I miss any kind of ownership at this company from the fact that they don't live up to their agreement or the flexibility to look for a solution (do they only have 1 engineer?) After this I ask if I can speak to a manager but he is not available. I ask if the manager wants to call me back and indicate that I am available until 1 p.m. I have not been called back by anyone and I have not given a sign that that will happen later.

For me (as a single man) it is enormously important that if a company comes home I can trust this.
So it is clear now that my problem is that the floor insulation assignment will not be carried out on the agreed date, even though I made sure that I was at home the whole day (because I understand that it is difficult to say beforehand what time the appointment will be) place).
