Location and view over theErasmus bridge are great. Service is good. Prices for drinks go up every month. We now paid 6 for a glass of Chardonnay.

Nhow Bar - Cocktails were great, the view of Rotterdam by night amazing. Snacking options seemed a bit pricey.

Surprisingly good in almost every way. Staff really deserve a big compliment. Even in 5 star hotels we have never experienced such a friendly and excellent service. Perhaps corona played a role in this, but still a chapeau.

Hotel in part of what is known as a beautiful building. Unfortunately only the lower part, yet you are so high that you have an astonishing view of the Erasmus Bridge and Rotterdam. The suite was large, spacious and the view wonderful.

Too bad there was no large bathtub, that would have been nice with the view. The only downside we found was the TV, something that we normally would not or hardly use, but now thanks to corona. TV had hardly any options, watching TV and nothing more. You couldn't stream anything from yourself, so ended up watching Netflix on the iPad on a chair in front of us.

Hotel is an absolute must!

The view is amazing and the stuff is really friendly, the rooms are OK the bar is so so

Room at the south side of the hotel so no direct view on the Erasmus bridge, but this view was quite nice also. Nice, clean and big rooms, especially a big bathroom for hotel standards. Also had a very nice dinner in the nhnow restaurant.

5* rating for the breakfast. It's amazing. I'm quite the breakfast junk, so not impressed too easily. But I recommend the nhow breakfast buffet to everyone who loves many choices at breakfast. Also lovely and creative presentation. For example the cereal gum ball machine, the hanging donuts and the snacks (such as cute waffles) from the wall. Haven't slept here yet, but would book just for the breakfast :)

Chic hotel in a very nice district, clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast selection could be bigger. We were at easter time there, there were many people, so you had to be quick to get some pancakes.

An amazing view across the river. Impeccable service in a new minimalistic-boutique-esque hotel. The rooms are well furnished and very comfortable. The breakfasts whilst buffet, cater for most tastes with a large selection of choice. Simply fantastic all round.

Always good. The view of the Erasmus bridge is especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is excellent, very varied. What else to mention is the bar on the 7th floor: cheap, friendly staff, nice view.

Good hotel in a great location. Had booked a premium room on the 22nd floor. The room was very large and attractively equipped with 30 square meters. The advertised view, however, was clouded by the fact that an office tower on the entire long side prevented the view. I think you can not advertise then. I would have booked a cheaper room. Although I haven't used this as a place to sleep, there is a great place to lounge and have a drink on the seventh floor. It has a great view across Rotterdam, including the Erasmus bridge. It has a modern feel to it and the whole place breathes quality.

Pleasant service, seen also, the rooms are a bit small but spacious.

Staying overnight was a surprise from my friend. Nice room / bathroom, view of the Erasmus Bridge and Rotterdam: More than 'wow' !! Cozy bar with live DJ and tasty cocktails.
Breakfast great too! Lots of choice in everything and anything and also a lot of non-'standard hotel breakfast buffet' snacks and drinks!

But there is little alternative unless coming without a car.

Stylish hotel with nice bar. The have a terrace to watch across the city and service is good. Not sure if you need the curtains in the room or if the outdoor foil protect you

Very modern hotel with a beautiful view of part of Rotterdam's ports. Breakfast was very generous with a very large selection of dishes. Highly recommended.

There is no food button ... But the food was very bad. Bread was very hard and old. Dinner you could hardly choose from anything, and this was not tasty either.

I only visited the nhow bar at the 7th floor. I have been there for 4 times and I really enjoyed it. It has a great view over the Erasmus bridge and Rotterdam as well as a good selection of beers.

Very nice hotel designed by Rem Koolhaas. Also interior is styled by his architect bureau. Spacious rooms with a great city or harbour view!

They do give a discount on your Q-park parking ticket at hotel nhow Rotterdam.
But not if you entered the parking garage with your credit card.
So, tip, just grab a parking ticket and pay it when you check out at the nhow Rotterdam desk.

Very nice, modern, clean hotel.
I wanted to cancel the day before the trip as my dog had an accident. To be honest, I wasn't expecting any goodwill. The hotel offered me the option to postpone the trip. I thought that was great. Didn't take up the offer, but decided to travel alone, without a husband and a sick dog. Claudia, the young lady at the front desk when she heard my story, organized an upgrade for me. I thought that was really great. The next day, a very personal, handwritten card from Claudia awaited me in the room with the question of my dog's health.
These are unique experiences.

Great view of the skyline. Good room, good reception, bar o.k ..

We had an amazing stay. My boyfriend graduated for his PhD and we came here to celebrate. Staff did everything to give us an amazing experience. We also enjoyed the gym and sauna very much. Dinner and breakfast was also great. Everyone we talked to went out of their way to give us the best service. Highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back!

A modern hotel close to the Swan Bridge .. It overlooks the city and a destination on the river .. There is a restaurant .. Breakfast is not varied and does not suit the Arabs .. The crew is nice and convenient .. The place is very comfortable and away from the civil center of 10-20 minutes Train station 15-20 minutes According to the traffic jam.

Lovely atmosphere despite the modern interior. Bright and spacious rooms. I didn't like the seperate mattrasses for a double bed. Also the shower spray could've been bigger.

Great location, even better view. Wonderfull breakfast. Rooms are modern. Bathroon is fine Shower is a little bit small.. only thing was that reception was in large hall therefor when all receptionists are talking to guests there is loads of echo, so it's difficult to hear your receptionist. But the hotel itself is truely great
