So this was my second time at Ribbiz ocean lounge....

So this was my second time at Ribbiz ocean lounge. The first time was ok, this time was horrible.
For a lounge with such beautiful, exceptional views and lovely set up... I was very disappointed by not only the customer service but also the food.
My friend, who is visiting the island, sat there waiting almost an hour before she was even offered water... Which by the way, was initiated by me. The waitresses, were cutely dressed but appeared very disorganized. Sigh
We were finally appointed a waitress, who was doing her best to make up for the bad start of the afternoon... Then came the food.
I ordered a Curried goat burger that was to be medium rare but came burnt, so dry, the knife couldn't cut through it. I also got the soup of the day, nothing to talk about here, it was soup.
But as I said, spectacular view, great ambience. I hope to see some improvements as it's a spot with great potential.
