Nh Hoteles - Laguna Palace Review

Wonderful service of the maid Tiziana, extremely kind and professional at the outdoor bar of the Hotel Laguna Palace.

I stayed several times both for work and leisure. I appreciated the location and the generosity of the common areas. The inner dock that gives a sense of peace is very intimate and relaxing and for this reason I like the rooms that overlook it more. Breakfast is plentiful and orderly with an adequate selection of sweet and savory foods and specific corners for gluten-free and tees. The kettle with coffee bags and tees is also comfortable in the room. Soundproofing ok and comfortable beds. Courteous staff at all levels and fair price. Definitely return

A very modern Hotel. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. However not too impressed with the staff starting with the reception. Hence the rating.

A fantastic place for me where I spent a good Valentine's day with my partner, the hotel is 4 stars the first service with a comfortable price according to the place and has everything it offers, I remembered that Venezuela has prices are always high for everything. I recommend this hotel.

Some extraordinary luxury is not it, but there is everything you need, helpful and friendly service, excellent breakfasts. Overall, I recommend it.

Comfort / luxury: space ok. Soft bedding but ok (typa water mattress). Poor finishes, worn and poorly placed materials. Barely 3
Breakfast: 5 .good, substantial.
Quality / price: 4 . Not very luxury, suddenly a little expensive, but location and little breakfast extra.

The hotel is located in an area just outside the city. Well served by buses that go to Venice and about 15 minutes walk from Mestre station. The hotel is very correct. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The bedding is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very rich, several choices. The neighborhood is calm. Ideal for family stays.

The waiter is happy to introduce local information to the tourists.

Technical problems with lights, gym is in only one building, staff barely speaks English and the breakfast is limited. Some of us even got tiny rooms in comparison for the same price... not up to NH standards...

Good hotel, very spacious family rooms. But it seems to me a little too experienced. The rooms need a renovation. The common parts are very beautiful and spacious. Connected well with Venice. Really nice exterior. Given the location, the price is good. Maybe the side of the apartments should be less informal as there is more children. Just saying. However advice

Nice staff but can only give a 2 star review due to how annoying it was that they don t have irons in the room. In order to use an iron you have to use the iron and board in the hallway of the 5th floor. I felt like I was a student again!

Amazing conference room, well maintained and organized, it has a beautiful effect.

Qualitatively very good, with prices slightly above average given the location, as shown in the photo, fantastic.

Shower drain was blocked, could not be fixed by staff so we asked for a new room, reception was very slow and unresponsive, the phone often went unanswered.

Hotel is badly understaffed it seems.

Reception offered to check for available rooms, but they never got back to us, queried twice after 10 and 20 minutes and they were 'still checking'. Ended up being upgraded but all we wanted was to shower and sleep so this was hardly a benefit.

Staff also speak poor English compared to other Italian hotels although this did not contribute to my poor rating.

Great hotel! Good price!! Good location!! Bus stop just outside hotel that goes everywhere you need to go. Can buy from hotel the bus pass which includes water taxi. Comfy beds and good breakfast

Almost brand new, modern but a bit cold. Covered boat seats even if limited. Channel communicating with the Venice lagoon. Public underground parking for a fee.

Good but not excellent rooms x what it costs, negative service and cuisine.

Careless and dishonest service at the bar.
The waiter had no issue renting the bin and then making a cocktail without even wiping his hands.
He also had no change for a 9 Euro drink on a 10 Euro note.

I made the reservation for the hotel and for my surprise there are two buildings. In which I stay seems a bit old and very little people. Tap are very scratched and old. Carpet dirty. Rest ok

Hotel was nice and staff very friendly and professional, but in my room I had trash in my trash container and bathtub was disgusting it has oily mess on the bottom of it. I made pictures before I had my staff in it.

Unfortunately we landed in a unrenovated room in building B. Room dingy and bathroom moldy. Breakfast bad. Only parking and bus connection to Venice were good. No "German" four stars! We were disappointed!

Very modern nice hotel with own jetty / Marina. Nice restaurants nearby, where you can also have dinner from 19 clock.
It takes 15 minutes by bus to Piazzale Roma in Venice.
There is free Wi-Fi but unfortunately no fitness center and no pool

All in all, a great hotel with a rich breakfast offer ... One notices the hotel in a few places its years ... Still: RECOMMENDED!

Large rooms, beds are very comfortable and buffet breakfast was really good. Marina in-between both buildings is a unique touch. All in all a pleasant experience here.
