Bad experience with salesman who offered a quote for floor insulation.
Amount was much too high and was later corrected by the head office at the final tender. Price when approximately 30% lower !!
According to the seller, the result was a wrong table.

I would say people look at the latest reviews, all 1 * and if 0 was possible I would have even given a 0. DON'T DO IT AND FIND A RELIABLE BUSINESS!

The 'specialist' has completely misinformed us, something we found out on the day of implementation. Part of the work was discouraged by the implementers, another part was only possible at an additional cost of more than 30%. Customer service is arguably even worse than the specialist. Almost does not respond to the e-mail or much later, cannot promise anything over the phone because they do send an e-mail (someday), ignore e-mails and complaints partly to get rid of it easily, in short very bad.

The contractor even said to us that many new 'specialists' have been hired by the subsidy and that they are making many mistakes, which means that it will no longer be a surprise to them if they are unable or partially unable to perform the work.

The Netherlands isolates apparently has enough requests because they make no effort to resolve the complaints and simply send a new quotation for the modified work without explanation ...

In short, don't do it!

Perhaps it would be wise to hire a consulting firm that knows your market and can offer other ideas or solutions to get work.

A nice and clear sales story, but the execution was nothing short of bad. The crawl space would be neatly cleaned and the bottom insulation would be neatly leveled for optimal results. They quickly put in a few hopes and then quickly left. Subsequently, the company can not be contacted by phone or e-mail for comments. I did, however, have an invoice with a certificate within five minutes of departure. A worthless certificate, which states: '' With this certificate the Netherlands Isoleert declares the house

We did the same ... last Friday we had 2 companies come.
The Netherlands is the first to isolate.

I had my bottom insulated with EPS granules. The advice I received in advance was good and the employee was very honest about what was possible in my house. After I received the quote, I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and because a job in the area was canceled, they could come even faster. The employees were quick and nice and sent pictures afterwards where it is clear how many cm there is. I am very satisfied with the product and the service.

Moisture problems would be solved by applying gratings and removing cavity pollution. That had to happen before insulation would be applied. Implementers would receive instructions on this.
Performers came, knew nothing and just pumped wall. With a big chance for even more moisture problems.
And then call customer service again and call the expert and call again and ..... as a result a very thick middle finger of the Netherlands Isoleert.

After Nederland Isoleert (NI) applied cavity wall insulation to me, (Jan 2017) no grids were placed because the installers on duty did not consider this necessary. After the installers left, I went to inquire because I had doubts about not installing the ventilation grilles to the crawl space under my house.
When filling in a review about NI I indicated that I had doubts about this and shortly afterwards NI contacted me to answer and solve this question. So far everything in order. I have indicated that I wanted to have a decision by means of an inspection or that grids were now necessary for no reason. We then made an appointment for this inspection. On the agreed day, a person was indeed at the door, but this was not an inspector as agreed, but a mechanic who carries out various activities. Inspection was not his job, he came to drill holes and install grids. This was an action by NI without consultation. After contacting NI by telephone, I agreed to have this work carried out without the requested prior inspection. Mechanic went to work there after some time he had to stop working because the drill he was carrying was not long enough to make a hole through and through to the crawl space. Second appointment made with the explicit mention that a long drill had to be brought and at the agreed time the same mechanic was standing at the front door but with shame on his jaws because he had not brought / received a long drill. Third appointment made and mechanic had arrived at the door with a long drill at the appointed time. Mechanic at work and after about half an hour the hole, which had already been partly drilled last time, was completely drilled. At the second and third hole it took about 3 hours and I estimate that these holes are about half deep, but the mechanic indicated that he could not get through and that other possibilities had to be looked for, but that would be had to walk through the NI office. We have been waiting for NI for more than 2 weeks for a follow-up action that should follow, but it did not come, took the initiative again and made contact via email with the clearly irritated text that a solution must finally be found. After this email I got another call a week later with sorry and apologies and that they are going to work on it. I then asked the gentleman why he called if he has not yet arranged anything. I told him that I only want to be called or e-mailed when the holes and grids are going to be worked on again. After about an hour I am called again that a mechanic is on the way. I asked the gentleman if this mechanic would have the solution and the person from NI said that he came to view, assess and if necessary resolve the situation. Mechanic at the door and has reviewed the situation. He thought that the holes were drilled at an oblique angle and that it might be possible if he drilled the existing holes at a slightly different angle. The drilling went well, but he found that he could not get deep enough. I told this mechanic that the previous attempts were stopped because the drill that the other mechanic was carrying was too short (50cm) and that the longer drill (70cm) did not come through on the last attempt. This mechanic called NI and was indeed told that a long drill was necessary. The Mechanic was quite indignant that he had not received this information from NI and he also stopped the action without any further result. The result now is that these holes are getting uglier and no grids are placed.

