Just received an email that NDR had a settlement offer for me. It's been 5 months and I started to wonder if they were working my account at all. Well the settlement less than I expected them to settle and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. This makes me only more determined to put more in each payroll (if able) and get all of them settled.

The pandemic hit us hard. We still had our jobs, but had to take in our adult children (pregnant with our first grandchild) and we felt we also had to help out our friends who had lost their jobs. The extra expenses went on my credit cards. The companies gave us no slack. NDR gave us a way out.

They have been exceedingly helpful. Agents are always conscientious and supportive.

Its a very easy process to get enrolled in and the settlements are for alot less than what i owed.

Total BS slimeball company. The Indian who spoke to me named Adrian lied to me saying the CC companies always sue on delinquent accounts and started using other slimy high pressure used cars salesman tactics. Very terrible first impression, high fees, no real help or advice etc. these guys prey on weak people stay away from them.

I have been with this program for about 7 months and they make things simple and they handle everything. Good customer service and answer all your questions and respond back quickly. Anyone looking to get out of debt I would definitely choose NDR.

Today, as a finishing member of being part of National Debt Relief's program since January of 2017, I feel I can finally write an updated review with having been through the entirety of the program and give helpful insight. First off, I want to say thank you to the entire team with the customer service department. When I originally enrolled, with the much-needed help of one of the team members Michael Fiore, he was very kind and understanding of my situation and helped assist me and not feel embarrassed about needing help, even when others around me and close did. I advise that anyone starting out with their program be patient. The team works the fastest they can in wanting to help you settle your accounts, but money also has to start to build into your account before they can even make offers to the creditors, otherwise you are essentially promising to pay them with nothing. Secondly, I was very pleased with how quick they were able to settle my accounts in the first year and a half and helping me with another option as well for helping with my on-time payments in getting to pay the creditors off faster. At the moment, my program status is "pending graduation" and I couldn't be happier to be so much closer to the "end of the tunnel" and being debt free! Thank you, NDR! I'm forever thankful and grateful!

The entire expirence has been great. It was so easy I was actually concerned. Every person I spoke to at all levels of my enrollment to the resolution of my first debt have been friendly and very informative. They also email you tons of information to help you inform yourself. My first credit card resolved was less than half of what I originally owed. It was hard for me to admit that I needed help but 4 months later I can't believe I didn't call sooner.

At first I was real skeptical about this company or any company that says they will help you resolve your credit. I talk to Matt and he was awesome and even though he pulled my leg a little. I went ahead with the program and left it in God hands. On June 26th I received a called from the debt relief saying they resolved one of my credit card. It was 7,000 and they talked them down to 2,000! So now I have 3 more to go! This company is the best company out there. I would say do your research on anything you do. National Debt Relief lived up to their standards and are true to their word.

Great company! Jonathan, the rep who processed my paperwork was very thorough and transparent. I held him up with many questions and comments, and he took the time to answer each questions until he knew I felt reassured that I was doing business with a company that puts the customer's needs first.

I'm still working with NDR, but my experience has been phenomenal. They are very attentive to due dates, incoming financial/mental distress, deals, and any possible issues that may arise. Honestly, I have never experienced such attention to my well being and financial circumstances from an organization as well as this before. Then you for the work all NDR employees do and will continue to do with integrity and commitment.

So far they have worked with us well. After a few months, they are negotiating credit card debt with the lenders. Still, early to be able to tell the full effect.

I have been in debt for the longest and when I started working with National Debt Relief, it felt like something has been lifted off my shoulders. Honesty, high integrity and the ability to admit a mistake and make it right is how I can describe James in quality control, customer service and there legal team. This group worked hard to get the opposing counsel to settle, which was the easy part. They also got the opposing council to cancel a wage garnishment that was suppose to take effect in one week. I made the right decision by trusting them to negotiate for me.

