We are not so satisfied. There was no response to every e-mail or voice message. Not even when we had informed that the insulation did not go through. Then you can at least expect confirmation. After many e-mails and phone calls in which it has been said that it did not go on, we were surprised to receive an e-mail on Friday evening at 5.50 pm on Friday afternoon. Because we could not call any more, we sent an email and called for the security on Monday morning. It turned out that they had sent a standard mail and that it was the canceled appointment with the expert.
We were also immediately told that we had to pay cancellation costs. I did not think so, it would be sorted out. we have not heard of that any more. The appointment with the expert is by the department. Planning canceled, but because the expert was close by, he went on his own initiative to see what was going on. Fine, we had a good conversation.
We are very satisfied with the cavity wall insulation that had been done before. The friendly young men have done a good job and cleaned everything up, even at the neighbors.
In summary, we are very satisfied with the executive work, but the administration and communication can be much better.
