the experiences with this company were downright horrible. After a consultant made an offer that I accepted, everything went wrong: no message about the time of arrival, no message about abandonment of the implementers, then when they finally arrived they said that the crawl space (approved by their consultant) was too little was high, but I would get a solution and it didn't come either. You went to see if everything is technically okay twice. Everything was agreed. Until you actually had to execute. Then called off on the day itself.
Don't trust these scam artists! Even if they indicate in advance that execution is no problem at all.

A year ago I had my floor insulated for 4000 euros. The boys were in a hurry, one of them had a dental appointment and had to leave earlier.

In the meantime, in the crawl space, the pieces are completely detached from the floor, and I have saved 0 euros on the energy bill. (nowadays this can be measured with the different apps)

Getting an appointment with the sales representative went a bit difficult. Up to 2 times the appointment was canceled because the representative was ill, but eventually had an appointment. The application of the insulation went much better. The men were on time, told clearly and extensively what they were going to do and how long that would take. They indicated that the calculated information was not entirely correct, but solved it free of charge. Afterwards also checked and explained what has been done. Eventually the lot neatly tidy left behind.

For the umpteenth time received an undesirable offer by letter. If this company is apparently that good (buy) then the customers themselves will be able to find this company ....

I think this company is not a serious company that really does not honor their agreements and is not trustworthy.
I really expected that they were very serious and I will certainly never schedule an appointment with them again and good luck to the people who are interested in this company before you waste time and energy from experience!

We, my wife and I, also met with your representative on Tuesday, February 12, j.l. very pleasant. He took the time to explain to us why different forms of isolation were usefull or not in our case, and in this way helped us to come to a responsible decision, namely to have a layer of grains placed under the floor. This has already been done this morning (February 15), and now we are unfortunately less enthusiastic about the approach.
Nobody, your representative or the executors, has told us that the spraying of the grains is accompanied by a huge dust cloud. The whole kitchen, the gas stove, the pantry, the sink (with fruit and vegetables, crockery and electrical appliances on it) as well as the lower part of the stairwell were covered in dust. We have spent hours getting everything dust-free again. If we had known this, we could have taken precautionary measures.
But we find another downside more serious. From your representative we understood that someone would go under the floor to level the granule layer in order to obtain optimal insulation. But no one went underground (they did not even have dust masks with them). When, after the executors had left, we were shining under the floor with a lamp, we had to conclude that the surface of the layer of grain was not at all smooth, but very wavy, and that all kinds of rubble protruded above the grains. According to your representative, this would be covered by the grain layer.
In short, we are not satisfied and await your answer.

Dec. 14 '16 arrived at noon. 3 lanky boys idolize our cavity walls. They were often talking and smoking. At 2.45 pm an inspector arrived and the four of them were chatting for an hour. It was getting a bit dark outside and I asked if they shouldn't work, they were only halfway through the 1st wall! At 5.20 p.m. they were still busy at the front and at 5.30 p.m. soon the back, They used a flashlight as lighting

Some boreholes were not closed, the insulation openings at the bottom of the walls were not closed and no grids were fitted. The wall next to the front door was not insulated. The plants were crushed or simply broken. Cigarette butts everywhere, and on the street, sidewalk and garden it seemed as if it had snowed. I wonder how they solve it.

I had submitted the following complaint to them without response.
"I am writing to you this letter to make a complaint in connection with an unprofessional investigation of your expert into a possibility of floor insulation in my house. I believe that if your "expert" had done his job meticulously, I knew that at least now, in winter time, it would not be possible, I would leave the old insulation behind and start work in summer time.

I regularly sent that back.
Reason: the addressee is my now mother-in-law.

Nederland Isoleert has helped us with floor insulation. Only later did I understand that instead of floor insulation we have been given bottom insulation and that different ways and insulation are likely to yield more returns. I would have liked better advice.

Good and honest explanation about the type of insulation and method of insertion. Direct control of cold bridges in cavity wall and finding that they are not there. Could watch yourself. No annoying pressure on places of order.

