Brought my car in for noise on Wednesday. They took me on a drive and were great in finding the issue. They asked to keep it till Thursday. I said ok. Thursday I got a call that the wrong part was brought in, ok fair, things happen! So they asked to keep it till Friday.

I called them Friday afternoon on March 29/19 and spoke with a female advisor who stated to leave a message for my advisor as she is not the one dealing with my vehicle. I responded asking if he will get the message and call me back before end of day as I need my vehicle for the weekend. She suddenly had this tone in her voice as if I was bothering her, so I reminded her that my vehicle has been there since Wednesday morning for warranty fix. She the stated she would make sure he got the message.

Just before she hung up, she says come here for 6 and ask for "cornell" he will get your car, its ready. So I go there before 6 and they are closing. People are running around, probably getting ready for the weekend.

In the end I didn't get my vehicle as no one there seem to know what was going on with it as it was still on the hoist. We spent money on a cab and wasted my time to return home annoyed and without a vehicle.

It's now 8pm and I am frustrated.

I was hesitant to bring my car to a dealership because I find the customer service goes down the drain once you buy the car, they dont care anymore about you, but before that, you cant get them away from you.

But because I suspected the issue was under warranty, I brought it in.

Anyway, I dont leave many reviews. I only take the time to write them after I have been very positively surprised by something or very disappointed. In this case, it was the latter.
