Got a run flat tire replaced on my bmw. I called on Friday, the tire was ordered and in the shop late Saturday afternoon. I was in and out just under a hour. Not many options for car care in Key West but quality is definitely a priority at Niles. FYI, I didn't buy the car at Niles and was still taken care of.
So I'm in Key West and need to get service done on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. I've called their business three times and every time been transferred to somebody's voicemail. I need to speak to somebody alive person. So the 4th time I called back I picked a different department and spoke to that person. They told me if I did not buy the car from them they cannot do service for me. What great customer service.

I went in, and looked at a used car they had. The salesman was very nice, and helpful. And most importantly, he was very honest. After the test drive, he came with very decent numbers. I told him what I was willing to spend, and he came back with a handshake. It was literally that easy. I had to go home and get the title of my trade. By the time I came back, the car was washed, detailed, and the paperwork was already done. I would absolutely do business with these guys again, and would send them my friends and family. Great job.
I brought my 2017 Nissan Murano, which I purchased brand new in January 2018, in for an oil change and service on Wednesday, May 18. When I inspected my vehicle I noticed several scratches on my hood which were not there when I brought my vehicle in that morning. I mentioned this to 2 people in the service department, one of whom I believe is a manager. I was told they did not know how the hood was scratched, that they are not responsible for any damage to my vehicle while on Niles property, that perhaps it was scratched by a person/customer walking by it unbeknownst to them, and that they would do nothing to fix the problem. I requested they at least touch up the scratches and was told Niles does not have a body shop and no touch up paint anywhere on the property which I find hard to believe. No apology was given. When I bring a vehicle in for an oil change/service, I expect the exterior to be in the same condition as when I brought it in. Poor customer service.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Even though they didn t have what I was looking for. I still had the best experience by far, no pressure at all with buying a car. If you ever go there to buy a car ask to speak with Logan he can help you with anything.

it seems as if the guys from Niles like chime in and explain to me the simple minded individual who can't understand how tags and registration are done in the Florida DMV at 41 years old I would love to know the response to why it is you as in the Niles sales and service would assume that you are owed any of the refund I got back from the DMV can anyone explain to me why Mr Niles himself came out his office with the check in his hand stating that he was not going to give me the check until I gave him I think a hundred and seventy or $130 approximately half of what the check is worth why would these people think that they are privileged to any money that I received back from the state of Florida
to another lifelong local conch who owns a local small business that just so happens to be a gas station has the same vehicle I have brought it from the same dealership and had the same attempted scam go over with his license tag their response about DMV issue is BS

After providing the dealership official proof of my tag in the system they let an over-charge on my tag costs get by them diverting 160$ of my down payment to the tag office and not to my down payment.
Was told by sails manager they will not be able to reach out to me about this and I need to wait for the the response in the mail.
I did all the leg work on the tag and it was fumble by the dealership.
They blame everything on the tag place.
I JUST KNOW I WOULD OF SAW THE MISTAKE AND NEVER OVER PAYED...

My Uncle passed away on the 15th of November and I called GM Financial to pick up the leased vehicle and they just couldn't get the job done after almost 3 weeks of it sitting on the side of the road. I called Greg at Niles Sales and Service/Key West who stepped in and took care of everything. He went over and above with some extra help from Jose and Cass. Dealing with a death is hard enough and Greg totally understood exactly what I was going through and made arrangement to have the Truck picked up within 1 hours time. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! We need more people/places with the Exceptional Customer Service you provided!
Employees need to wear masks especially inside the building! Less than half of employees were doing this while we were in the building...help stop the spread of Covid to your customers and your staff
The oil change appointment was made for Saturday at 9:15 am. I pulled into their driveway at 9:15. My ticket "clocked" me in at 9:19. This was because the service lady was on the phone and I had to wait for her to check me in. Please note that she didn't bother telling me that the car which I brought in on behalf of my boyfriend who leased the car from Niles wouldn't be worked on until approximately 10:30. The service counter lady finally told me that it was going to be awhile because one of their service technicians is out due to a surgery and there was someone else a head of me. I'd like to know why my boyfriend wasn't called and advised of the situation? My time is just as valuable as yours. Very poor customer service. We won't be back!!!!
The service department team is always friendly and accommodating. Gabby always takes good care of me and is always honest about the work I do or don t need done. The courtesy driver is also very kind and takes pride in his job.