What a great company, I had asked to come over to assess our situation and soon someone came there who gave excellent information. Immediately decided to have both the floor and the facades (front, rear and large side wall) insulated. A few weeks later, the floor insulation was applied in less than an hour and in the evening it was immediately noticeable, the floor was a lot less cold. A few weeks later, the walls were insulated and we noticed the result a few days later. Both insulation teams were very friendly and in our eyes did it professionally and neatly. Our living pleasure has increased by 100%, every day we make a comment that it was a great decision.

The expert's visit to my home went well. My initial plan for improving the roof insulation of the kitchen did not seem realistic. It turned out that a bottom insulation could be realized in the rather low, approximately 35 cm deep, crawl space under the floor. A layer of pearls of 17.5 cm thick can be applied to the previously poured floor of aerated concrete. That floor was previously applied because of a moisture pribleem.

The Netherlands Isoleert has applied insulation granules in the crawl space.
We had decided that because the expert from that company indicated that the temperature of the floor was 3 to 4 gr. would rise.
After a month it turned out that the increase was not realized.
The Netherlands Isolates is now hiding behind comments such as that these are averages and that an increase is dependent on all sorts of factors. It refuses any cooperation to solve the problem commercially. Read a discount on the amount o.i.d.
She also refuses to come and take measurements herself.
We have now put our weary head in our lap.
The advice for new customers: Get information better than the company's expert. It is also advisable to have the commitments put on paper.
When it comes to back service, at least the company leaves you in the cold, while we were actually counting on heat through the floor.

After I concluded the above-described situation for myself with an offensive feeling, a chance meeting with the seller, Mr Van Noije, came about. After I had described the above situation to him, he responded very surprised. He was not aware of the e-mail traffic that I had conducted with customer service.
To keep a long story short, he arranged an inspection of our crawl space by staff from Nederland Isoleert. This inspection was carried out by the Soil Team 5 under the leadership of the most friendly Mr Mo Zeddi. During the inspection he carried out, he found that the coverage at various places left something to be desired. Grains had to be added. Within a week after the inspection, the top-up was carried out by the same Soil Team 5. During the top-up, it appeared that the previous team had overlooked that there was a convector well in our crawl space and that an opening had remained free there. Mo also solved that problem.
In short, the negative feeling I had of the after-sales service has been removed.
Now of course we have to wait and see if the grains will deliver the promised result in the winter.

I've called and emailed regularly and they keep sending invoices. There are good promises on the site. Stay as far away from it as possible.

Worthless, take 3 hours off for an appointment, adviser does not show up and calls me at the end of the afternoon to take a large house and already knew he could not keep the appointment.

Very special method. Make an advice appointment where they indicate a time period of two hours when they arrive .. Plus an hour of conversation. Then you will be busy for 3 hours if it is not. The lady also said that this is very normal at companies.

The quotation amount is incl. cleaning cavity wall. After execution it is stated that the price was excl. I would be ashamed to earn my money like that.

NederlandIsoleert has sent an expert person (E. Jonkman), who explained this and answered all our questions. After an inspection of the crawl space, we arrived at a ground insulation of 17 cm with so-called pearls. The estimated payback time is 4 to 6 years. If all goes well we will have warmer feet from day 1. The ground in the crawl space still needs to be leveled, but it is expected that the work will be completed within the planned part of the day. Thursday a.s. we will decide whether we will accept the quotation. If we do that, you still have a cooling-off period of 2 weeks.

Medieval city Nice to see. Many restaurants and many souvenirs, many tourists. Well worth it.

Friendly expert / seller. First time he didn't show up and we were waiting for nothing. It turned out that he was sick and that the office had not passed it on to us. He did come to the second appointment. Measured everything, looked in the crawl space, made pictures. He then made an offer that was signed by me, but with the wrong (lower) amount. That was crossed out and a higher amount put down. But yes, I had not signed for that. After some insistence, the wrong quote was torn up and a new one was made with the higher amount. We still have to think about this in view of the price. I do have reservations about Nederland Isoleert when I read the other reviews.

Insulate my house through Essent by the company Nederlandisoleert. This company claims to be the largest insulator in the Netherlands.

While insulating the cavity wall, an employee of the Netherlands insulated through the wall of the toilet.
