Nh Hoteles - Laguna Palace Review

Very good hotel, to be 4 stars the hotel is quite beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and cleanliness is very good. Some rooms have a view of the jates that the hotel has, it seems to me that those jates only serve to give a better image to the hotel, the buffet seems good to me and the excellent service, the reception guys are quite friendly in addition to the majority They speak different languages. The prices seem fairly fair. I highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful facility, new and with excellent location

Big disappointment. I remember this hotel from a few years ago, from a medical congress. My impressions were positive then, so I chose this hotel again to stay with my family. The family room consists of two rooms connected with each other, with one microscopic bathroom and a "wardrobe". Dirty, scratched walls and old equipment of the room and bathroom. In the "wardrobe" one shelf and eight hangers (four people - two adults, two teenagers). There were not enough towels - each day only for three people. One cup and an un-filled set for preparing coffee and tea. One day the room was untidy until 4pm. At the reception I received information that they have too much work and must prepare rooms from which the guests are checking out. My request for more hangers was ignored. I received the answer that eight hangers are a sufficient number. One shelf and two hangers per person is supposedly a standard in this hotel, according to the reception staff. Lack of a smile and any kind of empathy on the part of the staff. It is a pity, because the location and architecture of the hotel is very interesting. Second star for relatively good breakfasts.

Modern hotel, away from the hustle and bustle, convenient free parking, well served by public transport and very close to restaurants and pizzerias. Excellent breakfast, large and spotless rooms. Highly recommended.

Worst hotel where I stayed. The rooms stink, there is a general dirt, skins everywhere, inside the sheets, and when I wanted to call the taxi for the airport they wanted to take me by their taxi driver (venice one or something like that) asking me 50 euros when the tariff fixed is 35 Euros, I refused and I called a local taxi. Oh I forgot, nice restaurant only in the photos, chairs cut with knives ... absolutely nn understand how this hotel did to get 4 stars ??? AVOID IT

Bring your ventilation device which is just so miserable. Stale room air and fan make loud noises and blow straight to bed ... And start making noises especially at night time .. otherwise okay.

Wonderful, new and modern hotel, spacious rooms for a very good breakfast. Location Matter - It's already very specific to the type of trip. We arrived by car so the '' fit '' hotel was off-center. In the case of Venice, it might be worth taking a hotel out of the city center, if only because of the access (or lack of access) to the city. It is difficult to reach the hotels and to carry luggage. We arrived at this hotel after three hotels that were right in the city centers we were in (Siena, Florence and Sirmione). It is very convenient that the hotel is right in the center, but in this case we preferred to stay outside and were not sorry. There is a bus right in front of the hotel up to a central station. The hotel itself is great, high standard. Breakfast is relatively rich in Europe. Another successful hotel on the internet that does not disappoint.

Nice hotel with beautiful rooms. The location is on an industrial estate so if you want to go to Venice, you have to take the bus for example. You can eat and drink in the restaurant, but there are also various occasions nearby. We had a nice time.

I travel for work and this time I returned to the NH to be able to attend a training course. As usual, a very comfortable room and a wonderful breakfast (I don't drink coffee or hot drinks so I have no direct testimony about this).

The lounge is located directly in the water and offers unimagined tranquility and a luxurious atmosphere. Bar staff very accommodating even if a bit snooty.

Very large and comfortable hotel near Venice.
I have stayed with my wife and two children (15 and 11 years old) in a family room. It's like an aparthotel with two rooms and two bathrooms, very comfortable to visit Venice.
Bus 43 stops at the hotel door every 30 min and takes you to the center of Venice in 15 min.
Plentiful and good continental breakfast.
When I return to Venice I will return to this hotel.

The hotel lives up to its 4 stars, the staff is very attentive and friendly, just 3 minutes away you have the bus that takes you to Piazzale Roma in 15 minutes, you can buy the bus ticket at the hotel itself at just 1.50 Euro. From Piazzale Roma, all of Venice is at your fingertips.

It seems they have one iron in the whole complex. You have to go wandering the corridors with clothes in hand and then find yourself ironing in a corner with no light. And after all you are that iron is old and broken. In the field of security, access and increasingly "hot iron" it is dangerous to have.

The structure is original. Two twin buildings with dock in the middle. Modern and welcoming structure. Large rooms and clean furnishings in the forms. Generally silent but some rooms have shown little privacy compared to the adjoining rooms. Very complete breakfasts in a modern and luminous context. Garage below. 10 euros the night. Always check room availability with price on offer. Position away from the center of Mestre and the train station about 20 minutes on foot.

A good Hotel, a medium-high quality standard. Restaurant not that great for what you pay. Room well supplied but not well cleaned. Friendly staff. Average high price.

2nd time I've stayed there and it is awesome. Easy to get to Venice from here and right on the water where you can sit out and relax or enjoy a nice meal

2. In the morning when I want to take a shower, I open the shower cap box, I think I want to use tp it doesn't work (the shower cap is still in a new state)
At night when I really want to use the shower cap, the one in the small box is the shower cap is a messy shower cap that has been messed up
3. The walls of the hotel are too thin, so the neighbors cleared their throat, the neighbor's suitcase fell into the wall, the vibration reached my bed
