Nh Hoteles - Laguna Palace Review

My experience was amazing they have all the facilities that you need only one request that I would have loved if they had a swimming pool or Jacuzzi. The room service was immaculate! Very clean and big the hotel guest are very helpful and smiley, I wasn't too keen on breakfast however the continental was just fine for me as I was on a diet and there were lots of fruit yoghurt and other stuff. My overall experience I will definitly go again to NH Laguna palace as I felt at home.

Excellent hotel, very large and elegant, even if I am settled in the less professional and more tourist wing. Very large and clean room with excellent finishes. Very good breakfast. Free outdoor parking while the internal one costs 10 Euro per night.

5 km from the center of Venice, a hotel very thought for meetings and events. With a center tro conferences is a large and very good hotel

Actually, everything is fine. You just have to look, that you have the room in the main building. Otherwise you also run in the rain from one building to another.

BAD CONFERENCES !!!
The conference room was bad, the microphones crackled for 2 days, there was an AC that no one could turn off.
The people who had to help us didn't even know which cable was going where, we had to go and buy some jacks and cables to be able to broadcast with a projector.
The staff were really disinterested and absolutely useless.
The quality of the service was bad.
Ridiculous internet that costs 10 euros a day to have a dedicated (slow) connection.

All this at an EXORBITABLE price !!!
Not recommended, don't go there !!!

Mastodontic hotel but absolutely spectacular, excellent services and impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, very comfortable beds with excellent quality linen.
The view from the fifth floor that looks inside is very beautiful both day and night, having a small illuminated port that makes the environment even more luxurious. Organization of the excellent structure with two reception areas in each structure with very qualified staff ready for any request for travel around Venice and the airport. The perfect location of the hotel where at 50 meters there is the stop of the current (8/08/2019) bus 43 which in just 16 minutes arrives at the terminus in Venice at Piazzale Roma where there are many ferries to enjoy Venice.

Amazing room. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff that were very helpful. Clean was tidy with good regular cleaning. The views of the laguna is beautiful and the location for buses into city centre both Venice and mestre were excellent. Really quick and simple. Would definitely stay here again.

I was there on December 1st. I have been an NH customer for a long time, sorry, but in this case I was given a room (dear) that did not correspond to the description, there was not even a kitchenette that was shown instead. The third bed was clearly false. The family room that was assigned to us had been obtained with plasterboard. It was poorly maintained, the wardrobe lacked a door. For the rest, the photos speak for themselves. On the NH website I have not found a voice for complaints, as the hotel has not even asked me for feedback on the stay, I publish this review

Comfortable hotel but I don't recommend choosing it for visiting Venice. 12 euros per day for parking. Bus stop for railway station only on weekdays but the hotel does not sell tickets. Booked room for two but set up for one person. At the same price much better solutions.

Wonderful experience, very clean and modern. Amazing breakfast spread and a beautiful design with a marina in the middle of the hotel. Very easy for transport to Venice, with a bus station right outside the hotel.

The facilities were good, the problem was the attention in the dining room, we were referred from the airport for missing a flight and they took us to this hotel, according to the maitre d what we had for dinner was to choose between a plate of macaroni or roast chicken, this was what we ordered roast chicken, dry, impossible to chew with 2 sprouts
broccoli dwarfs, all after waiting 45 minutes despite the fact that there are 6 people in the dining room

Always very clean, good fabrics of sheets and blankets that are thermally pleasant, structure with admirable architecture, comfortable rooms made with good materials and well air conditioning.
The breakfast is of a high standard.
The restaurant is also valid, with prices I don't say high but that could be a little more contained.
Courteous and professional staff.

Really nice hotel with pretty good location. Two bus lines direct to Venice, railway station reachable in some minutes of walk. Great architecture, split building with small yacht harbour in between. Great terrace (we haven't been using cause of chilly weather end October. Huge parking in the basement, some nice restaurants within 5min walking distance. Venice ticket for vaporetto contains bus/rail to Mestre as well!

Perfect in every way .. staff very helpful.. breakfast gives you a very good choice .. room very clean and modern .. cannot fault this hotel ... second visit for me and my wife and we will definitely be returning for a third time 10/10 ..

