Nothing to complain, order, cleanliness and a breakfast dream

Spectacular view over the skyline of Rotterdam, if you have the choise take a riverside room as high as possible.

What a cool location, beautiful view, a delicious breakfast buffet, highly recommended!

The location is perfect, right next to the metro. We were on the 15th floor and the view was sublime. The staff were also pleasant. I take away a star for the poor housekeeping (the floor was dirty and hairs were lying around) and the unavailability of the elevators during rush hour.

Very enjoyable atmosphere on rooftop bar with a big assortment of cocktails and drinks. Located near Erasmusburg it's easily accessible by bicycle and car.

Nice hotel with sweet staff. Even got an upgrade, enjoyed it very much!

Great hotel, but the bathroom / WC separation is very open ...

Hip hotel. Friendly people, nice and clean rooms. Bathroom not accessible for people with reduced mobility!

Lovely hotel, fantastic location and super service-sensitive staff. Only spent one night on the 21st floor, but it made an excellent impression on me. Special mention for desk employee Karin.

Rather pretentious hipster hotel, but they make it work. Great views from the bar, nice spacious entry and friendly staff.

Design hotel with buffet breakfast that is perhaps worth the best that I have ever taken and the price of the hotel which was negotiated by a collective agreement below 100 seemed reasonable. As you hit, the day it was a very strong storm the wind was quite annoying and you could hear a lot in the room and the heating was not very effective but fine. It has very design details in the room itself but then fails in elementary things how to put a decent chair in front of the table or a hanger for jackets large enough, which is dwarf. Well, almost every day to have a free bottle of water, although it was not clear to me if it was for not sending the towels to be washed since they talked about a prize for being ecological.

Stayed here for the 3rd time in 4 years. Again a wonderful experience. Very nice and clean rooms with a luxurious look. Also a nice and good bar where you are very well served until the late hours by the friendly staff. If we have to mention minuses, in the morning we got our breakfast via room service, which included scrambled eggs that had become very old with some sort of hard crust on them from standing for a long time. I think already made early in the morning and saved for later, not very tasty. And beds are a bit on the hard side for me, but there isn't much you can do about it and you have to love that. Finally what I found really badly arranged were the Corona measures downstairs, and then the walkways. If you want to walk back from the elevator to the reception, you will run head-on into traffic, which means that you enter from the outside. Very unclear walking route where it is impossible to keep 1.5 m away. They would be better able to tackle this and better align the queue that comes from the lifts with the existing queue in front of the reception. But no reasons to recommend this hotel. We will come back for sure.

Lux hotel with a delicious breakfast. We had some issues with water not draining in the bathroom, but they quickly fixed that. Point for improvement: the employees at the desk do not exactly give you a warm welcome. They look like you can be happy that you can sleep there. My girlfriend had the same feeling.

Furthermore, I can definitely recommend the hotel!

I had an event there. It s a good hotel with a Nice bar with a good view. The location is super good. You walk over the erasmisbridge and you are in the centre. What they can improve is for the event there were a lot of people there are no stairs?? Everybody has to take the elevator. And the parkingcosts there are very high because you are in the centre. They have a arrangement with the parking but still os 25 for 24 hours that is ridiculous!.

First, it has to be said. The sight is spectacular especially in the evening.

As we are Dutch but have traveled a lot we know how to be served. The Bar pretends it is a high class environment but it lacks any kind of service and class. We seated our selfs at the Bar but the tender does not do anything to give as a warm welcome experience.

After 5 minutes without any kind of service i waved to the bartender to order our drinks. One red and one white wine. The red wine came in the same glass as the white wine. (Normally Red needs to be served in a big glas because of the flavors and aroma's). As I asked if there where some olives to order or something we got some peanuts in a paper cup (no bigger than like a thimble). Normally they should give this as a service now we had to ask for it. Other customers also got a thimble.

As we spook to the floor manager to tell him about the etiquette we told us that this was the way Nhow is treating his customers. And the glass size of the red wine is not of his concern neither of the Bar.

Please note that if it says 'late checkout 1700h included' prior to, and at the time of booking, that 'included' does not mean it is 'included', but that means that they will only check if you check in late checkout is still possible.
Furthermore: we were in talks about solving something, and I got two very contradictory answers (first a possible solution they offered which I followed, when the message that it became 110 euros more expensive. done, but there was no response. Well, probably busy, so after five days a reminder was sent, but nhow Rotterdam apparently thought it no longer necessary to respond. Because five days later still no response. Then but canceled, because I didn't feel like fussing at the check-in desk.