Service dept is hit and miss. Took vehicle in for a specific issue. They found other things wrong, but didnt fix the original issue. Now warranty has lapsed. 2 stars for the times I was treated fine (3 times) But that's 2 strikes on bad service... at 250 for service and replacement of a 62 dollar sensor that took me 40 min to replace.. will be looking for another place to service my 2016 vehicle!
The service was great from salesman to the finance person. Got a fair deal on my trade in and also VIP free oil change for the life of the car. Can't beat that!
Got an oil change here and had no issues, despite seeing all the 1-star reviews. I decided to try it anyway. They took care of my car (I watched) and aired the low tire without me telling them to. Sandy did a great job with check in and walked me through check-out at another booth. No oil reminder sticker left, but they did reset my oil life indicator. I'll bring my Tahoe here again. I think they're a little short-handed but that is a frequent problem in KW. Wish they had a car wash service, and they should change the disposable wax coated coffee cups in the lobby. However, for the price, at a certified dealer, it was a good experience.

Do not purchase a used car here. $860 master brake cylinder out within days of purchase of a 2010 Chevy Silverado. They gave me a 3mo 3k mile warranty in case anything goes wrong initially. Well it did and they charged me $860 and an entire day from work (warranty didn't cover it). They only have 2 certified Chevy techs and scheduled me 10 days out for a major brake problem. This was the first American vehicle that I have purchased since 1997. They were kind enough to drop me off at the Key West airport so that I could get on the public bus to get home 1 hour later.
Update - Called next day asked if truck was finished and told by Steve Hungate that truck was parked out front, "thanks". Got my wife to drive 45 minutes to pick it up to find out that Steve Hungate (sales manager) stopped all work on my car and wanted to "deal" on me recanting social media posts. I asked service manager how long to fix brake system - told 3 hrs and I agreed and started to walk to a place to work for that time. Sales mgr, Steve Hungate, stopped the process and came back within minutes and stated that they wouldn't fix the brake master cylinder on the truck I purchased from them 3 weeks ago if I didn't recant my social media (aka this Google review). I refused and drove to my favorite mechanic near home and was told that I was the third Chevy customer from Niles Sales and Service that was refused repair unless they recanted their social media compliants. Actual repair cost at A1 Auto on Ramrod was $250 vs $850 quote at Niles Sales and Services.

Horrible! I went there with my nephew to look at buying his first car and they had lied to him and selling him a car that had been in accident and they were trying to tell us different, I happen to have been in the car & body shop business 25 years and know when a car has been hit. When confronted with this they got defensive. We asked to see another vehicle that looked great and they actually threw us out and said they wouldn't sell us anything! This is actually my second bad experience here and I strongly suggest you do not do business with these liars and thieves!

Waited for a call from used car salesman about the price on two trucks,but he sold both and never called me . Never again will I do business with these people.
Took my 2003 Astro van with 134,000 miles in for an oil change and to look into a transmission leak and a general once-over. They had the van for five days. They said the transmission lines were leaking but the replacements they ordered arrived bent and they had to reorder. Ok, not their fault. The real excesses were 1. Replacing the distributor cap and rotor I replaced last year. I doubt it really needed it. 2. Replacing plugs and plug wires I also replaced last year. Again, doubt I needed it. 3. replaced an air filter that I replaced just last week and honest to god had less than 100 miles on since. I KNOW I didn't need it. That makes me wonder if it actually needed the coil they replaced as it wasn't running rough before I took it in and replacing it didn't fix the rough idle. In the end, they fixed the tranny leak and that's fine, and it runs pretty well but not noticeably better than before. The van still idles rougher than it should. The bill was over $1200.00. Dealerships should understand that padding a bill like this will definitely cause me to seek service elsewhere next time.
Exceeded my expectations. I needed a new car, my previous one broke down on me. They went above and beyond to find me an SUV that I liked and that would fit my budget. Even after I purchased the vehicle they touched base with me to make sure that everything was going great and if I was still enjoying the car.

I had a cash offer for a vehicle on the lot. Was lower than the sticker price and would ve been willing to negotiate however I was told he would not let me steal this truck. First off if we are negotiating I would hold off calling someone a thief if I were you.
To your response: I don t have issue with refusing my cash offer. I have issue with the stealing comment. It was uncalled for.
Gabby was at the service desk and was great to deal with. Our brakes were having an issue with a recall that caused the problem. While we were there gabby was able to have an oil change and tire rotation done at the same time even though it was very busy. Gabby got us in and out quickly and even offered to help us with transportation while we were without our tahoe. I highly recommend that if you need service make sure that you ask for gabby for excellent service.
