Very nice hotel, with a wonderful view of the city of Rotterdam.
Great hotel, but no information about the limited services at check-in.

I would have liked an open communication that explains to me that the room z. B. cannot be cleaned (Corona} or breakfast will only be minimally in the room ...
Breakfast was still in front of our room at 6:30 p.m.

If that were known, I would not have booked 2 nights, but changed hotels.

Despite a complaint, no feedback received to date