I've only used the bar on the 7th floor yet, with it's beautiful view of Rotterdam skyline along the Maas river. The bar looks great, love the clean, minimalistic interior. Friendly, helpful staff, good coffee and other beverages. You don't need to stay at the hotel to get a drink here, just take the elevator in the lobby to the 7th floor for a great view.

The staff is not very enthusiastic, the room is small, the room is small, there is no canned water, the refrigerator is full of water, wine, chocolate, there is no place for me to put things I want to ice, simply can not be called four Star Hotel, I think only Samsung

Interesting designer hotel with a top location. The room wasn't quite as expected though. Sometimes a little dusty and a little smaller than hoped. The bathroom is a large room, no lockable door and, due to the glass walls, noisy. Every time you showered, the entire room was flooded and the water couldn't drain, which meant that we always had a puddle in the bathroom. Too bad.

The service was very courteous and very friendly. A room change was possible without any problems. Top!

The bar had a nice view, but it took a long time to wait and see, although apparently there weren't many guests. The cocktails weren't that good either, clearly not enough alcohol for a handsome price.

Still a nice hotel and a great vacation!

Decor and use of materials is beautiful. Slept on the 20th floor gives a unique picture of Rotterdam.

Second time a reservation went wrong. Always connected tot the overall NH reservation department. Last night we even had to look for a differebt hotel due to their mistakes.

Top hotel, nice sleek rooms, great view, top breakfast

Very modern hotel, well equipped and the staff were very friendly. The bar restaurant is used by locals at night and we found a nightclub atmosphere there on Friday and Saturday night, ok for a nightcap after dinner. Parking is provided but in hindsight we should have taken the train, parking is pretty difficult any where in Rotterdam and the metro, tram and bus services are plentiful and easy to use. Location is great for getting in around and the city and there plenty of cool places to eat and drink within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The room was out of electricity the time was 10:20 at night. And the staff tell us they are going to "fix it" We were tired and really needed to take a rest yet we spend 40 mins in the darkness.End up get The other room next door and they are very sorry and absolutely NOTHING .Maybe we look young but refering the customers as girls after this kind of situation and giving absolute no compensation ,not even help with the luggage when we change the room was just the worst !
It s not worth even a star. It s the worst accommodation experience in history. It s very tired. I need to rest at the hotel but the room is out of power. At 10:20, the service staff still said that they would fix it. It s very tired and can t rest. The room is dark and no way. Packing up things, it took me forty minutes to finally announce that they couldn t fix it. I just said that I was very sorry to change to another room next door. I told us that we would change the room and use girls to call us. We feel very unrespected. Maybe we think we are Tourists will not come again, don't pay attention at all, can't do anything in the dark, and finally change rooms, just say we are very sorry, there is no compensation, the room is exactly the same next door, even when it is time to change Help us get some luggage, maybe the special room type treatment that the booking website buys is like this. It is recommended that you don't be attracted by the special price...

Wonderfully spacious room with beautiful view. Delicious prayers. Boy ... what a breakfast buffet say! The extremely friendly and professional young employees are striking.

The roof terrace is beautiful with a view over the city. Service was very friendly.

2 nights there begin of July.. we had one problem after another.. room not cleaned when we ask 4 times for a special attention as I was ill during the first night (they finally propose us to change room at 23.30), never get the room service we asked for (milk for my coffee...), bar closed at midnight instead of 2 am without notice (it means that we couldn't even use the vouchers for cocktails that we received as a compensation)... I even don't remember all the problems we got... that can't happen in a supposedly 4 stars hotel! After complaining at the checkout, the manager directly proposed us a big discount. That was kind of her but also 300% justified. And we shouldn't have had to complain for that... There are a lot of other hotels in Rotterdam. I'm quite sure that we won't get back there as a discount is not enough to forget this bad organisation.

Rooms with sunrise view are awesome. Looking at the sunrise while showering. Super beds. Half-star trigger for the super-stylish television, which, due to its size, prevents the view from outside for one half of the bed and you cannot see anything during the day due to the reflection of the surface.

Very well cared for, friendly service both in the bar and at the reception! Modern room, very neat! Was our 1st stay, worth repeating! Very extensive breakfast, super tasty, nothing was missing, SUPER !!!!!

