I received an email confirmation from this company for an appointment on February 17 between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Unfortunately, there was no adviser. Upon inquiry it was said that their system sometimes automatically removes appointments. If they are unable to honor agreements for an inspection, then I no longer have faith in the services of this company. Tip: first make sure that your appointment system works !!!

Contact from the beginning to the quotation was good, clear and professional. After that everything goes wrong: assignment of 2 days is planned as 1 day, the wrong team is sent which apparently is not set up for this, the team also does not know what the assignment is or what has been discussed. The quotation that I show is rejected as bad and the costs of partial work are immediately doubled. I do not agree and immediately everything is canceled without looking for a suitable solution or any consultation. Bizarre company that costs you a lot of time and only gets irritation and disappointment in return.

An appointment was made by telephone before 2 p.m. I then receive an e-mail stating that the expert will arrive between 2 and 3 p.m. The expert then calls at 2.40 pm that he can come earlier than the appointment is in his agenda, which was 3.40 pm. Finally he was 5 minutes before the expert from the other company who had an appointment at 3 p.m. The expert from the other company was 15 minutes earlier but had also reported this.

The insulation expert arrived nicely within the agreed time. While drinking a cup of coffee, the information about the method of isolation was clearly explained. My experience with this friendly insulation expert was good.

Yesterday had a "no obligation" visit from someone about a possible floor insulation. In itself it was a pleasant visit, only the price disappointed us. So called the man this morning and said that we are going to give it up for the time being given our financial situation. I got a whole sermon that we had sent him for free and that we should have thought of that earlier. I don't like that. So I was allowed to come back to the decision, not with them anymore.

A deal is a deal! but not for the Netherlands.
If you do not take agreements so closely and have enough time, this might be a good company to do business with, but if your time is valuable and economical, I advise you not to use this company.

After a professional visit and advice in my opinion, I started working with this company, precisely because I had the idea of Mark E. that I could rely on them. I carefully planned the appointment and made sure that I was free. 1 business day in advance I get a phone call that the appointment is canceled. I indicate that this is a huge problem for me where the explanation was, mechanic is sick. I ask for other options but it is not their fault so ready. I miss any kind of ownership at this company from the fact that they don't live up to their agreement or the flexibility to look for a solution (do they only have 1 engineer?) After this I ask if I can speak to a manager but he is not available. I ask if the manager wants to call me back and indicate that I am available until 1 p.m. I have not been called back by anyone and I have not given a sign that that will happen later.

For me (as a single man) it is enormously important that if a company comes home I can trust this.
So it is clear now that my problem is that the floor insulation assignment will not be carried out on the agreed date, even though I made sure that I was at home the whole day (because I understand that it is difficult to say beforehand what time the appointment will be) place).

This company currently has ("February 2020") an "offer" in which they claim to offer 25% cheaper because it happens collectively. Don't fall for it!

I have compared their offer with other companies and now I get better insulation for a 25% * lower * price than the offer from Nederland Isoleert.

Getting an appointment with the sales representative went a bit difficult. Up to 2 times the appointment was canceled because the representative was ill, but eventually had an appointment. The application of the insulation went much better. The men were on time, told clearly and extensively what they were going to do and how long that would take. They indicated that the calculated information was not entirely correct, but solved it free of charge. Afterwards also checked and explained what has been done. Eventually the lot neatly tidy left behind.

Just had a conversation with a representative of Netherlands Isolates. Very friendly man who has looked into the possibility of isolating the crawl space. After an inspection, it turned out that it was already well insulated and he indicated that there was no return for us. So we have not purchased a service but are very satisfied with the honesty and professionalism of the company.

Advice seemed fine to me, but that I would have signed a "quote" for it and that I could even give it up for months to show it was FULLY NOT. Am glad that I happened to be on time to cancel.

