This is my second deal with Waseem in the past year. The first transaction was the purchase of my home in March 2019, the second roughly one year later was the refinance cash out post pool addition. As usual, Waseem delivered with prompt service and an incredible rate (3.375%). Very happy with my second experience and would definitely recommend!