SERVICE WAS MEDIOCRE AT BEST. PHONE REPRESENTATIVES ARE WOEFULLY UNPREPARED TO ANSWER COMPLEX QUESTIONS AND DO THOROUGH ACCOUNT REVIEWS. EVERY CALL I WOULD GET A DIFFERENT SOLUTION/ANSWER TO MY QUESTION OR CONCERN. SEVERAL TIMES I DID NEED TO ESCALATE TO A MANGER.FEES AND EXTRA CHARGES ARE NOT FULLY EXPLAINED. COMPANY DOES NOT CONVEY IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER. PROGRAM VERY DIFFICULT TO "GRADUATE" FROM. IF YOU ARE THE KIND OF PERSON WHO JUST NEEDS A STRUCTURED REPAYMENT PLAN THIS MAY WORK FOR YOU BUT BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO MONITOR THE ACCOUNT/PROGRAM ACTIVITY VERY CLOSELY YOURSELF!! They fixed my issue and all parties were satisfied. This program may be good for many, but it's not a one size fits all. Do your research and make sure you understand all the workings of this program first.

Alot if people say dont trust these types of companys. I'm here to tell you as a honest American that i made some poor choices on finances as alot of us have. National debt relief has so far been a blessing to my family. They have helped me get out of debt faster than I could have if I went about just paying the minimum due. They have been able to lower my total debt by at least 50 percent of what we owe. They due take out fees but to us it's worth paying them to deal with the hassle of creditors and lawyers. I recommend if you are drowning in debt with no end in sight to use this company. Start now. Dont wait. The sooner you start taking care of your past debt the sooner you can see the future. National Debt Relief has been wonderful to me. I am now settling my debt with my creditors and I want to thank them for all of the help they are giving me.

I considered their program, after I read the agreement and did not want to proceed as they were charging 20% fees and my credit would tank and I would get collectors after me etc, I decided this was not what I was looking for. I politely emailed Drew Nunez emailed me daily and called multiple times including 10pm waking up the household. I am reaffirmed that I made the right choice by this kind of behavior from a representative of the company. I have blocked their calls, after I called and complained and emailed the rep and am blocking them as well.

I have been very pleased with the representatives from NDR. My questions have been promptly answered and I am always made aware of progress being made,

very easy company to work with, they take there time to listen and help in anyway they can.

The process is automated. Very efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the first offer.

When I first contacted National debt Relief I was very confused. My mind was going in many different directions. Should I do this should I not do this. I finally made the decision to do it and tackled it head on. I m very happy so far as where this is headed. I must say it s a long process (waiting for negotiations etc), however that s not their fault. Going into debt didn t happen over night for me. So their all working very hard on trying to get me out of a mess that I got myself into financially.

This has been the best thing I have ever decided to do. I sign up about 1 year ago and right now I'm looking at being debt free in the next month. Great company to work with.

I wish i could give the 5 stars , i paid and paid and paid. After 3 years an my program almost done they said that it was going to take atleast 6 more months . They said that what they tell you in the beging is an estimate and not guranteed . Some of my debt , i almost paid in full because of there fees. I cancelled it an settled my debt on my own in 2 days , 8000 dollars for only 3000 that is better than anything they did , they should be ashamed . I recommened try to settle on your own.

Amazing customer support, great communications, and so very effective at what they do as I saved a considerable amount off of my debt. I would recommend them to anyone needing debt relief!

National Debt Relief is fast and reliable. They are up-front with the entire procedure and time frame. Their customer service is always available, fast and courteous.

Total rip off. Was paying on credit cards but wanted to be able to consolidate and pay them off. My credit score took a dive (200 points). When settlements were made they were about the same as i owed due to late fees and over the limit charges. After paying over a year I was offered a loan to pay off my balance at 25%. I took it so I could rebuild my credit score and now feel like I am in the same situation I was in before. Would not recommend going through them

I just finished my program with NDR and I must tell you, they have cleared me out of MORE than $25k in Debt in LESS THAN 2 YEARS! I have saved OVER $12K using them and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to ANYONE who is drowning in Credit Card Debt... there is help out there for you... NDR is the best!

NDR is amazing... i m just getting started, but this has been a great experience thus far. Staff is very friendly and answers all your questions promptly. I have already had one account settled with nearly 800 in savings!

