Friendly staff. Sent 2 emails with response to report 2 children. Room with 3 beds instead of 4 ...
Geographic location: ideal for venice, around industrial district ...
Setting: nice, boat miniport
Comfort / luxury: space ok. Soft bedding but ok (typa water mattress). Poor finishes, worn and poorly placed materials. Barely 3
Breakfast: 5 .good, substantial.
Quality / price: 4 . Not very luxury, suddenly a little expensive, but location and little breakfast extra.
