An appointment was made by telephone before 2 p.m. I then receive an e-mail stating that the expert will arrive between 2 and 3 p.m. The expert then calls at 2.40 pm that he can come earlier than the appointment is in his agenda, which was 3.40 pm. Finally he was 5 minutes before the expert from the other company who had an appointment at 3 p.m. The expert from the other company was 15 minutes earlier but had also reported this.