Do they indicate that they still need an aerial platform to work safely ... Or I am willing to pay an additional 400 euros. So no. It is unfortunate that the execution went wrong when it turned out that the space under the floor

Little strange experience. We received a letter that homes in our neighborhood are being isolated by means of a collective, which means that e.e.a. would be cheaper. Because we are busy with making our home more sustainable, we have invited an advisor. The man, although extremely friendly, arrived two hours before the agreed time. He stayed five minutes. After looking around once he said that he can not mean anything to us because we do not have crawl space. Only then it became clear to me that floor insulation is their (only) expertise. The representative who made the quotation was most friendly, but baked us an ugly brush. No snare knocked of the measurement of the square meters to be insulated. The insulation can sag and thus block the mechanism of roller shutter and required opening for sliding doors. I'm still looking for a solution.

Appointment for a consultation, clearly indicated that digging is necessary. Quotation has been issued and signed, also clearly stated in their system by the consultant that digging must be carried out under a concrete beam. Made an appointment for insulation. Don't think like me: it is a large company, they always get a lot of complaints and few compliments: the quality will be good, otherwise they would never have grown so big. I am also very dissatisfied with the handling; I have never felt as cheated as this company before, so I advise against anyone with insulation ambitions.

What happened to me: It is explained verbally that an additional cost (80 euros) is needed to mill out a flue pipe outlet, because this would be a heat leak. It is included in the quotation price, but not specified on the quotation form. When the workers are actually there, they believe that the stove pipe does not have to be dreaded. That saves you 80 euros you would say. But because it is not described on the quotation form (smart of them), the Netherlands does not want to adjust the invoice. This while they know exactly what the invoice height should be given the transaction.
I am going to ask SKG-IKOB if they want to check whether it is justified that it has been decided not to do the stove pipe.

When looking at the cavity walls, they drilled holes that they did not close. For this I called and they would contact me asap to close the gaps. But I never heard of it again. Furthermore, the total number of m2 insulated in the Netherlands in the quotation came to 103, with all other suppliers arriving at 90 m2, probably to drive up the price. The total cost for cavity wall insulation came to 3127 in their quotation, but we had it done by another company for 2000 to our full satisfaction. So you are a thief of your own wallet when you do business with Nederland Isoleert.

Advice: do not participate. Do not keep agreements:
1. Part of a wall is not filled, even though the expert has included this in the recording;
2. first a lot of bullshit to be right that they still have to do that. Suspended all my payment obligations;
3. the appointment made for refilling is canceled due to lack of a bus;
4. the second appointment for refilling is not kept. I have to call myself where they stay. So don't come, but with the promise that tomorrow (so yesterday) will be called for a new appointment. I haven't been called yet.

To complete the picture:
On the first filling day an Englishman, Pole and Spaniard came and asked if I could speak in English. I am university educated so I can do that.
I report that there are ventilation / air grilles that are connected to each other in the cavity. They would tape this. When I arrive in my bedroom, there is a cubic meter of filling material in the bedroom. Ditto in the toilet. Mistake sir !. Been clearing for over two hours.
I'm not a bullshit; finds everything okay quickly, but this company is certainly not okay.
My intention to have my floor insulated by them is certainly canceled.

After intervention by the expert, the forgotten wall was refilled. You have to wait three times for an appointment while no one shows up. As compensation 25 euros! got a reduction on the price ...... That amount is therefore disproportionate to the misery caused. Whether it ultimately yields a financial benefit cannot be shown in the annual statement of the energy supplier.

Arrived last week to insulate the house and do not report that an awful lot of drill cuttings is released during the work. Three week old table completely scratched from the grit.
Unfortunately, Nederland Isoleert does not care about customer satisfaction and they are in no way willing to accommodate us so that we can repair the damage.
