Champion Chevrolet was outstanding in helping me out of a bad situation, when my truck broke down. They answered all of my questions on why and how much the estimate would be. They still gave me value on the truck for trade in even though I thought it was not worth it. I was not planning on buying a new truck but they made the effort to make the ordeal as painless as possible

This review is for service. So we bought a 2015 tahoe from Corwin 3 weeks ago and within 100 miles it threw a check engine light which ended up being for the injectors. Common issue with these. The service writer Chris Bowen was awesome to deal with. He gave me his straight opinion which correlated with everything I read online about recommending replacing all 8 injectors as it'll continue happening to the rest if you replace one. He was the only person I could get info from about my vehicle as I got the ring around from the dealership I bought the car from.he is super attentive and called me back every time even tho I wasn't technically his customer. Thank you and I'll be bringing my duramax and ctsv in to see you if needed.

I was stranded in another state they guided me to the front of the service line, tried their best to get me going the same day but this happen. Jay P. the service rep I dealt with went above and beyond to help me out, get me a rental before they closed and kept me in formed. If I lived in the Reno area this would be my dealership of choice.

Update: the company was very persistent in reaching out and very much wanting to make it right and give them another chance. 5 stars for amazing customer service, you can t beat that. Great Customer service is key and definitely a place I will be willing to come back to.

Don t waste your time or money. Pointless to even make an appointment because they ll tell your scheduled oil change will take too long and reschedule for a different day which won t be as bad. That day comes around and your 10am appointment turns into them wanting to keep it until the next day. No thanks. Will take my service somewhere else and so should you.

Worked with both Simon & Kevin Lemus, great experience, great communication. Both were clear cut and to the point. Popped in on a Saturday out of the blue to test drive a truck and Simon did not hesitate to help me and my wife out with our request. Very knowledgeable and professional. They already know about your vehicle s needed maintenance for recalls, provide quick inspections ensuring vehicle safety while fixing what your car was brought in for. Parts are gathered and installed with a sense of urgency. And getting to and from the dealer is complimentary. Higgo has reliable driving skills and is fun! Had a great experience at Champion! Alex in sales was knowledgeable and worked hard to find the exact vehicle we wanted. Robert W. in finance was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Parts had to be ordered, but he kept me informed daily on progress being made. Car was done the day he said it would be done. My car was cleaned and polished when I picked it up. Yes, I would give Champion Chevrolet a 10! All of the salesmen and agents were amazing! For buying online, they made it easy and hassle-free. They really worked with me to make the purchase of my truck happen. Any questions I had, were answered right away. I was 3 hours away and was able to get all the paperwork dealt with over email. When it was time to pick up my new truck, all I had to do is sign and drive away! It wasn t the typical hours upon hours, spending half of your day at the dealership. Not only was it a time savor for my busy life, but the customer service I received was superb. It felt like I have known the Champion Chevrolet family forever! I would highly recommend that you purchase your next vehicle with Champion Chevrolet!

When looking at the truck required trailer brake frying was leaving town the next day they could not complete tasks and told me I had to have the truck it was already a done deal and no way out very disappointed

Service was great. Ali was the best. They made everything convenient and quick as we were in a hurry.

My Bolt required a callback repair and I was informed by Northstar. I called the service department and had to leave a message. No one called me back. I tried for two more times leaving a message and the service department did not call me back. I call the person who sold me the car. He said the would go down to service and call me back. I was not call back. This went on for another 2 weeks. Finally, I complained to Chevrolet via Onstar. I got a call within 15 minutes and was scheduled for the recall in a week. I was told that it would talk 2 to 3 hours and to leave the car. I dropped the car off at before 9am scheduled appointment. At 1PM I called and was told the repair would take all day. They cleaned the car and the service person I talked with in person was fine. That was my experience with Champion Chevrolet. Beware that if you leave a message with the service department, they may not call you back even after you leave repeated messages. You may have to compliant to Chevrolet national to get service to call you. I bought the car at Champion and expected they would give their customer good follow up service but I was wrong. That aside, I love the Chevy Bolt.

I first scheduled an appointment and when we got there it was never scheduled. The first guy we got was a bit rude and not to nice in our frustrated state. We left to pursue other options and decided to come back. We got to work with Chris when we came back and he was great. Had a great sense of professionalism and listened to our concerns even with him being busy. He kept us in the loop through the entire thing and answered all my questions.

