It was such a fun and surprising experience. Really friendly and professional staff, they made it supremely easy for me. As a woman, I thought it was going to be tough as I was entering 'unknown' territory- I hadn't bought a car in many years. From my initial query, to friendly Nimesh, the Sales Rep, then to the entertaining Finance Rep, Al, wrapping it up with the nice-guy Manager, James, and driving my car out the door, it was a breeze. They were all so knowledgeable and smart. I'm looking forward to going to Downtown Nissan for my service and continuing this great relationship.
