Matt Pierce and his team (especially Rosie Vega) were outstanding during the refinance process. Everything was easier, smoother and faster than I ever would have imagined and took a lot of stress off me and my wife. In fact last summer I was going to refinance through my existing mortgage company and the process was so time consuming and stressful that I abandoned the project.
