I purchased a 2012 Mustang BOSS 302 w/Certified Pre-owned warranty and all the good stuff and WAS PROMISED by the finance manager 3 times when I asked him to make sure IF something goes wrong and they have to keep the vehicle I WILL be provided with LOANER and now my side exhaust is having some issues where there are some knocking noises which the service tech admitted and they're saying they have to keep the car there to diagnose and fix the problem but I will not be provided with a loaner as PROMISED. My LAST FORD and definitely not buying from these people, because they cannot keep their word...so much for American values as they advertise. Even though I paid extra for all the extra warranty and care packages I'm pretty much told to go screw myself. Frustrated and VERY disappointed! I purchased a Boss 302 which is a rare collector car and now I regret choosing Ford! Liars and Cheaters! Do not deal with their service department because they're rude and hate their jobs (atleast that's what it seems like) and their sales people and finance people will happily lie to you to make sure you buy the vehicle, after that they don't care!

Bought a new car, traded in my old one, and have serviced the new one there since I bought it. They gave me a fantastic deal on a Fusion and fought for my business. They gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. Gave me more than CarMax for my trade-in as well. My only complaint was the wait time during the buying process was longer than average in my experience with other dealerships. Service department has been quick with no complaints. Overall great dealership and have recommended to others.

Actually, it should be 3 stars, but since it's a car dealership, it's above average. The bar set for those is pretty low. The good: low pressure sales and very friendly. We shopped for several days and found, unsurprisingly, many who were pushy and lost interest quickly if we didn't purchase whatever they were overstocked on.

We bought a car advertised online. The salesman did try to add additional $$ for options that were already advertised with the car, but he backed down quickly. The finance office tried to change the terms, but finally went along with the sales offer. Still all low pressure. All-in-all, not bad.

Service, on the other hand... Didn't seem to appreciate questions, side-stepped specifics with generalizations, and blew one off with the comment: "We don't have to disclose that". The car came with a slow leak in one tire. Took it back a few days later for a second key, and to fix the leak. We got the switchblade type key (which has never opened right), and a sun tan. Sam's Club fixed the tire.

I would still recommend North Central if you're shopping. We saw worse. Just do your homework first.

I wish I could give the dealership a 5 star review, however, since the representative didn't take the time to review all the details of my special order, I have to drive my 56k investment each time without all of what I wanted o my vehicle!

I made an appointment with Charles Schreiber to get my oil changed. Charles always does a great job, gives me estimates for future service I will need, and takes care of my truck. I have an older truck, so I always try to get an extra needed service done to keep it in top shape. This time they changed the rear differential oil, did the oil change, and washed my truck! Due to a misinformation from a third-party scheduling service (not Central's fault) there was no ride available to take me to my office as promised. The service manager was awesome to accommodate me by pulling one of the drive guys off and have him take me to work. I received a text message not too long after that said my truck was ready. Driver picked me up and I was a happy camper! Great service Central Ford! Thanks!

My Ford Edge broke down close to this dealership so I didn't have a choice but to use them. While the communication was great and everyone was very friendly, their prices are outrageous. I paid $160 for a $60 part (proud 150% up charge) and $550 in labor for a job that took maybe 4 hours. They also charged $150 to read out the error code. I've never been to a Ford dealership that charges to read out codes on their own vehicles. If you are rich this is a great place. If you are a recent college graduate with a 5 month old son stay away.

Purchased a vehicle (cash about $ 6000) in July 2018 - spent more time waiting than I have when purchasing a new financed vehicle for 8 times that amount. Car not ready when said it would be, plates have not arrived 8 weeks later and got a flippant response from the receptionist when I asked about replacement paper tags (wouldn't have them ready when I arrived). Just not professional.

Update 10-5-18 After the "owner" response below, I called in. After THREE tries to get hold of someone to discuss the matter I gave up. I was passed to two people who were not the correct person to speak to and one voice mail.
AND! The plates have still not shown up!

It is OK. As part of service they promise to clean the car including interior vaccum but nothing was done. Exterior wash just name shake. Frustrating thing was shuttle service, I waited more than 40 minutes but did not get shuttle for my work then decided to wait till my car was ready.

I went to this service center today to have my rear view mirror remounted and I pointed to a leak in my weather seal and ask that get replaced. After being changed 125 dollars to find the leak that I pointed out to them they said the mirror would cost 360 bucks and the weather seal would cost 670 dollars. Thats right! 1030 bucks for 2 very minor repairs. Needless to say I asked not to be serviced and the guy actually got mad at me....

