Appointments are suggested for service to your auto. We moved here from Tennessee and had one more Free oil change and service due to us from the Chevy Dealer back there . Since we were new customers, I didn't mention the Free Oil Change owed to us from the out-of-town Chevy Dealership. Well, low and behold, Niles Service Dept. saw on the computer that the other place had promised us a Free one, and he GAVE US THE OIL CHANGE, SERVICE AND ROTATED THE TIRES FOR NOTHING!!! Awesome So very kind of Niles!! They certainly didn't have to honor that out of state Dealer's promise. Thanks and you have our business from now on (if helpful, please "like") Thanks !