If you are going to insulate something, don't do it at this company! Unfortunately, they do not keep their promises. Agreed to insulate the whole house in one day, bottom and cavity wall. Nederlands Isoleert isolated our crawl space in February. Because of their choice of insulation material, we now have a rat plague. I have informed the company but they do not want to work with us. Thousands of euros later, we have to remove the insulation material ourselves, because the excrement of the rats makes it a health hazard.

Unfortunately it does not isolate a very nice experience with the Netherlands. Making an appointment is not very quick and easy. Unfortunately, the personal contact was less. Our adviser came in with quite a bit of behavior for our feelings. You got the very idea that he wanted to impress you with his knowledge. Lifted over the horse. When asking critical questions we received a rather irritated answer. Later he turned something into the conversation and we got an excuse for his behavior in the beginning, but I have to say that the annoying feeling remained.
In terms of technical content it all felt okay. The price on the quotation is weak marketing. We received no less than the 400 euro discount because it is a collective (it was said), only the "original" price they give is ridiculously high, so you're just in line with the so-called discount on the bottom line. The trick is to impress the people and to let someone go for a stag through this weak offer and rate calculation.
Unfortunately, at the end of the conversation, however, he had to drop his fellow gasses from other companies. Something like that is always a shame and shoots us by default in the wrong way. So no Dutch isolate because of first impression and customer experience.

The advisor of this company measured the surface of the walls (for cavity wall insulation) 11 m2 more which 12% more than reality. Moreover, the advisor said there is no insulation in the walls even if he checked it with a camera. He was saying I think there is dust on the lens so I see something white but not an insulation. I think they have almost no idea what they are doing. In reality, we have an old insulation between the walls (another 2 experts from different companies confirmed) and ignoring this fact changes which material needs to be used completely. Very unprofessional. Moreover, the quote we got from this company was way more than the other 2 companies that I got an offer.

Nice man. Research done on insulation in cavity walls; fine. The product sold itself to me because I already knew what I wanted. If that had not been the case, I do not know whether the information provided had convinced me. A 'good story' can, in my opinion, be better supported by hard facts and the results of scientific research. Point of attention; there is no mention of the finish that you have to do yourself once the insulation has been applied. Only a day later did I realize that the story is not ready when they leave :-))

Unreliable, bad advice, downright worthless.
Our soil is only half isolated. It was much worse with the cavity wall, four times an appointment was made, one time they could not carry out the work, they had too little of a hose, two had canceled due to illness and staff shortages, the third time they did not show up because of an error in their planning, therefore last time apart from the agreement. Now looking for another one, stayed at home for nothing for days, what a misery, this is nothing short of a bad company.

Because we could not call any more, we sent an email and called for the security on Monday morning. Keeping appointments is not one of the competences of this company. An advisor would be there between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The appointment was canceled at 9.58. Insulation expert visited for information. Part of his inspection is to make a hole in the cavity wall to measure the depth of the wall + to check whether the wall was not already insulated. The latter was unknown to us due to the purchase. Based on the conversation, we opted for the insulation of the cavity wall + basement. Given the 2 measures, we would be eligible for the 20% subsidy, which was the deciding factor for us to have the insulation carried out now.

The basement + wall would be insulated on the same day. Basement is nicely done, but nobody came for the wall. Called, would be called back is not done. Made a new appointment, where the employees carrying out the insulation found that the information officer had not drilled a hole / sucked the dimensions out of his thumb & the wall was already insulated. The engineers indicated that this happens often and have reported this to the employer.

Since now only the basement is insulated, our subsidy scheme is canceled due to neglect of the Netherlands. We should only receive a subsidy of more than 200 euros on the cellar and have now lost 100 euros in compensation. When asked whether I thought this was realistic, I showed through a calculation that this is not even half of the subsidy amount. Then I was told it was 100 euros or nothing ..

We are unwise disappointed in this organization and customer-friendliness. The engineers have to clean up the mess of the lax public relations officers and then the customer can pay for your mistakes, unbelievable.
