Seriously, if you want to make an appointment to have your appointment canceled, or to show up and the doctor is not even there, then by all means...

Fantastic job! I wasn't aware until my most recent appt on Dec 14 that tips were accepted. Unfortunately, i didn't have any extra money on me but plan to when i return on Jan 28 at my next visit, which i hope is with Danae again. She's awesome (and thorough)! :)
Danae was great! Much greater attention to detail and enthusiasm than prior technicians.
I have only seen Tara twice now and with that being said I have had more results with her than the two previous times I have been seen. Tara has been professional and begins the service by asking me how my results have been of which I greatly appreciate
I have had two laser hair treatments so far. Everyone has been really nice.
worst experience ever!!! I received 6 laser hair removal treatment for my birthday & started my treatments shortly after. The first two treatments were fine but for my third I had a new girl she burnt my underarms. I called 2 days after because it was blistering & I was out of town for work he told me so he told not to worry & to put Hydrocortisone on it & that it will heal soon. I went through a period where i couldn't wear short sleeves because it looked so horrible & wearing clothes were unbearable because the my skin was peeling and sticking to my shirt's I don't like to complain about anything but this has been a horrible experience. A month after I called in to see if it was normal that it still looked scarred he told me to come in so he could look at it . I walked in and the owner asked to look at it as soon he looked at it he said he didn't know what the big deal deal was & that i should of called as soon as it happened which i did in fact do but he couldn't remember. He said that if i had called when it happened he could of done something for me. I told him i even sent pictures to him then finally he said "oh yea i think i remember now,but i would of told you to come in."Which he didnt because i told him i was out of town and he said it was fine if i couldnt. Finally i told him i didnt want to come back anymore and all i want is refund and he told me to talk to groupon which is where my gift came from & good luck getting my money back! I brought my friend with me and he looked over at her and said " How about you would you like laser hair removal?" i was totally appalled......finally i talked him into just giving me my money back... which i was grateful for (I could tell he didnt want to deal with me anymore) he was not apologetic and rude!!!never never never go back again!!!

Nice place not really in Cherry Creek mall or north about a mile west. Not sure that really matters to anyone or not. I am a member of cherry creek club and it is in Glendale not even in Denver. I had no trouble finding a parking spot. I liked my massage I liked the price 40 for the first time 50 after that. Massage therapist did a great job. Rooms nice and clean, great atmosphere. If you are looking for a high-end place to get a massage this isn t it. If you are looking for a great massage this is it. Massage was on time front desk great. Thanks guys I had a really bad day and you made me feel wonderful.

I hate this place from start to finish. The building is old and extremely run down, they have incorrectly scheduled me TWICE and did not compensate me at all. One man left the door open when I changed, one lady would not leave the room for me to change, and I have never waited less than 20 minutes even for 15 minute appointments... this place is just awful
Bought the deal on groupon and so far very happy with the results.
not sure these people know how to run a business. EVERY TIME you call they put you on hold. enless hold. hold that lasts so long you just give up and hang up only to call again later and be put on hold again as soon they answer the phone. they also have no availability for weeks in advance because of all the groupons and weekly plus deals they constantly put out there, so they have way more customers than they can handle. seriously lacking in the customer service department. not reccomended.

Tara is awesome. Been going to her for almost 2 years for hair removal and her results are spectacular. I have no need to go anywhere else. She is professional, knowledgeable and actually cares about you. Worth the drive from the tech center to Wash Park.
Technicians are very friendly & make experience better friendliness is really important to me because it makes me want to come back and I would come back again.