Got what i wanted on my trade and a pretty good deal on what i drove off in. Did the standard sit around and wait for the sales manager to marinate me but otherwise no pressure or obvious bs. Hector, who i kept accidentally calling jose, did a great job and was trying to double up with another customer which was no biggy. Actually, we had a mutually created miscommunication and he delivered up the wrong vehicle. So i literally turned around and said WOOPS, thats not the car! So he changed up all the paperwork and took care of it no problem which added some headache on his part. Doug was also great and helped out with all the follow-up. The finance people were A+ also!! So i would highly recomend the dealership!

Over the phone we were told the repairs would be $800. "Why so much?" "Oh the parts are very expensive. That $800 is MOSTLY parts and very little labor". With our car stranded at the dealership and not able to start we told them to go ahead. When we get the bill - $375 for the parts; $425 labor. Doesn't seem like mostly parts to me.

The service was satisfactory. The service writer was professional and thorough. The mechanics fixed my 2009 Escape Hybrid in a timely manner. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I picked it up, and the problem is repaired.

HOWEVER: The shuttle service sucks. I work 4 miles from the dealership and it would have taken 2 hours to get to work. The driver was inflexible on his decision to get there via McKinney and Garland in morning rush hour traffic.

AND THEN: When the service dept called to tell me my car was ready, the shuttle office completely disregarded the messages I left requesting a pick-up. A colleague gave me a ride to pick up my vehicle. When I got there two drivers were sitting in the office gabbing. My three messages were still on the office voicemail unanswered.

Ford is in the transportation business, and providing timely transportation while a Ford is in the shop is critical for customers who have to work. North Central's shuttle service was a YUGE customer service fail.

If you are a disabled veteran, I would highly suggest spending your hard earned money elsewhere. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from here exactly 1 week ago.

I found out during my drive home with the vehicle that I had just purchased, that my rear left window and passenger side mirror were not working (shame on me for not being more thorough with the inspection). I immediately texted Tom (my salesman) about my issue, and have not received any reply for 7 days now.

In hindsight I knew I shouldn't have given them so much trust with such an expensive purchase, but they were so reassuring and gave me multiple "thank you for your service" compliments, that I felt I could trust them. I have learned my mistake the hard way, and I am very surprised that I haven't even received a response back, even though I would get a reply within several minutes before I signed on the dotted line.

I'm not expecting a free hand out to resolve my issue, but I was at least expecting a reply back from North Central Ford. I will be writing to Corporate as I feel this level of customer service is inexcusable.

TLDR: Don't purchase a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer unless you are inspecting the car personally inside, under, and out 100% thoroughly, unless you like bad surprises.

Always fast, prompt, and courteous. Have a shuttle service to take me to work, and car was ready ahead of schedule. I'm an ASE certified master technician and appreciate that they take the time to explain the details of warranty work. I purchased the maintenance package when I bought my Fusion. It's nice having someone else I can trust do the work on my car cause after a long day of fixing cars, no one wants to work on their own.

EDIT: I was called after my review posted by a Mr. Davis. He explained the changes at the dealership, such as going to a text message system to notify people that their vehicle is finished. This is a good idea, but was poorly executed. The service member failed to obtain accurate information. Mr. Davis acknowledged the failure, apologized humbly for the issues and how my wife was treated, and offered some sort of voucher for future service. It is good to know that when a person messes up, the leadership will do something about it - if only because of the very public nature of google reviews. In this case, it appeared genuine and I m satisfied with how our phone call went. I ve adjusted the review to reflect the explanation and promise of improvement.

Typically, I d say this dealership is good. However, this last visit was a mess. I scheduled my 40k service and oil change for my f150. I had to work, so I sent my wife to the dealership with the truck. They didn t bother giving a price estimate before hand, they told her a wash would be included (she declined because pressed into time), and they told her it would be an approximate amount of time.

What actually happened: it took far longer than told, when it was finished no one bothered seeking her out and letting her know. When she confronted the guy about it, she was told they don t call the names over the loud speaker any more. Except they had been doing it all morning. When asked how much longer, she was told it wouldn t be long that they were finishing up the wash right then. A lie. The truck wasn t being washed. Not just because she asked for it to be skipped, but because they weren t done with the work yet. When they did finally finish, they knocked off a bit off the price, which is kind. Engine light was on. They didn t reconnect hoses correctly.

A terrible mess. I went here because it is where I bought my truck and I ve had good service before, but if this is how they treat women then I ll take my business elsewhere. Don t lie about the current status of a vehicle. Stop using it s being washed right now as a cover for your technicians being undercut by your staff in allotting less time than actually necessary for the job to be finished. Treat customers with respect.

