From the room on the 23rd floor you can enjoy a fantastic view! Style and modernity shine through in every detail, from the TV hidden in the mirror to the semi-transparent open shower, from the huge window on the erasmusbrug to the design objects.

For me, the were not really taking care of the tee and the water they should provide. Each time I find very limited of tee pages (3) and only 2 paper cups!!.

Nice view on the 23rd floor. That is, if you are on the right side. Beautiful rooms with all the trimmings and nice and modern. TV is behind the mirror . Restaurant HMB underneath is also recommended. What a nice food and wine arrangement you have there.

Very nice hotel, with a wonderful view of the city of Rotterdam.
Great hotel, but no information about the limited services at check-in.

I would have liked an open communication that explains to me that the room z. B. cannot be cleaned (Corona} or breakfast will only be minimally in the room ...
Breakfast was still in front of our room at 6:30 p.m.

If that were known, I would not have booked 2 nights, but changed hotels.

Despite a complaint, no feedback received to date

Really great location, design and the bed is so comfortable!
2 mins walk from Metro Station.
Staff is kind and helpful.
WiFi speed is good.
Happy Italia Restaurant is just downstairs.
Great roof Bar, you can enjoy the tower bridge here!
But my room the bathroom has transparent glass. Also the bathroom size is not big. But enough I think.
So be sure you check it before family trip or friend trip.

Very nice and stylish hotel on Kop van Zuid, ideal base for a city trip. Small but hip rooms. Mind you, 30 euros extra if you want a view of the Wilhelminabrug. Tip, with a drink at the rooftop bar you are served cheaper if you want beautiful photos. And the breakfast, from the most varied that I could experience. You have to see it to believe.

Lovely hotel, great food, fantastic staff and great views of Rotterdam. I attended a conference here (level 6) so saw the big conference rooms, clean areas and well stocked provisions. Staff were very helpful.

Parking under the hotel which makes it very easy to access from the motorway

The hotel has beautiful rooms with a nice view over a part of the city. We looked over the Erasmus bridge. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice, although the service was slow with topping up and tidying up.

Nice hotel. Clean, modern and the basic rooms are not that small. Location very good near the Erasmus bridge. City center nearby, at walking distance. Metro very close. Also lots of restaurants and bars closeby.

Super nice hotel, close to the metro and fully equipped. Do you think breakfast is too expensive? ( 22 pp) then you can have breakfast for a fraction of that at happy Italy on the corner. On a next visit to Rotterdam I will definitely book a room here again!

Uber-chic metropolitan hotel, with friendly reception staff, cool 7th floor riverside terrace bar, and spacious rooms. Rather pricey, but this is downtown, and the location is stunning overlooking the bridge.

Very bad experience. Due to corona only food in the room is possible. However, no table or chairs to eat. Only a fixed desk and one stool without a backrest. The only option is to sit on a bedside table.
Very limited choice in the kitchen. And that for the same amount as if the regular service is provided and what you count on when you make a reservation.
To top it all off, it is stated on arrival that additional payment has to be made because of the higher prices due to the demand for rooms. Previously, however, it was impossible to make additional payments to another date.
But the great view will make up for it is the promise. But then make sure you don't end up in room 2112. Because that view is the blind red wall of the building 10 meters away.

Mixed experience at this hotel. Only paid parking is available outside the hotel. The rooms are OK but rather small; while we did not like the beds either. The rooms provide a great view over the surroundings.

We were offered to not take housekeeping service which would give us free drinks at the bar. We decided to do this but that also meant that unfortunately the daily coffee supplies were not replenished. While that was not great we also experienced that the free coffee we could not take on the third day in the morning as this was not possible at the breakfast area.

As we had a dinner appointment the previous night we could not go to the bar. Overall our sustainable action did not pay off by enjoying a free drinks. Would not recommend anyone to take this housekeeping option unless better arrangements are made.

Lastly this hotel did not enquire into my nh card for points.

Nice view of the erasmus bridge. The terrace does have shade perhaps in the late summer evenings that you are more lucky to enjoy the sun. For the rest, the food was ok and the service helps you well.

This is the 2nd review. Previous was if it could be a 0. We may have had a resit during New Year's Eve. Last year it was true, I mean during New Years Eve and it was our anniversary. 40 years. We received this as a wonderful gift from our daughters. It was a stay with an unpleasant tail. This has more than made up for this hotel this year. We had an unforgettable evening and night. We felt more than welcome. Thank you for giving us a chance to turn a nasty experience into an unforgettable one.

