Fried chicken was really tasteless. Almost nauseating.

Very noisy inside, to hold a conversation inside prepare to shout, tho note, the food wasn't that great.

Excellent chill spot, no matter the occasion.. GO THERE!!!

A bit on the noisy side, sat there for more than 20mins before we could get an order in, not even a drink of water was provided.
However, the food was good when we FINALLY got some service.

It was "ok". I went on a Thursday so no4hing was happening. But the service wasn't bad.

I had a very good time just hanging out and listening to live music. The strawberry margaritas is fine

Good internal lighting. Great interior designs and room temperature. Staff was well dressed and attentive

Nice place to go have dinner after work. Ambiance is nice for a group or 2 person setting. I recommend going before the sunset so you can watch it off the shore. Food was good too. Reasonable. Menu had a decent amount of variety and it came within reasonable time of ordering. I especially liked the coconut encrusted fish.

Have the experience yourself or with a group good vibe pleasant service great view

I was told that I could make reservations the day before I wanted to visit. Upon my arrival I was told the place was booked out. The short haired lady at the front desk was utterly disrespectful that I had to leave. It was the worst experience ever.

Ribbiz Ocean Boulevard is simply classic..As much as it is new, the place is lovely. The sombre blue lights is a plus as if they are mood lights. Music is always a plus because it is clear that they are lovers of Oldies and RnB.. I am fan and I am impressed with the food and the daiquiris. They are really lovely
I recommend the sorrel daiquiri though I had strawberry tonight. They are doing a good thing..Also not a bad place to have chats and link up for meetings and meet new liked minded persons. I certainly intend to visit in the upcoming week

Disappointing menu. Food arrives at table barely warm. Since it's a bar lounge, a drink menu is in order but they don't have one. Wait staff tho polite were clearly not properly trained.

It's definitely one of the finest hot spots in Downtown, Kingston alongside its neighbors on the Victoria Pier on Kingston Waterfront. The environment is cozy and attracts a trendy crowd. If you're up for the spending an all inclusive boat docks there every Friday night.

Was awesome! Way more space... Most folks were just out to eat though...

1 for ambiance. half for service (waited approximately 20mins before getting acknowledged).1 for the mixologist. half for food. Ordered 8 fritter for 1,200.00 no saltfish. Half for accomdation and half for location.

The service was ok we didn't have to wait too long for our meal and the energy there was just right. Its my second time there

Was a little lackluster for me. Food can be consumed and the servers aren't mean.

My only problem is that waiting is a bit long but I understand because the food is good so the place will be pack and waiting will be a must

It was fun. The staff were very courteous. The food was a much better fare from others.

Great bar and lounge on Kingston's waterfront. Meal prices are affordable when compared to dining out in Other kingston restaurants. Service is decent. It's the hot spot on Friday nights . If you don't want the crowds, Sunday afternoon is great. If you dine on the deck you can watch the sunset on the water or watch pelicans dive for fishes.

The food was really good, but the waiting period to be served was too long.

Was too full and I didn't like the music that was been played when I got so I didn't stay

The ribs tasted horribly and the pasta was so freaking soft, it was disgusting but the service of the employees were good

Nice party vibe , their soup of the day ( beef soup ) was great , it s more of a party and drinks vibe .. food needs improvement. Customer service is fair ... reservations were made for a big group and about two persons did not have chairs. Music can be a little too loud at times but that s the purpose so if you can t manage that don t go . My friends and I had a good time .

The area is bigger than its brother up Loshusan but it isn't as energetic though, surprisingly.

Nice place...seating takes awhile, placing order took some time, meals being ready took long, and all persons seated at table got meals minutes apart.

Lovely location, service was good but the things on the menu were not available

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER! My family and I waited an hour before the server brought one of our appetizer to the table. After, it took another 30mins before the next one was ready. Each time someone finished their meal the server would bring out any meal. Plus each time we ordered something, we waited 15 mins to hear that they had run out of that item. I felt like I was dining alone. We were so hungry whenever someone's meal came everyone dug in. I was very disappointed.

The ambiance and vibe is great. But the meun could be more appealing.

They don't have the capability, human resources and organization to handle high traffic. We waited in excess of an hour for an appetizer and had to cancel the main course after waiting for two hours.

Nice place, good atmosphere and ambiance, awesome location right in the water waterfront. My burger came cold, stuck isn't ideal. Room for improvement there but the service was good otherwise.

Waited 40 mins to get assistance after being seated then my friends orders took forever to come and i'm still waiting on my food. Then the girl have the audacity to want to bill me for it... plus she wasn't pleasant at all. Overall a bad expierence. I just don't have the option to select a 0.

I rather go to the other location in Barbican but this one is okay if you just want to dine.
At the other location it's great to chill and dine

I had the most amazing time at ribbiz ocean lounge.....

Ribbiz was excellent, food was on point anf the dj kept the party ram for the whole night. Drink were good and flowing, best downtown Kingston hotspot.

We had a great time. We ordered drinks and done finger food (which were good and reasonably priced). Atmosphere is lovely and the decor is very nice. The staff was also VERY friendly. Definitely will be going again.

Food is really good. Nice ambiance and great getaway from the hustle in popular Kingston environs. Keep it going Ribbiz

Make reservations at least a day before and recommend to sit inside...

One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. The wait was forever for the food. When it eventually came...was cold and unpalatable. The extremely loud offensive music is another story. Most of my friends had to leave without being fed.

Not to mention the poor customer service from the waiter and supervisor. Ah smh. This is one of those experiences you don't wish on your worst enemy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Wonderful place, great view of the sea and lots of delicious foods to choose from and have prepared as u wait with relaxing music and the refreshing air.

Great ambience, the pasta was a little off, definitely not aldente making it a bit cloying to eat. Otherwise great service.

The location fantastic. Food we had not bad but nothing to write home about.

The night spent at Ribbiz was lovely. The ambiance is beautiful.

Went for the first time and the waitress Shannon was very kind and attentive as well as another employee who helped seat us outside near the sea side section. However the food was AWFUL, we would have sent it back but we were so hungry. The wings had zero seasoning and the pasta had no taste. The drinks were good and that s the only thing I would go back for. Please season the naked wings they re too naked .

I really like the sceneries and the dinner was good

The place was jam packed, and they put me and three of my friends at a table with only 3 chairs and one of us have to be standing for about an hour. Then we took forever to get a menu, and forever to be served.

I recommend the Bombay Curry Shrimp with seasoned fries, yh.. they have a Bombay Curried shrimp ;)

We went here for sister's 30th birthday. Decent atmosphere nice little club vibes inside. Service was terrible, felt like one waitress for twenty guest (wait there was 1 waitrss for 20 guest)Very very slow. I did not enjoy my meal, my rice tasted like I got the bottom of the pot. My fish tasted half done. I felt nauseous after the first bite. Took me 15 minutes to get eating utensil, by then my food was cold. 2 stars for the idea of Ribbiz and the photos they have online. However I will not be returning nor will I suggest this place to anyone.

Ambiance was amazing but there was a screw in one of the sliders we had ordered. Would return, but only for drinks cause their drinks are good