UPDATE ---> I am now at the point where not only would I not buy or service at this dealership but I'm officially done as a Ford owner (ive had 6 in last 12 years). Today (3/18) i was told they need my truck for a "couple" of days to fix recalls (18s27 and 18s17 - both fire related), Ford will NOT provide a loaner/rental even though they need it for multiple days. ..........................Regardless of how much you spend on a Ford you're really never treated like you are particularly important. My friend has a 150k Cooper Mini and he gets the red carpet treatment every time he rolls into ANY dealer. I bought a 2018 Raptor over MSRP and I get nickle and dimed at the service department on my "free" first service - at the SAME dealer I purchased from The couple dollar cost of upgrading to synthetic oil or paying the full price of tire balance, even though there is a "free" rotation, also matters little considering the big picture,. I just cant help shaking my head and thinking of how lesser cost vehicle owners and how they are treated . I've had 4 new Ford trucks and I hope I listen to myself in 3 years and make this my last . I feel like a 1 star but I am giving the dealership 3 because much of this problem is a Ford problem and frankly I'm ultimately to blame for coming back.

Eros Akdora was my salesman and he was very detailed and wonderful in helping me achieve the dream I have had of owning my new Ford Fusion Titanium Energi with the great grill I have been wanting. Got the 2020 with a great deal and Mr. Williams, the Sales Manager was great in helping me secure the deal. Also, the team in finance was extraordinary also. Very patient and kind. The whole team was wonderful, even the people who I never met who did all the back work and detailing. I very much appreciate the whole experience and again, the details in all aspects of purchasing and walking away with my dream car. I purchased a new Mustang from North Central Ford this past Saturday. I have purchased two other new vehicles from them in the recent past. The salesman was great (I had worked with him before) and the entire staff was very helpful and professional. I was looking for a V6 Mustang originally and this dealership did not have a V6 in the color I was looking for. I had excellent offers on V6 Mustangs from two other dealerships; North Central beat their prices on an ECO-boost version and I couldn't be happier. I will certainly come back and recommend my salesman and this dealership to my friends and family. I was in and out of there very fast. Buying a new car should be just like that!

I visited with Mr. Osama Ramadin. He did a good job showing me the F150 and we negotiated some on the price of changing cloth seats to leather. The leather is beautiful and I enjoy the truck immensely.
Only issue is I thought I would get two keys with the very nice truck and their was only one. Make me a decent deal on price of another key and I'll be back to buy it.

I was quoted a little over $1,000 for service. I didn't have the money so I took the diagnostic results elsewhere. They fixed the problem in 10 minutes for $5. Nothing NCF said was wrong was correct. NOTHING. My problem is fixed and I am very disappointed in NCF. Had I paid that amount and later found that money was wasted, I'd have been furious. If they run a diagnostic test on your vehicle, get the print out and get a second opinion. Just in case. At least I got a free car wash.

This review is of the service department and it was terrible. I set an appointment for 11:45am on Saturday. I dropped it off at 8:30am so they would have all day. I stopped in at 3:15pm to check on it since I had heard nothing and they close at 4pm. That's when they told me they can't look at it until Monday.

Don't say you have available appointments if you don't. I had a rental truck since they had my truck. Now I guess I have to rent the truck again on Monday.

Despite being there almost all day for a low dollar pre-owned car I didnt even get a copy of my paperwork and when finally getting home noticed a front headlamp was completely destroyed! I guess when Central Ford says "AS IS" they are very serious, my bad for not noticing it but after the long ordeal you just want to get out of there. Been buying fords all my life but will be buying a new Cheverolet after this debacle.

I came here today to get a simple oil change done. When I arrived, I pulled into the service bay and wasn't greeted by anyone. Since there wasn't anyone outside, I went into the office to seek help. Inside, I saw about 5 employees just sitting at their service desks, chatting with each other. No one welcomed me or asked what they could help me with. I was greeted with stares, almost as if coming into the office was forbidden.

I walk up to one of the employees and asks how long the wait was for an oil change. As I'm speaking, another employee (who was chatting with the employee I approached) interrupts me and mumbles, "there's someone outside" (if there was, I wouldn't have had to come in now, would I?). I asked him to repeat what he said and I got another blank stare in response. The employee I originally asked the questioned to said it would be a 2 hour wait. A two hour wait for an oil change is ridiculous. You shouldn't call it a "Quick Lane" if that's the case. Rather than making a big fuss, I politely said "ok" and left.

You would think that with all the Ford dealers in the DFW area, competing with each other, one would at least fake a smile to earn your business. Apparently the North Central Ford service department just doesn't care. I recently moved from Hawaii and was looking for a place to make my new "home" dealership. I've purchased 6 brand new Fords over the years and will continue to do so in the future...just not at this dealership.