I was here on a conference. Catering was excellent. Elevator was super slow and left large groups waiting while stairs could not be used to access floors with rooms. Room was ok but impractical design and poor construction of toilet floor leaving large puddles of water after showering. Conference rooms were a bit boring with poor acoustics and poor ventilation. Location is good and the view from rooms is great.

Although the suite on the 23rd floor is still beautiful, the suite is also starting to look a bit 'worn out'. Pieces of laminate .... a piece of laminate that you almost trip over, scratches on the wall .... a sofa that has completely collapsed .... a TV that does not work properly ... none of it is what you expect from the most expensive room of the Nhow hotel in Rotterdam.
And then the biggest downside. The ladies at the reception. They can't do much. They are nice but that is the only thing they can do. They haven't heard of service yet. It seems as if there are only trainers.
Because the TV didn't work, I had to call the reception 5x in an hour ... each time I was assured that someone had just been sent upstairs ... not so ... creating false expectations is not a good hotel . Eventually held the remote control 1 cm from the TV in all places and then it suddenly turned on .... because of the glass surrounding the TV, the remote control does not work properly ... but they did not understand that at the reception. ..
There were also no answers to other simple questions.
Apparently someone woke up around 5 pm, because only then did we receive our welcome sweets .... at 10 am we were checked in. Sigh.
Luckily the view made up for it and the great breakfast the next morning. Enthusiastic employees walked around here who did everything they could to make this Christmas breakfast cozy.
This was our third time staying at the Nhow. Unfortunately, things have not improved. It seems like management wants to achieve the same or more with less ... that is not possible ... they learn that at the Hotel School, right?

Great location and comfy/beautiful rooms BUT...

Booked one night from Saturday to Sunday which included dinner for two, breakfast and late check out (at 5 PM) in the skyline room.

Dinner was delicious but tiny. Seemed like it was for one person only, we had to order extra food (+30EUR). Breakfast was only available at 8:30 or 12, for you to pick up. So no sleeping in on Sunday or eat your food on the go because check out is at 12. Picked the option at 8:30 and got called twice because we were a few minutes late to go pick up the the food.

Although I booked the offer with late check out at 5pm and this was confirmed in an e-mail, we were asked to leave at noon because the hotel was busy and they needed the room. Non sense.

Overall I can say the place was beautiful, comfortable and clean but the service was very disappointing. I wouldn't say here or recommend it to a friend. It was also pricey and far from meeting the expectations I had when I booked it.

Was underwhelmed staying here, was really looking forward to it. Average checkin process with two trainees trying to check you in after a long travel day. Twin bed room only, with beds not being centred to the tv. Broken remote in room. Requested late check out and they hadn t extended the time on the room cards, so we couldn t get back in the rooms. Rooms were lovely and clean however.

Excellent (new) hotel, with (from our room on the 20th floor) a top view of either the Erasmus Bridge or De Kuip. The bathroom consists of a number of glass walls, privacy 0.0, which is a pity.
The bar is trendy and quite pricey, but yes, not bad at that place (7th floor). You have to ask for the nuts yourself.
Tinkering at the reception makes for a disappointing "end" experience.
TIP: have breakfast at Happy Italy on the corner for only 5 euros. For that you get the following: coffee, yogurt with filling, croissant, juice and a sandwich of your choice, .. yes really, FIVE euros !!

November 2019 again (now for business) visited the Nhow and stayed 1 night.
Our meeting room is 1 large uninviting concrete box. Well, you gotta love it (I don't give a star for this, but no less for this either). The banquet staff are friendly and correct.
The fact that they were drilling "somewhere" in the building was really disturbing. Another customer's party (we were able to "enjoy") was added to that. Pffff.
The breakfast (see my previous review) is definitely worth it. We are welcomed by a friendly lady with a fresh orange juice, wow. Plenty of choice, and .... yes, you can make your own juice, nice.
So, DO NOT GO to the neighbors (Happy I) but stay at the Nhow for breakfast.
The room is larger this time (corner room) and the bathroom has much more privacy.
I am adjusting my review to 4 stars.

Nice room with an awesome view over the Erasmusbridge. Comfortable bed, but a bit to hard for me and a slightly to warm through the night. Lovely bar at the 7th floor, with a nice terrace over looking the river Maas and Erasmusbridge.

Beautiful hotel with rooms designed in a great way. The breakfast pastries were very rich, although with a somewhat scarce variety for the price.

The only downside is that I did not fit the costumes in the closet of the room, which was a little weak.
