Best customer service managers and staff are well equipped with the knowledge of providing excellent customer service.

The food is exquisite however the customer service needs to improve

Let's start with the good. The location is nice. You can have a really lovely view and feel the nice sea breeze, if you sit outside. And i love the fact that they were open until late. I left my house something to 11 to go there. And their use of technology when taking the orders is commendable.

If you love to party and dance, this is place to be. It was crowded and the music was loud. People loved that and intermittently forgot about the food they were eating to get up and dance. Or finished eating and just stayed back to dance. Some people came just to party.

What was bad for me was that it took over an hour for someone to take our orders. Then, they had none of what i really wanted: ribz or pork chops.

I settled for the bbq chicken burger. Which i regretted. I forced down half of it because it was now after 1 and i was starving. Maybe it's just me. I didn't like the fact that chicken was grounded up. Would have preferred a piece of breast or tiny strips/pieces of chicken. The wings that my husband took had a good sauce but the rest of it was just ok. I ordered a mud slide and that took forever to come as well.

Of course when we were finished eating the check also took forever to come.

Throughout this experience i wasn't in a partying mood. At the end i just wanted to pay and go home.

Ambiance is nice but the food was not the best. I ordered fish and some tasted spoilt.

Worst experience ever went there for lunch and ordered three dishes- loaded fries with bacon, shrimp alfredo and bbq ribs and ALL dishes had HAIR in them it was very disgusting and after waiting 30 mins I was served cold Alfredo I pointed it out to both server and floor manager to add insult to injury their fix was a $400 discount which was very insulting. After attempting to leave the establishment the floor manager Norjah/ Lorjah sent the plain clothes policeman to chase me block the exit and harass me for not paying bill and to flash his badge letting me know that the restaurant could sue me. After speaking to the manager once again she claimed it was a mistake and she panicked and she overstepped. I left livid and hungry , very disappointing experience I wish I could give zero stars.

It was very poor. We got our food when the place was closed and we were there 2hrs prior to closing time

Simply put, it was 3 star prices with a patty shop experience.

Great good. Great Service. And a fun atmosphere overlooking Kingston Harbour.

Food was ok, not great. Sitting on the deck, the water smells bad.

Just stopped to book a tour with Loose Cannon Tours....but it seems to be a good spot for a Lyme.....Try the wings....really good

Noisy, bad food and extremely poor customer service. The drinks are the only good thing. I had a strawberry Margarita.

If you enjoy worms in your soup, feel free to stop by, if not, I encourage you to by pass this one. And to know that managent wouldn't even come out and address this issue personally... Poor.... Beyond unacceptable!

Service is poor, they will have you waiting for an hour before they take your order, they take long to bring your order and they will mess up your order. It is extremely noisey. The food is ok

It was a fair experience... the wait for the meals were a little long but the food was good. Oh I got a nice server.

Customer service is poor. The bartender Ray is pretty cool tho. The food is okay.

I'd recommend anywhere else except this place.. Only restaurant I found that spoiled chicken Alfredo pasta and long island ice tea.

nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, great tasting food. Met a very nice waitress, Ms. Annabelle was quite wonderful always smiling.

The male manager is the most incompetent disrespectful condescending person Ive come across. Ribbiz customer service needs Devine intervention. I will express my dissatisfaction continuously because this is appalling!

The view is good, the staff are nice and the food is okay.

Nice hang out spot... vegan options are not so great. My vegan burger came out with bacon had to send it back the vegan pizza....just avoid it. But the location and vibe was great

It was so loud and stuffy. The food was ok; I had honey ginger wings with fries .

The customer service was poor!! The girl that took my order was giving us attitude throughout. The only time her attitude improved was when we were paying for our meal. The wait was extra long, over an hour wait just for some wings and fries and when we got them they were cold. I expected more!!! Disappointment that's what I got!!!

Great ambiance. The music might be a bit loud from time to time but it's lovely. The food is absolutely delicious. And it's very reasonably priced. Highly recommended chill spot

Food was Great!!!, Beautiful Ocean view you may even get a little spray of water sitting on the pier. The Customer Service was not so great, but I would go back.

My hubby and I went for dinner.....The wait for food was super long and in the end we were told by the waitress that she totally forgot our order

I enjoyed the evening at my neice's birthday party the vibes was good. The servers were exceptional. Would definitely go back with a date.
The menu was ok I got fish because I dont eat red meat. They were accommodating.

The advertisement of this eatery grabbed my attention, however, the experience was VERY DISSAPOINTING. the customer service was far from what was expected. Usually if I dont enjoy the meal(I Did not- especially the garlic bread. They need to be given the recipe for garlic bread. I did not taste any garlic + it was burnt). At a lounge/restaurant, I usually enjoy the ambiance but this was not the case. Too noisy, music was too loud.
For the price$$$, it wasnt worth it. I would never visit again or encourage anyone to visit!!!!!!

Lovely location, great server which saves a 2 star but bar tender had no clue about mixing a good cocktail.

Ambience and food was really good, it's my second time there and I'll definitely go back. The waitresses just need to work on there response and that can be improved upon.

Waited 3 hours for a meal, then was told kitchen is closed. Had to get a bar man to be our waitrons for the night as the waitrons were absolutely useless. Very sad case. The food was absolutely delicious when it arrived 3 hours later...this was a Friday night ( first Friday in Jan 2019)... highly disappointing. The cocktails from the bar were absolutely delicious too, however there was no-one to keep serving us cocktails as we didn't have a good waitron.

Great location on Kingston's waterfront, overlooking the harbour and the airport. Great food. Nice ambiance. Reasonably priced. Great for lunch and dinner. Great selection of drinks.

The worst tasting food ever! Everything tasted fake! They call the mash potatoes creamy mash potatoes and there was nothing creamy about it. The rib were too small with no meat! I wasted my money here! I prefer the original branch!

My second time visiting and actually dining...if I had done a review based on first visit it would have been 1 . Timing was the factor that made the difference...Friday evening versus a Sunday afternoon ...u can guess which is better. I had my 12 yo daughter and a few friends there to eat and the assigned waitress was very pleasant and helpful...the various meal and drinks were good ..saltfish fritters, green plantains and milkshake pork chops steak burger and pasta . The curry goat burger was only the salty side though...had to eat it in stages. The experience of being at the waterfront is just lovely and I would go back....not to dine in peak hours

The customer service was excellent and we all get our orders in a timely fashion and the ambiance was breathe taking our department had a grand time welcoming the year 2019 @Ribbiz Ocean Lounge and blessing always muahh....

Waited way too long to get seated. Had to call the supervisor in order to get seated and when we did get seated had to wait another 30 mins to get our orders taken.We had to call the waitress to our table to get our order taken. Waited another hr to get the meal . However the ambiance is nice. Place just needs a bit more waitresses and it should be fine

Started of shaky, but my waitress redeemed herself . Bonus: I discovered the 2 for 1 Tuesday Pasta Special!!
