Nice hotel, rooms fine. I thought breakfast was a bit sloppy, there was something everywhere. Easy to oversee something. Bar and restaurant were ok with food. It is a pity that in the bar you can only eat from a seat or at a bar stool and uncomfortable table. We finally went to the restaurant, where there were not many tables. Some people were refused who also had not made a reservation, while in our opinion there was still room if they turned a 4-person table into a 2-person. Everything else ok.

Great Hotel. Modern, clean, awesome view. I didn t have breakfast here but I ve tried the 7th floor at night. Chill atmosphere and an amazing view to the Erasmusbrug. A good place to start visiting this mid city in the south of Netherlands.
Location is easy to access from CS by tram or walking. I had a room with a great view from the 22nd floor. The beds were very hard, I would like to experience a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also completely glass and semi-transparent. You miss some privacy. Breakfast was quite varied and was well looked after.
Sadly I can't give this more than one star. Incredibly poor administration and couldn't book the room I requested TWICE.
I tried to check-in online 2 days before I arrived with my girlfriend for our anniversary, but their site wouldn't let me select a room. I tried selecting the recommended room they assigned and it still wouldn't work. I tried for an entire day but their site kept giving errors. I rang the hotel and was put through to a call center in India, to which they told me the room was booked under my girlfriends name and not mine (even though I booked it under my name). They put me through to the hotel reception and I explained that I could not check-in and book my room, to which they were understanding and booked one of the rooms which was at this point my second room of choice.
Fast forward to arrival and the check-in at reception, and we're given a completely different room to the one I booked on the phone the day before! (lower floor and smaller room). I told them this wasn't the room I selected and that I talked with someone only yesterday confirming my selected room. The receptionist looks through her emails and indeed finds the email about the conversation the day before... BUT THE ROOM WAS NEVER BOOKED BY THE RECEPTIONIST. Very, very bad experience and their administration is poor to say the least.
I should also mention, their "fitness center" is a tiny 4x4m hotel room with a treadmill and a cross-trainer. Absolute joke.
The suite on the 22nd floor is more like an apartment than a hotel room. The atmosphere is comfortable and luxurious. And there really is a phenomenal view! Also from the terrace on the 7th floor. The breakfast is great here: varied, tasty and lots of choice.
Together with my son I had 1 night in NHow Rotterdam This is by far the nicest hotel I have ever been to. What a fantastic location and view. The breakfast? a paradise for a good breakfaster like me. We will definitely be back. For us, NHow is Waaauw !!!
The skybar at the nhow hotel offers a great view of Rotterdam. Good drinks on the menu. Seating arrangements are good with quite a lot of personal space. Will visit again.
