I picked up my vehicle from service on Saturday. Thank you for repairing my car. I had great service. I will not be back though and here is why. You did not make me feel safe. The people wearing masks were not wearing them properly. Some had no masks. Some wearing gloves and no mask. Gloves don't do anything unless your hands are clean! There was no change in your check out system. Your cashier had no mask. No signs or any assurance of frequent sanitization inside. Meanwhile, my car was wiped down. Thanks, but with what? No signage. No communication and the person wiping it down was wearing mask improperly. The service person telling me my truck was ready had no mask on. Your company did not make me feel safe, so I will not be spending my money at your company again. I hope you all will change your way of doing business. If I learn that you have updated and adapted your protocols to make your business safer for customers and employees, I would love to come back!

Bought a 2001 Ford F250 with 68k miles that they "ran through their shop" for a pre sale inspection including a state inspection. I paid almost retail at a Ford dealership so I expected a pretty decent truck. 2 months and 700 miles later I have an exhaust leak that requires $4000 worth of work! I show them a bill for a little help and the used car director says " We don't do that". Well I don't spend my money at those kinds of place twice and neither should you.
I brought my Mustang here to get the Takata airbags replaced. They were very friendly, called me when it was ready and even washed and vacuumed it for me.
I was past due for my oil and filter change and was tempted to just run up to the corner lube place to get it done. However, one call to Roy Coleman at North Central Ford (where I purchased my car) and he scheduled me to come in on my way to work the very next morning. He was there to greet me at 7am and he was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. The waiting area is very nice and within an hour, as promised, my car was ready!! I especially like the fact that voicemails left for Roy were promptly returned by him so that we were able to get this scheduled.
James Ayo went above and beyond what I have ever experienced at any service department of a dealership. Mr. Ayo offered advice, explained any issues with the car, what needed to be done, and what to expect during and after the car was serviced. After picking up the car, Mr. Ayo called later in the day to ask how the car was driving. He was respectful, caring and honest. The service department itself was clean and well run. If I owned a Ford, it would be the place I would take my car for any service needs - my mother has her Ford Focus serviced here and highly recommended it to us for the needs of my daughter's Focus. I would definitely recommend North Central Ford for any service needs.

I was very disappointed with the service here. I had made an appointment on Monday for recall pieces to be replaced on Friday. They did not have the parts when I arrived on Friday and I didn't get my car back for 3 days. No one let me know how long this process would take and there was incompetence in having the parts in stock, knowing 5 days before why I was coming. In addition to that, I have called the manager, with no response and the service manager left me a message, but never returned my call after that. I will not be returning to this dealership again and will tell others to do the same!

Took our 2013 Ford Edge in for the Booster Brake issue to be repaired under Ford warranty coverage. Dealer took one day to replace. Nice new clean facilities. Dealer wanted to do other maintenance items to car like clean fuel injectors and interior filters. I would like to see the mechanic work on my car so that I can see his quality work in action. No sense hiding all that good work through garage doors. I will probably do this work myself.

Brought our fusion in for routine oil & filter change. Service advisor Seth greeted me in the service bay. He was very courteous and informed me it should be about an hour. 10 minutes later he updated me there was a service meeting in progress and the car would be delayed ~10-15 minutes or I could take it and return another time. I choose to wait and car was completed on time.
They called and set up appt to replace airbag. Finished in 2 hours.

Just purchased a new 2017 Ford Fusion SE from North Central Ford in Richardson, TX earlier this week. The new car is awesome and was bought at a good price. Biggest negative on the whole new car purchase at North Central Ford was regarding the way this Ford dealership handled my car traded in valuation. I traded in a 2015 Ford Fusion SE with only 29k miles that was in perfect condition except the dealership said the tires would need to be replaced. Initially dealership offered me only $8k for my vehicle, where the Kelly Blue Book trade in value mid-range was $11,598. After pretty much wasting the whole morning there going back and forth on my old car's trade in value and after me getting ready to walk out of the dealership, I was finally offered a more reasonable and fair trade in value of $11,000. I'd strongly recommend that anyone trading in a car for a new car purchase to run a Kelly Blue Book trade-in valuation BEFORE their new car purchase so they will know the real value of their trade-in car and will have a good idea of what their trade-in car FAIR value really is and not accept dealership lowball offers.

750 dollars for a starter. Do not take your car here for service at 138 dollars per hour if it is not a new car under warranty . The service manager was inflexible on the price. He finally dropped the price 50 dollars. Not a great deal he could have done more.
I had to actually find an attendant to come to me instead of being approached. I was then passed on to different attendants multiple times. Not the best customer service.

My experience with Lane and Doug was probably the easiest buying experience I have had puchasing a vehicle. We had been to three other dealerships that day and the price was considerably better at NC Ford. There was no hard push to purchase extras by the finance department.
We had a stellar experience here! We had already looked around at some other places. We were of course concerned (like most people) with going to dealerships that were going to be pushy or dishonest. Not so, here! Every person we came in contact with from the lot to the financing was super sweet, helpful, patient, and happy. We had a genuinely good experience. Highly recommend!

