Andy Pfaffl was our loan officer for a refinance of our home. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our loan funded and on the best terms possible. Our loan has taken place during the COVID-19 pandemic, everyday there were different hoops to jump through, but Andy handled it all with no complaint. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
