I ve ordered the H1 Ultimo and later on the XB35 H1 4300k HID Kit. Both products arrived without damage. The installation needs to be prepared really well if you want this so go smooth. Retrofitlab will help you if you send them a mail. Even with my normal halogen bulb the light output is insane. The cutoff is super clear and does not blind others. Only the shipping took a little longer than expected. But thats not your fault guys :)

The kit is of high quality! Unfortunately, not all (earth) cables have the length that they can be put in the right place immediately plug and play. However, if you are a bit handy with the soldering iron, the kit is very easy to make working. The service is excellent. You will be well served and friendly. My yamaha fazer 600 from 2001 finally has good headlights. It is a world of difference compared to the old lamp. You will be seen better and you can now see quite a lot in front of you. High beam is insane. You seem so incredibly far that you usually have to search the whole way well. Recommended!

Disappointed with the quality of the projector kit. Not much better than Chinese kits off ebay with a much higher price tag.
Xenon projectors for the W211 do not fit without removing the chrome ring. Despite asking before buying which one exactly I need - and the selected items were sold for fitting - I can no longer mount the original chrome ring because the distance to the interior of the headlight is too small. So far there is no insight from the seller that I get others. Despite proof pictures and eternal writing with the support, I am very disappointed because the projectors cost a lot of money.
I would highly recommend this company. The products I bought worked perfectly and when I needed help or advice they were very helpful. I can't recommend their customer service enough, whether it is a simple or complicated question they are more than happy to help.