Honest group at this dealership. They never let a deal go through that they don't feel comfortable with and have amazing customer service. They treat you well and want you to feel comfortable with everything. They explain all answers thoroughly. Their service department is inviting and helpful with any questions. I am extremely happy with their services and associates.

Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of everything, (from the new vehicles that are already out, too the newer ones that will be coming out next year). And they do a great job on servicing your vehicle

We purchased a used Ford F-350 from this dealer and we were so happy that we purchased a brand new Tahoe the very next morning. I had a hard time getting scheduled in for a service appointment at first. I spoke to someone on the phone to schedule my appointment and once the time came I had learned that my name didn t get put on the list. Other than that, John was a huge help. They got my car diagnosed and got the throttle body replaced quickly considering they were short staffed. The car is working great now thanks!

Just had my truck serviced there. I was quoted 5 days, 6 max for the work to be done, it took 20 days.

Final bill was $1,000 over what I was quoted over the phone. Should have had it in writing.

I understand things can go wrong but it seems EVERYTHING went wrong and I don't expect that from a dealership when I'm paying top dollar.

This repair took a lot longer than expected. I was informed that my vehicle would be kept indoors during repair time frame but it was not.

I feel that Mark is a very genuine person and represents the service department well. However, I was disappointed when I saw my vehicle was not indoors as Mark stated it would be.

3 electrical components were needed to be replaced to resolve this issue however one of the components (Radio) cost more than the limits of my extended warranty repair company. I was not informed this until I received a phone call in my vehicle was fixed. As a result I had an unexpected charge of $92 in addition to my deductible. Before each component was to be replaced, Mark told me that the warranty company had approved the installation and it would be covered under my extended warranty.

Mark stated he discussed the Radio cost issue with the warranty department but was not able to resolve the issue with the cost being above the limits of the warranty company. However, I feel I should have been informed of this additional charge prior to installing the Radio so I could have resolved it with my extended warranty company on my own.

I know Mark felt bad to tell me this news however, it should be a policy of GM to always inform the customer that additional charges would be due at the time the vehicle is fixed before parts are installed. I believe this extra charge could have been prevented prior to installing it now I have to go back to GM and my extended warranty company on my own.

This was my first service experience with Champion Chevrolet and as a result I am a bit hesitant to take my vehicle there again or recommend others.

Went in for a mount and balance. 7 hours later (was told 2 hours max) I finally get my car back with a dirty steering wheel, dirty water on the rocker panels, and the service drive employee hanging onto my roof as he pulled it up. Not the kind of care I am looking for.

Thank you for the quick and professional service today. It s the hottest month of the year and you all chilled me out fixing my antifreeze system same day.

Went in looking to trade up. Got a great deal on my first new car. Friendly staff made the experience much less stressful than i thought it would be.

I was very pleased with the sale people I dealt with. I didn't feel pressured, I felt they were there to assist my wife and I in seeing our options for what type vehicle we were in search of, not what they wanted to sell us. Very happy overall with this experience.

We had been looking for a while for a new truck and intended on just looking still! We found the exact truck we was looking for on the lot and the sales people was awesome! We took the truck home with a better deal than hoped for. Sale was painless and easy, right to the point and low as possible with Costco card. Will be looking at more in the future from this lot! Champion Chevrolet, you rock!

Chris was amazing to work with. The girl on the phone explained to me that it would take 8 hours to do a oil change and check my recall. So I made arrangements to leave my car while I ran to Vegas for the day. Come to find out it didn t take 8 hours and Chris got it done in 1 hour. He also made sure I had a ride to the airport with the shuttle they have to offer. I came back after hours and Chris went out of his way to make sure my car was secure and I was able to obtain it. Awesome dealership, bought my wife's Tahoe there. Always have had it serviced there, hundred and thirty-five thousand miles on it still running great. I've been through three service writers and they're all great oh, this is the only dealership I use

Had multi point inspection performed pursuant to purchase of extended service warranty. Told plan that I had been told about was not available as vehicle not in 36000 mile and 3 year warranty period. Purchased 4 year 18,000 mile service agreement .
Everyone I worked with very professional and pleasant.

Just had the worst possible interaction with the service department. The service manager was incredibly rude and treats others as if they are nothing. No only would I recommend not going to the get any service done there so I couldn t even buy a car from them!

Dead battery due to electrical problems draining battery cells. All under warranty. Electric issues fixed with software update and new battery installed all under warranty. Drove away a happy lady