This dealership was the closest to where I live. Despite the bad rating on Yelp, I decided that I'd give North Central Ford a shot. I will definitely take an extra 30 minute drive, to take my business to another Ford dealership. If anyone from the dealership actually cares to read these reviews, I highly suggest you address these common issues, or you will continue to lose loyal Ford customers such as myself.

I have bought 5 cars from North Central Ford over the past 15 years. I have had all of them maintained by North Central Ford with expert technicians. I would "without doubt" recommend North Central Ford and their Service Department to anyone. Wow!!

Not a great experience with the Internet salesman ...

Not a great experience with the Internet salesman Manny... He didn't know very much about the product and even less about customer service. Upon agreeing to purchase the truck for the quoted price the salesman tried to slip an additional several hundred dollar charge for a 2.00 paint protection scam. I told him I didn't want , didn't authorize it, and wouldn't buy the truck if he didn't remove the charge, which he immediately did. The front end of the truck was very badly in need of alignment. The tires had been rotated to the rear and showed moderate signs of abnormal wear. After finally convincing him to have the alignment done before purchasing the truck , the shop aligned the front end. On my drive home I noticed the steering wheel hadn't been centered or straightened to 12 o'clock, which is part of any and all front end alignments. We also discovered the factory Owner wallet wasn't in the vehicle and therefore we couldn't access the keyless entry code. The salesman Manny said we would have to pay an additional hour (100+ dollars) for the shop to pull the code from the electronics on the vehicle which I declined to authorize. He agreed to contact the previous owner to try to get the number for me. After having the truck 8 days i called and spoke to the service department and Service Tech Juan Mata told me to come by and he would correct the two problems at no charge to me. I made the 200 mile round trip and Juan corrected the problems free of charge. Thanks to Juan and No thanks to Manny the inept salesman. Having previously worked for a Ford dealership, I wouldn't want this salesperson to represent my firm. Overall I am pleased with the truck and pleased with the courtesy and professionalism that Mr Mata extended to me.

Service department sucks. Horrible customer service, no one greets you when you pull up, when you walk in everyone is just on their phone or staring at you blank.

Oil change takes over 2 hours. And first time here my car wasn t washed with the oil change and they parked my car in the parking lot instead of the service bay, making me walk with my 2 kids carrying my infant in his car seat. The only reason I came back is because I had one free oil change left here. After today I won t be returning. Hate the service here with a passion.

I visited the Service Department for a open recall on my vehicle. Scheduled an appointment for 6:30am and when I dropped it off I was told it would be ready that afternoon. Arrived back at 4:30pm that same day and was told I needed to leave it or bring it back the next day. They had not touched my vehicle or called me to inform me. Spoke with manager and service representative about my experience, the next day after actually getting work done, and they understood my frustrations and made things right. Overall I liked the work that they did but needed to work on the communication aspect. I do plan on visiting this Service Department in the future, despite my first experience with them.

I used to have problems with North Central Ford, but since they've remodeled and such I've noticed they've also done the more important work of improving their service. I took my Focus ST in for recall work, and they helped me get a rental that was paid for under my manufacturer's warranty, and were very attentive. Russell Huffman was my service helper but the cashier and everyone around seemed on the ball. Any dealership can be sweet and nice when selling you a car, but it's when they're just doing routine work that costs them and they're still sweet that I can say "distinguished service." Keep it up y'all.

I need to brag on my dealership for a min. My car has had a recalled part for a while now. I ve used the only two warranty covered replacements and it s doing it again. So I dropped it off yesterday to have it worked on again. Got a call from my advisor letting me know it wouldn t be covered Then I get another call from him a little bit ago that made me cry a little. The service manager is going to replace it anyways...FOR FREE!!!

Buying a car/truck is never fun. Fortunately, North Central Ford does the right thing by giving you a no haggle price. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade, my salesrep was very professional and fun to work with and they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

Damita, salesrep, new what she was talking about when she was showing me my new F150. She was funny and never pushed hard like some other salesmen I've worked with in the past. Even her Manager, Doug, was a nice guy and did everything he could to speed up the process. It was the last day of the month so they were extremely busy and backed up. Even the finance guy had a great personality and powered through the final steps.

I will never go to another dealership! I suggest you visit North Central Ford and ask for Damita. She's great to work with. You will get the right deal for what's fits you.

Picked up my daughter from Ford. She scheduled an online appointment and received a confirmation. However, after being ignored for 5 minutes they tell her there's no record of her appointment. Now it's going to be overnight and no loaner offered. And... this isn't the first time the online appointment system failed. Figure it out Ford or you're going to lose this customer!
