Worst restaurant experience ever!!!!! Inexperienced untrained staff; they left us four times in the middle of ordering food. We had to call them every time. This is the first time I have seen the restaurant of a 4-star hotel serves food like street food corners; the "steak", which looks more like beef donor kebab, came in a plastic dish with a paper. Even Mc. Donald has a better presentation for food! The food tasted terrible; it was tasteless actually. The salad was fine though but not good enough for a luxury restaurant. And such a terrible two-course dinner for three, for 90 euro! I am willing to pay that much for nice food and good service but I think we just wasted our money on something worthless. I wouldn't even give one star to this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody: instead, go to a donor restaurant and you will receive better service and food for cheaper price!

Very nice hotel with great views! We had a huge room on the 18th floor. Very fresh and delicious breakfast. We will be back. Unfortunately, Rotterdam did not convince us so much.

Nice modern and fresh room. Great bed. A special feature is the glass wall when showering. Getting in and out of shower not convenient. Super fast lift. Extremely busy hotel bar, was no place and difficult to get a drink. Good service. Centrally located hotel, recommended.

Nice hotel for a city trip to Rotterdam. Easy parking under the hotel and large and clean room. The only pity is that there are few lifts and because people apparently have trouble with the lift system you sometimes have to wait a while before you can use it. Problem that is no longer an issue after corona!

One of the worst services I've ever seen, it changed my view of Netherlands at the first point.

Spectacular building next to the Erasmus Bridge. We asked for a room looking at the bridge to see the New Year's Eve fires (spectacular), and the room, on one of the upper floors (the hotel occupies 23 although the building is much taller) was beautiful, a whole window over the river and the bridge (and the office office next door, you have to leave the curtain on that side down), with a spacious, new and original bathroom. The big comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet ok, not too varied but had everything.
It is close to the metro and the tram to get to the center, although walking is ten minutes.
They were very nice with a reservation problem.

Great food, nice conference room. Rooms have annoying LED lighting, cold and poorly lit. Friendly and helpful staff.

Delicious coffee and beautiful real Christmas trees

In terms of price, I think it is a disappointment. The restaurant / bar area is also too small. At breakfast it was so busy that people had no place to sit. Location is nice at the Erasmus bridge

Nice hotel with a very good breakfast. One downside, the sink was leaking which made our towels a bit wet.

The location is absolutely amazing - the area here offers great restaurants, a fantastic view, a water taxi port (must go) and and and.

Recommended: book via the website and check back again and again. There are often special offers and that is where it is cheapest.

Nice hotel, very nice rooms, clean, nice breakfast and restaurant, helpful staff, sometimes you need to ask for missing things and they are friendly helping. Just for long stays never forget ur tooth brush as they don't avail as some other same rank hotels.
In general very good hotel and quiet stay.

Cool hotel and many rooms have a great view. Not as cool as the nhow in Berlin, but floor 7 with the bar and the rooftop terrace with a view on the water and the bridge is cool. Rooms are good, but the bathroom construction is a disaster! Easy to run into the glass walls! Autsch!

Fantastic service, super high-tech and breathtakingly decorated. There are also funny comments everywhere like on the coffee cups: "Today's tasks: drink coffee, be awesome."
Definitely recommended, but I recommend not going to the top floor if you are afraid of heights. :)

Great bar with good quality drinks and qualified staff. The price is on the high side, but so is the quality.

Depending on the ... we unfortunately had no luck twice with the view. I would have liked to see the Erasmus Bridge.

Rooms are quiet. You don't hear any neighbors but the construction sites in the middle of the door from 8 a.m. Point deduction.

Both bathrooms were wrongly designed. No hacking for towels. A door for the bathroom and toilet, partly made of glass / frosted glass, so transparent. Bathroom is under water after showering. Little space for 2 people. Who does something like that?

Just a closet. Extremely little space for 2 people. The room is ventilated through a gap of a few centimeters. Windows cannot be moved.

Air conditioning a bit noisy even when switched off.

Had 4 cocktails for just under 42 euros. No alcohol. Were more able to drive than before visiting the bar. Never again that bar. Point deduction.

All in all a solid 3. Next time in Rotterdam I won't be here again.