The customer service at this dealership needs serious improvement. Initially when I purchased my certified Explorer it was a headache trying to get my second key cut. First no one would return our phone calls and then when we finally took the car for the key to be cut the car was in service all day and nothing was done. My husband went after work and waiting another 2 hours only to find out they lost the car due to the service ticket being dated wrong.
Now we are almost three months out from purchasing this vehicle and we still do not have our permanent license plates. My temp plates are expired. I have been calling for a month trying to get new temp plates and to find out where my permanent plates are. I have been passed around to different people and no one returns my calls. This is the most horrible service I have ever received at a dealership!

I finally received my permanent plates! Thank you to the GM at North Central Ford for taking the time to call me and inform me that policies on license plates has changed in part to my experience and apologized for the inconvenience. He made sure we received our plates and also sent my husband and I to dinner for the inconvenience.
I purchased a 2016 Fusion from North Central Ford and brought it in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Charles Schreiber was our service associate and was extremely pleasant to work with. He was thorough up front on details and explained the work after completion during checkout. I will ask for Charles on future service needs.

Took our company car in on a recall and they finished the car and had it back to us before the stated time. The recall was something we can't see or feel but everything works GREAT!

After a service repair bumpy start, North Central Ford Service Director, Gary Davis, eagerly got involved and completely changed my perception and the direction of the repair fumbles and misunderstandings that had previously occurred! Dealing with a sick Mother-in-law who had recently been hospitalized due to a chronic illness and having to escalate over repair indifferences isn t something anyone should have to go through. However, Gary s empathy, expertise, and determination to make things right, made all the difference in the world! No dealership is perfect and mistakes and misunderstandings can and will sometimes occur on both sides of the field. What s most important is how a Dealership responds to the adversity to win over the respect, trust and loyalty of its customers. Easy to set up appointment online. Customer service called back the same day I scheduled to confirm and facilitate my service needs. They finished the work sooner than I expected on the day of also. I am active duty military and got a nice discount as well.
Only concern I have is that there's only one car MyKey and they need to reimburse me for a free key. I bought the car with cash. No loans or anything and the least they could do is make a free key. These guys are transactional people, not relationship people.
I continue to get my F150 serviced at North Central Ford bacause of their high quality and consistent performance!

Although I was only in for an oil change, the customer service I received was GREAT. The staff was friendly, informative, and very professional. They answered all of my questions and told me some things to keep a check on for future concerns about my truck.
Russell was the best. He went above and beyond to help me fix my tire. All it took was a few extra mins to call someone to see if my warranty covered my tire. The first time I had called the person that I talked to said I didn't have anything to cover- bc he didn't even look. Thank you Russell for going the extra mile.
Worst dealership I have ever been to. I went in looking for a Ford came out with a Chevy ad I was weary of buying a Chevy from a Ford dealership to begin with and when I test drove it and had alignment problems so as a condition of purchasing this Chevy the alignment was supposed to be fixed when I bought the car they told me they had fixed the issue. What they did was made my tires uneven so they wear unevenly but the car wouldn't pull to the right which wasn't actually fixing the problem is just creating more problems for me to fix later on.
If that was it I would just suck it up and say okay whatever I bought a car that has an issue whatever but now I go in for my first oil change which is free complimentary buying a car from the dealership and I stand in line for 30 minutes nobody comes up to me and talk to me so I get out of the car I walk into the glass building I go to the first person I see who's on the phone so I wait patiently for him to get off the phone this man makes three more phone calls while I'm waiting in front of him to speak with him finally I just walk up to someone and say can you help me and they say in a minute I'm working with someone I say sir I all I had was a question and you couldn't even asked me if I had any questions that you cannot like what kind of customer service as this is absolutely ridiculous the man on the phone was telling some customer how they like to check up on customers they service to make sure the car is running fine after they get serviced I never got a complimentary service call probably because they knew they didn't fix my issue
Great customer service! I walked in, described the truck I wanted to Damita Kynard, and she found it and had it there that day. I had been looking for over 3 months.
This is the second vehicle I've purchased from North Central Ford. Very satisfied with both transactions. In Jan '14 I bought a 2003 Explorer. I had some repairs done, but nothing out of the ordinary for an 11 year old truck. Today, May 31, 2017, I purchased a new F-150. I couldn't find a better price anywhere. I'll be back.
If you don't plan on having technicians available or willing to do the service then why would you let someone schedule a service at 5:00 p.m. I scheduled this in the morning and they had all day to call and let me know if it wasn't going to be doable.
With a 9:00 am appointment it took 2 hours and 20 minutes just to change oil and rotate tires and they didn't even wash the truck after waiting hours. Unless you have lots of time to kill...go somewhere else.
Made an appointment for 9:30 for the works package and left around 11:30. The people were great especially the cashier who likes Star Wars enjoyed the convo. They are amazing but also understand that they are busy and need to have your schedule cleared.

My first service experience was positive. Facilities were clean and organized for easy social distancing. I was greeted promptly upon entering the service bay and my advisor was able to check me in quickly.
