I would recommend using network funding to any friends and family. They worked through Thanksgiving holiday, and after hours phone calls and emails to get us approved a week early. We asked Rob Hanlen to try to get us approved soon as possible because we were paying $100 a day to stay in our home until we closed. He went above and beyond to make that happen!