The hotel has a modern appearance and the triple room is very large, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, especially in the common areas. Problems encountered: jet of the split shower as soon as it was taken in hand, kettle leaking, windows of the room completely covered with bird droppings (certainly outside, but not really pleasant to see). Finally in the morning on waking (we were there for only one night), the surprise of having the entire structure without running water, due to a fault (the staff was not clear whether it was dependent on the hotel or the distribution company ). Regardless of who was responsible for the disruption, I find it embarrassing that a structure that is part of an important international circuit is not equipped with an emergency supply system.
Positive note is the presence in front of a bus stop that allows you to reach Venice in 15/20 min.

Came here expecting a cleaner hotel than my last and i was not disappointed. Everything was really nice and clean, all the linens were clean and the room layout was nice. 4 stars only because the room smelled a bit weird for a couple hours

Have stayed several times including in the pre-opening period. Have never had anything but exceptional service whichever room category we stayed in. Looking to book two double rooms in Venice. And guess where I ve started looking!

Beautiful and comfortable stay right on the Grand Canal. The staff was very helpful and professional. Wish we could have had breakfast or a drink on the terrace directly on the canal- didn't realize only available for lunch or dinner.

Ok stay. Wasn t great, wasn t bad. They seemed very unorganised, the food wasn t nice either. Didn t understand I couldn t eat cheese. They lied to cover up their mistakes quite a bit. They did surprisingly accomodate my request for my friends birthday. Happy about that. Thank you

The structure is certainly of a good standard but I believe that more attention should be given to all aspects, even the most basic. Despite having booked a room for two people, we did not find enough towels: there was only one shower towel and one face towel. The bidet was missing to complete at least the necessities of one person and totally the one for the other and also the shower mat was not even put on. Also the air conditioning was too noisy, it was like being in an airplane turbine so much that we had to turn it off. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was satisfying and plentiful with all kinds of sweet and savory offerings.

Excellent breakfast service with attentive and professional staff. I always go back willingly, large and well-kept rooms. Just a shame that such a large hotel does not have a useful spa after a day of work.

After cancelation the hotel still kept the reservation after booking call.

The hotel is clean and rooms are big. The internet connection is little bid slow, even if payed. But you can still watch YouTube movies.

The free parking is across the water, 2 minutes walk. It s free. If you want stay in garage than it s provobpy not free, did not ask.

The minibar is filed with drinks and also room service offer wide on offer.

What I could is only that there were few hairs after house keeping clean up my room, the lady provibly had long hair. But it can happen.

At all was a nice stay, better than in Hilton.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during Christmas and had to change three rooms. The first night was because I had continuous noise and couldn't sleep at all. I had to change a room at one o'clock in the morning and suddenly suddenly the next morning. Found that there is no water, we immediately called the front desk, they did not say anything, they had to ask them for a few bottles of mineral water, just wash their faces and brush their teeth and go out to Venice. When we come back in the evening, we also call in advance and they confirm that there is already water, and they promise to fix it. However, when we returned to the room, we found that there was still no water, and there was no water. We were so angry that we ran to the front desk and asked for a room change. They changed us to another low-floor room.
This is a very chaotic hotel, I will never go, because their front desk is not willing to think for the guests, for them the hotel is not a problem with water, and I will not go to any NH series hotel.

Large hotel consisting of two blocks. Spacious rooms, well located on public transport, correct breakfast.

Hotel itself is nice, as are the staff but there is not too much around it. Does have some nice cafes and a lot of supermarkets around. However with no microwave in the room makes them kind of useless except for snacks.

Nice business & leisure hotel in Mestre - Venice. Just 1,7km from train station. Exit direct to the canal for a boat trip to Venice. Good restaurant and beautiful rooms

Price performance out of season ok. Large breakfast buffet. Fitness room was clean and all equipment worked perfectly. Unfortunately there is no shower in the fitness room.

Excellent hotel divided into two bodies, very welcoming rooms, qualified staff and impeccable service. I was there for a course and I appreciated the technical and comfortable level of the conference rooms, they were perfect and the problems were quickly resolved. I hope to go there again this summer.

Futuristic hotel in Mestre; friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, on an avenue with many restaurants, and in front of the bus stop 43, which for only 1.50 euros takes you to Piazzale Roma, Venice, in a quarter of an hour. Bus tickets can be purchased at the reception. The rooms are large, clean and quiet. The kitchen in the restaurant surprised me, I had a very good starter and first course.