I was so stressed out on my personal debt, financial issues kept coming up and I could not keep my debt down. When I found out about NDR, I was super hesitant but their customer support team gave me amazing reassurance of how things would be taken care of and I could not be MORE thankful for each and everyone I've spoken with, they've been nothing but great help. I really really recommend NDR to anyone who needs help! If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Thank you NDR!

After various medical and unemployment circumstances not controlable. NDR helped get control and cleared up the debts. Now we can enjoy our retirement without worries about our debts.

You replied to my review today....stating you don't see me in the program. I removed my debt that I still have and "graduated" from the program. Due to your 25% fee on debt that you settle. I have negative remarks on my credit report. That states "paid but not paid in full as agreed" which didnt help my credit at all.....

Your program is a scam. Would not recomend using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE WORST. I JUST FOUND OUT THEY CHARGE YOU 25% AFTER THEY SETTLE YOUR DEBT. 6 ACCOUNTS. I STILL HAVE TO PAY INTEREST ON AT THE END OF THE TAX YEAR. THEY CHARGED ME $500 IN ADDITION TO TO $1 FEE EVERYTIME THEY MADE A PAYMENT.

Cancelling the rest of the debt with them and contacting the companies myself. They have offered me payment options.

RIPE OFF COMPANY. I HOPE THEY GET SUED!!!!

ON TOP THAT I FOUND OUT I AM PAYING AN ADDITIONAL $12 FOR ATTORNEY FEES I WAS TOLD WAS INCLUDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COSTS. $432 IN ATTORNEY FEES OVER 3 YEARS.....

They settle the debt at a lower rate but then charge you 25% of what they settle for. You're better off contacting the collection agency and having them make a deal with you and make payments directly to them. Same thing NDR is doing without any additional fees.

I have been working with this company for almost 2years. Had a great experience until I wanted to add additional debt. I need 5 points of authentication. I gave it to them, but I couldn't be the one to type it up. It had to come from the creditor. Then I was told "well they don't want to give you the information to give to them cause they want you to pay them directly cause that's how we make money"

They do not make it easy at all. Huge road block and they did/are doing NOTHING to help me add debt to the program. So no I will not be debt free at the end of the program. Huge diappointment.

From one star to 3 since in had to go through so much.

After i wrote this review someone promptly got back to, which I was surprised. I explained to him what happen, he was very nice about whole situation and my frustration. He explained that they reviewed ALL my previous calls (since I had been trying to add the debt for a while)

The company must have/had problems, in the past with people who don't add certain debt at the beginning of the program. Then, wanted to add the debt once they were sued. (In so many words what I interpreted) since "free" attorney's are part of the program. However not my case.

It took a week or so a couple emails, and agree that if any of the new debt I added needs legal, that debt will be removed from the program. My payment went up by $20. By March of next year I will be debt free!

I'M JUST HAPPY I DON'T HAVE TO CALL THESE COMPANY'S MYSELF OR PAY IN FULL (although I do get a 1099 for debt not paid in full)

The customer service is so kind, encouraging, and celebrates with me while my husband and I have stayed on track and when we get a victory in a pay off offer! I am overwhelmed by the assistance and help and getting step by step closer to a debt free living! The staff have been absolute top notch and a MASSIVE blessing to my family! I am seeing extremely negative reviews on this company whom I thought was the best you can use in settling your debts. Well, my stepson is going through something rather harsh with them.. we are in the middle of trying to sort it out but it doesn't look good, I pray and hope they are not scamming my stepson after all the "expensive fees" he has paid ndr so far! ESPECIALLY NOW WITH THIS COVID SITUATION! I will see how this plays out in the next couple of days before I fully display the details, hoping NDR provides a solution to this problem they caused. I was extremely encouraged as I answered the questions presented by the agent named Sam. He explained I would have to go through the Signature Debt Program. Sam said he would send an email to me, so I could scan and send him the documents he needs to begin my debt relief. He said he could not see the personal information I was giving him and would give him. I never received an email or call. I have not heard another word. This initial interrogation was 07-16-2020.. My husband and I need help. The information Sam collected is our most protected. I am very nervous about someone else having it and then discontinuing to communicate.