I have been there before just for drinks with my partner - which we both experienced to be lovely - considering the view and cocktails during the summer.

I decided to go back there with a large group of female friends for Birthday dinner - turned out to be the biggest MISTAKE ever. The service given by a local male waiter was extremely poor and he was unapologetic rude. The food is overpriced and the service, again extremely bad.

The hotel is quite comfortable, good rooms, nice staff, good bar and great breakfast.

Great hotel, perfect location. You will not regret staying at the Nhow.

Perfect breakfast both for kids and for adult, you can find many options for eating. Clean rooms, nice, helpful staffs. After riding bike or walking around, finding wet towel in the reception was great for us... just one negative point for us (yeah actually i know this is a business hotel): we needed to rent bike for kids and for us, but we can find bikes for adults only. Because of that reason we need to walk for 15 minutes for renting.

Though not everything actually functions (it's architecture-themed but not a stickler for details) we loved it.

Bar on 7th floor has the worst service around. Dirty tables full of glasses from previous patrons, coffee stains everywhere on tables, no ashtrays available for a cigarette smoker, staff lazy and so super slow at bringing 2 drinks to the table. Almost to the point that they are f#@king useless. Had to go inside after 15minutes waiting for service and ask if it was self service?!?WTF-in Europe this is poor service to be honest. Usually you can't sit 1minute and someone is begging to serve you.
Otherwise good view of Rotterdam centrum, chilled atmosphere and nice people.
Didn't stay at hotel so can't rate it. Bar on 7th floor is otherwise nice and modern but staff useless as tits on a bull! Avoid wasting your time and money here..

Location is very beautiful next to the Erasmus bridge. Drinks are a little expensive but understandable for the view. Atmosphere is very lovely.

The hotel is in the center of Rotterdam. You have a great view of the Erasmus Bridge and the harbor. The staff are very friendly.

Lovely bedding and good pillows. Nice welcome. Good quality items at the buffet breakfast, particularly the scrambled eggs and bacon. Oh and the little legs chocolate men. And the macarons. The bar is lively at night with fairly hefty prices and friendly staff. The view is great if you pay to be on that side of the hotel - wall to wall windows and blackout curtains. All round good value and high quality.

Nice hotel, a very nice spacious room with a beautiful view of the Erasmus Bridge. A few points for improvement: the food in the restaurant was really bad, and not much choice. Breakfast in bed was reasonable. Bathroom floor is very slippery when wet. Parking ticket of 25 euros is added, they should have mentioned that. A view of the Erasmus Bridge makes up for a lot, that's fantastic! We will definitely come back.

Spent one night in this beautiful hotel. We had a standard room that was really fine and felt luxurious. Storage space, Nespresso machine, mini-bar, television, charging points for your smartphone and a great view! Also very nice that they provided a gift for my birthday.

Modern, vibrant and artful. On the 7th floor there is a bar with a stunning view of the city. Saturday night was full of young people having a dring (or two). I found the rooms to be small, without much counterspace in the bathrooms and not enough lights.

Excellent modern hotel, clean and tidy and furnished to a high standard. Friendly staff. Great riverside location nextdoor to the cruise terminal. Metro stop 2 minutes away from front door.

Super location with beautiful view over the Erasmus Bridge, cozy bar on the 7th floor with good cocktails. Rooms are nice (modern) but very moderately finished. Have told the reception that we would put leftover food from room service in the corridor i.v.m. odors in the room. This would be picked up but it was still there the next day. Unfortunately. Furthermore, great hotel.

Hotel in the building! Basically, the view is good at some height! The room size is also large, so you can enjoy yourself and the breakfast is good. Very satisfied with the price!

Beautiful and stylish hotel, in one of the nicest areas in Rotterdam

The sofa in the room had "human juices" on it - not nice. The shower didn't have room to place the soap, shampoo etc. on which was a bit unpractical. The design of the hotel, however, was nice and it was good looking place. Breakfast was missing muesli and/or porridge which I personally would have preferred.

Welcoming staff, nice and spontaneous. Nice view. Cozy place to go together or to watch a sunset.

Highly recommended. Beautiful view. The most extensive breakfast ever. A good cocktail bar. Parking in the same building. Good beds. Spacious well-kept suite on the 18th floor. Low noise.
