What a great hotel this is, welcoming and friendly. Rooms on top. The breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommended. Beautiful location and very easily accessible.

Check-in horrible. Bathroom no privacy at all .. Cleaning , bits of glass on the floor upon arrival. View fantastic, restaurant excellent, but . Service overall very ok.

Nice location, nice view, too expensive for the provided services, the elevators are always crowded and slow.

Modern, efficient hotel in beautiful surroundings with converted warehouses, historic buildings, food halls, and close to the harbor. Metro station very close. But you can also take a water taxi to the center part. Pricey for that short ride, but fun to do it once!

Check-in was good and fast. Clean rooms with careful use of space (we had a standard room). Lovely bed and good shower. TV is encased in a large mirror on the wall, very special. Channel selection clearly adapted to clientele, but there are also plenty of programs left for Dutch guests to choose. Safe and minibar available. Wardrobe is small, fine for one night or a weekend, for longer stays it will be tight.
Room service also possible during the night, choice is limited to salads and pizzas.

Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. The rooftop bar is also located on this floor (7th), with a great view of the Erasmus Bridge.

Check-out was also good and fast. All in all, a great hotel in a very interesting area. Will definitely come back here!

Hip hotel, nice rooms, and a view of the most beautiful city in the Netherlands.

Nicely located hotel. Ample parking space under the hotel. (Q-Park) You can validate your parking card at or after checking out for an extra discount, for one night it was 25 euros. Neat entrance, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious neat room, I had a premium skyline room and the view was really worth it. Quite a few traces of use on the floor, it is clear that many people with chairs and beds are moving for the photo. Neat bathroom, there was some rubbish here and there in corners so cleaning could be a bit more careful. Furthermore, good price / quality ratio. The TV really needs to be replaced, remote control hardly worked and often no signal. Because the TV is in a closed cupboard, there is also no possibility to attach a chromecast to it for netflix etc. which I often do in other hotels and especially now that there is a curfew in most of the EU. But, looking out the window for a night is really not a punishment. Amazing view. The restaurant is, at the moment, Pick-Up. So you can order and pick up food, not use the breakfast.

The breakfast room is not well equipped but the choice is varied it's great!

Rooms look super good and well maintained, breakfast is in one word great! Beautiful presentation, good food and an extensive range. It is located just over the Erasmus Bridge on the outskirts of the center but a good location to explore Rotterdam and a nice view with water on both sides. The staff are very friendly.

A hotel that doesn't know what it wants to be. Looks very stylish, but lacks any kind of substance. Pleasant rooms (only if you have a bath and not a shower). Staff are friendly and the place always very clean. Biggest issue is the absolutely awful breakfast. Only good thing is the fresh juice and the booze for breakfast, everything else is quite simply a joke (breakfast-wise).

Very stylish hotel rooms featuring an enormous concrete monolith in each room I have stayed in! (Structural feature). So stylish there is little space to put your clothes, toothbrush and no bottle-opener to help you tackle the minibar. Reasonable rate though and some great views available - ask for one...

The first and only hotel I have managed to adjust the thermostat and the AC actually did what it was told! . 25 celcius outside that night and about 18 inside.

Nhow is a beautiful and modern hotel on the banks of the Nieuwe Maes. The
large and beautiful sleek rooms on the highest floors give a beautiful picture of Rotterdam and are certainly a must; so ask for it when making your reservation. The breakfast was also very extensive and tasted great. The offer is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth booking.

A very good hotel close to everything but also set back from the whole city

Excellent help today by Laura Kampinga with rescheduling my reservation, which had some snags, but where Laura eventually found a solution and contacted me on her own initiative. A piece of excellent customer focus that is greatly appreciated.

I have experienced up to 3 times that on Friday evening the bar closes at 2:00 AM and a porter sends everyone outside in a very unprofessional way, including swearing words.

It is effective because he manages to chase around 150 guests to the lifts and lock the door within 7 minutes.
Some are so overwhelmed that they forget their coat and cannot go back.

I don't think a hotel can handle its guests that way.

It also sometimes takes a very long time at the bar before you get your drink while they are quite expensive.

Great hotel or a great place. Nice room. Breakfast a bit massive but fine.

Neat but small rooms. Dining room is chilly. That may be a bit more atmospheric.

There's hardly any light in the rooms. Impossible to read in bed. Tampico there is a table where you can work.

The room has a great view, is very clean and modern with a TV set in a mirrored wall.

I was happy to sleep in the room with my boyfriend, because there is no privacy in the bathroom and on the toilet, the isolated golden dots on the glass walls do not contribute to privacy protection or to the inaudible use of the toilet;)

Otherwise very central hotel with direct access to the subway and tram, also as a last-minute hotel super cheap.

I loved this hotel, the room on the 13th we had a splendid view of the bridge and the Meuse ... Guaranteed scenery for tourists ... Breakfast is very correct, the bar with terrace is nice ... .

Last weekend spent 1 night in the skyline room with a view of the Erasmus Bridge. A breathtaking view that you say to yourself. The room was very neat, clean and everything you need was in it. Including breakfast which had to be picked up, but was also very tasty. The choice may be a bit more diverse, but nothing else to be desired. Staff is also very professional, friendly and clear. For this room you pay a bit more than an average price, but it is well worth it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone just for the view, because you really won't find this anywhere else in the Netherlands as far as I know.

Funky place as usual held together in one of the most provocative and inspiring towers by Rem. Thank you for the stay. The views over the mass are spectacular. I recommend for anyone coming through Rotterdam to stay her infact I would say come to Rotterdam to stay here! See you next time!

Truly the best hotel in Rotterdam. Nice, new and clean rooms with a beautiful view. Lovely bar with a view of De Zwaan for a late drink and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff are friendly and help you quickly. My regular address for when I have to be in Rotterdam.

Nice hotel, but advisable to take a room with a sunset or skyline view. This is because the standard room overlooks the KPN building. Upgrade is neatly arranged!

Good hotel The only notable failure was the shower, we flooded the rest of the bathroom. Complete and varied breakfast. Good service at reception.

Rooms are tidy and clean. Quite modern I thought. The sower and the tube are literally in the room, separated with a glass only.

The hotel has a nice outside terrace. If you are not a guest at the hotel, you can also make good use of it. You have to take the elevator up. So you have to know where it is to get there (you know that now;)). It is wonderful to enjoy the sun here in the summer. The snacks are tasty and are beautifully served. The non-alcoholic cocktails are also highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If it is a little cooler and you still want to sit outside, there are blankets available.

Had a wonderful time. The industrial design must be a bit of your taste. The view from the 23rd floor is really amazing! Beds also sleep well and the bathroom .... Nice shower. Separated from the sleeping area by a glass wall with dots on the bed / window side. But if you stay in the room with your partner, no problem. Just nice to enjoy the view!

Very nice and modernly equipped hotel. The stay was very pleasant. The parking fee of 25 euro per night (already discounted) is rather high though. My expectations are that a hotel in this price class offers the service of a uncomplicated and cost-friendly parking situation.

Favorite hotel in Rotterdam. Situated in one of the highest building of the city. Beautiful situated at the river. Great view on the Erasmus Bridge. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern interior design. Nice bar with terrace. Great breakfest. Staff is always attentive and service orientated.

Our room had a mega view. It is kept very clean and modern. We had a great stay !!

Spectacular the stay in the hotel. Incredible views of the Erasmus bridge. Very spacious room with glass shower. Very attentive staff, especially Irene from reception. A charm. Breakfast, another different experience: a ball machine for taking out cereals, donuts hanging from the tree ... very rich croissants with warm cheese. I would go back without hesitation.
