Nh Hoteles - Laguna Palace Review

I went to the NH Laguna Palace for the event organized by AIFBM. Everything was perfect. I thank Beatrice, Sara and Lara from the reception for the valuable information.

I love it .. I had a great pleasant stay! Even the staff were lovely

Beautiful modern hotel, 15 minutes away from the station made it perfect for visiting Venice, Verona and other nearby towns. Great breakfast buffet was perfect for starting the day with for those on a budget.

Decent price for location and bus to main city of Venice outside. Room had dirty brown and red marks on wall and carpet stains. Ladies at desk were nice but not knowledgeable of the area.

Great stay, modern hotel within walking distance to bus stop; Venice is just 20 minutes away (door to door)

Modern but suggestive location, excellent cuisine and impeccable service. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel has very spacious rooms, stylish and modern furnished. Offer every comfort. Has a very extensive breakfast buffet even a mini buffet for the children. Also features child-sized furniture in the restaurant and children's cutlery. Have never seen this in other hotels before.

Practical hotel because located outside of Venice, so easier to get in and out, do not bother to take the Vapote Toto to get to your hotel! Knowing that in 10 minutes of bus you will be in Venice

Nothing more than a pretentious 3-star hotel ... The 4-star hotel takes it only because it has a restaurant service, which isn't then who knows ... Paid parking 1 euro per hour

A beautiful dream hotel !! close to Venice and the islands with friendly staff and convenient parking.

A little isolated from the center, so quiet place. Ideal for conferences and meetings but not for a holiday. Friendly staff, nice rooms, prefer those overlooking the dock because the view from the other side is definitely not very romantic.

Very large hotel, perhaps not very personal. Discreet restaurant but very slow service. Minibar with exaggerated prices, three and a half euros for a very small package of chips is ridiculous.

I was here for a conference but found the bar and restaurant closed.

Beautiful hotel and stunning rooms. Hotel staff very helpful especially receptionists. Bus stops outside hotel for Venice and airport bus around the corner.. Breakfast selection was good. A couple of restaurants near hotel as well including hotels own restaurant...which we didn't visit on this visit apart from breakfast.

Sumptuous hotel in the center of Mestre. Courteous and helpful staff. There are numerous conference rooms as well as an excellent restaurant with buffet service.

We expected better from the rooms for this type of hotel, but all in all OK ... hearty breakfast.

The room had a very bad smell, heating problems, what was redeemable was the good breakfast they have by taking a bus, you can get to Venice quickly.

Excellent accommodation and excellent restaurant perfect service

Modern exterior design with relatively nice hotel rooms in "A" section of the hotel. A okay breakfast except for its half-cooked tasteless eggs, boiled eggs are preferable. However, slow internet in hotel rooms and does not coverage lobby floor.

Excellent hotel, from here you can start by motorboat, Venice is easily accessible.

Practical 5-star facility if you don't want to stay in Venice

Excellent hotel just a few minutes from the railway station on a lagoon canal. Large, clean rooms with views of the internal dock. But the bathrooms have old and worn accessories. The shower hose is leaking, the mixer does not maintain the temperature, the shower head is of poor quality. The plastic tank is as dangerous as the glass partition to avoid splashing. If it rains you have to walk from the reception to the opposite tower without being able to take advantage of a covered passage. From a 4 star you would expect more.

Clean and modern rooms and overall design. Great breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee. Could be better if it had a pool and if all rooms had baths. Also the fridges are loud and air conditioning is not very effective

The room needs a reform, to make it look more modern, a shower instead of a bidet, I think it would be better, I was housed in the NH of Bologna before yesterday and much better facilities, otherwise, very well

The best hotel in Italia that me and my wife stayed there

The hotel room seemed dirty and not cleaned to a good standard. There was leftover food in the cupboards. Not what I expect from a hotel room. The room was cold and dusty. Didn t appreciate being moved to the other building of the hotel without prior knowledge

Very large rooms. Employees were very pleasant and catered to our needs. Close to public transportation and Supermarket.

Very beautiful and elegant structure! Since I have always considered the most beautiful accommodation in Mestre was opened. Also good for a quick lunch or to use the meeting rooms of the Hotel. Thanks as always to the Staff always available and professional. Achilles.

Parking is not free, but in an underground car park for 12. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom with plenty of counter space and the shower was pleasantly large. Likewise the refrigerator, even with a freezer compartment. But: the fridge hummed uncomfortably loud for sensitive ears the whole time. The window was totally dirty and did not open. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were cruel! (The 5th NH hotel on our tour of Italy. All other eggs were always delicious.)
But the icing on the cake: the check-in service was very unfriendly. 35 minutes after the "check-in time" the room was not ready. We were told that at the reception and there was only a "sorry" on our "that's not good" and then she left us and dealt with other guests. After a while we asked what was going to happen next, she said, she had to ask the colleague. He in turn handled one guest after the other. After 30 minutes of waiting at the reception, I said loudly: "So, that's enough. What about us now ????" And suddenly the colleague checked us off and gave us the room. That was annoying and unfriendly. Too bad.

It lends itself very well to conferences and meetings due to its size. Several equipped meeting rooms. The lunch buffet is excellent and varied. The position on the canal offers various opportunities for excursions also to Venice.

Full buffet, simple but appetizing first courses, fresh and seasonal vegetables; excellent lemon cake with walnut garnish.

superb hotel where we stayed during our trip to Venice from 28/12 to 02/01/18 nice welcome although no effort to speak a minimum French. Spacious room and very clean service awesome breakfast there is everything for all tastes, par-cons restaurant level a lot of effort to do, too flat wait not top and very expensive. (EX: Two improved sandwich club fries and two worms of wine 60 euros hurts.)

An unpleasant experience.Not recommend the hotel. Poor cleanliness level. Inefficient staff not kind and unprofessional. Non-central location needs to get a taxi to the airport. I would not return there nor recommend to my friends and clients.

Hotel worn out. Pros for the location and breakfast with delicious coffee.