Few pointers:
Rooms not suitable for sharing with eg. co-workers: no lock on bathroom. Shower is see-through.
Breakfast is good, but they kept running out of plates, glasses, fresh orange juice, buns, etc. Only 2 coffee machines in the breakfast hall, so long queues. The coffee is good but when you're serving so many guests, it's better to just have cans/pots to pour coffee from. A machine is just too slow for this situation.
I didn't see any oats/normal yoghurt at breakfast.
Key cards may malfunction when you keep them near your phone.

A very modern hotel in a fantastic location close to public transportation. Excellent rooms good beds excellent sanitary. A small problem with the bill was quickly resolved.

Top notch hotel. In the middle of the canal, big ships are wizzing through it. Modern. Great location. The bathrooms are on the not so discreet side, turn the music on and let yourself go. See through and listen through wall between the room and a bathroom. There is a book in a room with naked dudes in it. Must love it if you love dudes.

Very warm welcome. Outstanding view on the bridge and city centre from the window (I booked "Premium Skyline room"). We checked out on Sunday and had a check-out at 5 pm (special offer from NH).
Since I had my birthday, I put the comment about it in my reservation request. The room was nicely decorated with a cake and wine :).
Gonna book the same hotel with the same room category for Valentine's Day!

Did not have any negative experience at all! Maybe only the parking is a bit expensive, but it is understandable since it is Rotterdam and they do not have their parking but have a special agreement with QPark which is in the same building, so you do not need to go outside. Keep the ticket from the machine and then reception can scan it and your parking will be 25 euro per night (24 hours) instead of 32 (not really sure about it).

The location in particular is fantastic. The hotel itself is fine but more design than practical in some ways.

If you go to Rotterdam, make sure you book a room at nhow with a view on the skyline + bridge because this is a once in a life time experience. The staff is very professional and super friendly! I would definitely come back.

Checked in staff Kelly, Steven, Tom and others are very friendly and helpful. Offered informations about Rotterdam when we told them it s our first time in Rotterdam. They also offer juices shots at checked in.

Room is spotless clean. Funky and modern design with decent size with nice water view.

Hotel restaurant waitress was so friendly when we asked if we could have a look at the menu. It also has very Nice views.

Bar is next to restaurant offers amazing view. A bit bright to my taste but amazing view over looking the bridge and beautiful calm water view.

Overall, staffs attitudes are amazing even tough few are trainees. It makes customers have great experiences. Thus it deserves 5 stars from my travel experience!

Next morning: The breakfast is amazing!
From different types of fresh juice to cava! The breakfast room is massive. 2 coffee expression machines, really fresh bakeries, even has mini macaroons! But hot food only different types of eggs and bacon. I don t like eggs or bacon but the delicious bakeries have satisfied me.

Breakfast room staffs so friendly and helpful especially Milo who gave me hot chocolate on request and Mr Freyaldenhoven (his 1st day working there) from Germany who is working hard to clear the table and so helpful. It s faultless service on this hotel. Staffs seem happy and smiled at their customers. Very calm and happy breakfast environment

Nice view and modern atmospheric place for a drink on the weekend.

Cocktails on the pricey side. Service can be better. Waited fairly long to order and drink for us. After one drink we went elsewhere.

Top hotel, modern and with a great view in a completely renovated district. Right next to pier for cruise ships. Stayed for a small fee on the 16th floor. What would bother me if I had not been alone is the bathroom. It is only separated from the rest of the room with a glass wall. Everyone in the room could see everything. It is always stylish and functional. Would book it again at my next Rotterdam.

Nice rooms. Close to the subway. Good breakfast. All in all a pretty good hotel. I would stat herr again.

Stayed here last weekend and it was lovely. Check in was fast, and the woman behind the counter had little to say but I think was just busy. We had a high room which lacked a view (but thats okay). However, a few small things in the room could have been more neat ; the tissue box in the bathroom was empty, the glass case of the tv couldn t close (I think wasn t supposed to be opened?) and the teaspoons weren t clean. Breakfast was lovely though I had to ask staff for some restock of the pancakes and other warm pastries.

Nice location, sleek and nicely decorated (little expensive parking 25.- per day) the bar / lounge is very nice, you can have a drink or relax and then to your room after a long day in Rotterdam.

One of the coolest hotel rooms I been. Awesome views, and the possibility of see from the shower it's priceless. The room service it's great and nice menu.

It was relatively new when I went. The value was very good for such a nice place and the corporate rates are helpful. The breakfast is quite good and the staff are super friendly. Public transport is just a few minutes away.
