I would like to acknowledge that great service and experience that I received while I purchased my new car at Nissan Downtown in Toronto.

I reside outside of the city so it was a bit of a challenge for me to attend the dealership however when I did have the opportunity to attended Nissan downtown on the few occasions, I never once felt unwelcome or pressured to purchase a vehicle.

I took my time to research the vehicle before I made any decision. I dealt with salesperson Colin Diaz who was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable during this process. The one thing which impressed me the most was the open lines of communication and being genuine about it. Colin responded to all my emails and phones calls promptly and never left me waiting for a response.

I had been to other dealerships in hopes of getting a fair deal, however, Nissan Downtown came out on top! I would recommend going to Nissan Downtown because they offer great service with a completely fair mindset with your trade in's. Also, they have good coffee too. Thank you, Colin, for your hard work.
