The air conditioning was as good as not at all but everything was great

I had the chance to work there for a day as a model, I was treated with such kindness and courtesy that it didn't even seem to me to have gone there for an occupation.
The interior of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing.

Hotel located in Mestre 10 minutes from Venice. International type, large capacity and especially private port for arrival by boat from Venice center or airport. Very well connected by Venizia A / R bus links.

Here for a conference and a perfect venue for it. Spend 2 nights earlier in Venice island. A 15mins from Piazza Roma Venice bus terminal to the front of Hotel. Also 15mins also to Mestre old town... Where the local shops and eat.

A Little out of the way if you are walking. Apart from that, excellent structure. Very large rooms in NH level. Super breakfast. High quality restaurant

Excellent Hotel that has its own Dock so that tourists can arrive by water taxi directly from the airport or from Venice.
A little away from the buses because I always see dozens of tourists walking along Via Torino full of suitcases and trolleys

The apartments are great, but the service is somewhat messy. We had baggage service included and the bags took over an hour to arrive, as there was only one employee to attend to all fit. and also lacked some items in the room, like towels, and amenities. The restaurant's service is great, both at dinner and at breakfast. Breakfast varied.

Great rooms, have a feeling of the orange is the new black ....lol

A decent hotel, good location on mainland in Mestre, bus connections to Venice is around 10-15 minutes which bus stop is just outside, 15-20 minute walk from Mestre railway station, 2x supermarkets nearby and around 5 restaurants with walking distance, hotel staff superb and friendly only criticism is the room, little things kept happening, our shower head kept falling off, the lights kept turning themselves on in the night but all in all I would stop here again.

Hotel with innovative and elegant lines, functional conference center. The bar is closed for the exteriors at 8.30am.

Have spent 3 nights here. Unfortunately had a room in the second building. Small tip, suitcase only after checking in from the car as you did not know beforehand in which building you are. Everything was clean and family-sized huge. Unfortunately you could see on the 2nd view also the signs of use. Many small repairs visible. But everything in the frame. Views and architecture unbeatable inside and out! Bus number 43 only 20m away directly to Venice. Restaurant has small selection but everything was delicious and prices ok. Reception were nice and also gave good information. You can tell that it is a huge hotel because it is very impersonal. Breakfast was great, something for everyone. Unfortunately only until 10 o'clock. There are ca.15 meters from the second building a public parking - Toll Free!

For the poticello with the boats that is directly connected to the sea and fantastic. !!

Sumptuous and modern, it offers really spacious rooms with living room and bathroom. Particularly nice is the fact that it overlooks the sea ... a huge luxury stilt house.

Beds are amazing. Rooms are fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel in a good location - 15 mins walking from Mester train station and there's also a bus to Venice nearby that takes 10 mins. The receptionist was very nice to store our luggage before we checked in. The bed is large and comfortable, and there is soundproof. The breakfast buffet offered international and traditional food.

Large common areas, well maintained, room (with a view of the dock) nice and large pity that the blackout curtain was broken, so goodbye view. Room cleaning to be improved.

This is my second time staying here this month.

The place is a dump.

Public spaces and physical structure are gorgeous. Rooms filthy, run down and worn out. Mattress in desperate need of replacement.

Bathroom was quite clean and impressive. Rooms are huge by European standards, but sparsely furnished.

Great noise suppression from outside of building, but none from inside corridors.

Breakfast buffet is skimpy at best. Very little selection and what is available is not high quality.

Staff is very friendly. Must ask for extra towels. Was told they do not have face flannels/wash clothes.

Must ask to have air conditioning in room turned on at front desk (who then controls the temperature).

I've only been there to attend a seminar, for this reason I can not tell about rooms and hotel facilities.
The conference centre is big and well equipped. Buffet was average.

The bar does not mesure up to the standard, the waiter was slow, not that polite had difficulties with a few customers only asking for coffee.

Very elegant hotel and excellent venue for events and business meetings

Certainly impressive as architecture, with the lagoon in the center of the two bodies of the hotel. Friendly staff but services not up to par, especially breakfast, not fresh in many respects and a meeting room where Wi-Fi doesn't work (I was there for work).

The construction of the hotel is very interesting. The staff is a disaster. Have a 4 bed room booked for adults, but got a three bed room with a very small terrible extra bed. Got it addressed immediately, but it was not heard ... I did not like the breakfast. Very high waiting time at the reception. At the check - out I wanted to charge more - Caution.

Nice room and view. I had double standard room. Breakfast team are nice and helpful but can be overwhelmed by the guests especially over weekend. Receptionist staff ordinary, not good or bad, cleaning rooms staff nice and helpful. I recommend the hotel and will stay there again if there is a good offer.

Modern hotel on the lagoon in Mestre with boats moored a few meters from the breakfast room tables. Very suggestive. Very large and clean rooms. Not far from the station and served by a large car park. Really worth trying.
