I have had great success with National Debt Relief. They have assisted me at every step with my credit card debt. They are always available for a call when needed.

I enrolled myself with National Debt Relief July of 2016, and have 2 of my accounts resolved within 6 months. I am more than pleased with these people! I'm only 23 and got myself into a $12k debt with credit cards. My rep that enrolled me, Tommie Walker, explained everything and was very thorough with how this plan was going to work. I'd definitely refer them to anyone I know who has debt. I had a weight lifted off my shoulder once I got with this company.

When I contacted National Debt Relief they explained everything to me. The representative told me what to expect from the credit card companies and what NDR would do for me. I signed up in July and as of this date 2 accounts have already been settled. I didn t have to do anything but give my approval of the settlement agreement. The staff at NDR have been nothing short of fantastic.

My husband and I were at "wits end" 18 months ago. Our daughter had used our credit cards and debit cards as well as savings. My husband and I are retired, living on social security ans two small pensions. I set about trying to find some way to turn the situation around and after a brief check of the Internet found National Debt Relief. We decided to tak a chance. Your whole program is so well thought out, rational and comprehensive. As a result we signed up and began our journey with National Debt Relief. Based strictly on results alone, I would have put up with rude, difficult customers service personnel (as is the case in many organizations), or even helpful 'Robo Jane' if necessary. Not once did I speak with a customers service representative that I wasn't treated with respect and (wonder of wonders) caring, thoughtful people who worked at getting answeres on those rare occasions in which they didn't have an answer themselves.

This company is fraud . I have a debt of 33K in 4 credit card . After one year "The Law Office of Robert S. Gitmeid" took 10K from me and didnt pay any single dollar to the creditor. One of the creditor didn't listen to this program - Discover bank took all my outstanding money $4000 from my personal account as garnish payment after 1 year. When I called "The Law Office of Robert S. Gitmeid" , they said they can not do any thing . They can try only and I asked them to return my fees as none of the creditor is listening to this national debt relief program. They said they can not return any of the money or fees . I have lost another 10K and now I have another 10K negative balance and lost 1 year .Please beware about this program, none of the creditor listening from this company.

Very friendly and easy enrollment. Everything was explained to me so I would understand how my debt would be taken care of.

National Debt Relief helped me, Im proud to say I m Debt free,no look further, National Debt relief is your go to company when it comes to settling your debts, and I can t thank them enough, customer service is excellent and they explain it to you step by step.

This company led us to believe that by using them instead of filing for bankruptcy that we would save money and our credit. These statements were both false. We will have paid them just as much money as what we already owed. Yes they may have saved some on what we owed the credit card companies but after adding their fees the amount we are paying is the same as when we started. My credit has dropped at least 70 points, leaving us unable to even use the equity in our home to pay off the debts. Just as acomparison; my sister and her husband filed bankruptcy 2 years ago and have since bought a new car, got new credit cards and refinanced their home with a cash out option because their credit is amore than 100 points higher than mine. I haven't even begun to tell you about the tremendous stress we have endured during this process including work lost do to multiple trips to court. It's been nearly 1 and a half years since we started the program and they still haven't settled all our accounts. I strongly suggest you find an alternative solution for your financial needs. I will never reccomend this company to anyone. We should have settled with the creditors ourselves or filed bankruptcy.

I thought I would never get out credit card debt but thanks to National Debt Relief I am debt free! The process from start to finish was very easy. Any time I had anxiety or doubts all I had to do was call the debt relief team and they helped put all those doubts to rest. YES! YES! YES!

Nat'l Debt Relief (NDR) rocks! If you're in debt, sign up with them! This is no BS review -- I reeeally used NDR to become debt-free and they saved me a ton of money... without switching to GEICO to do it (haha)!

Check this out (actual figures): In late 2016, I was $45,245 in debt! OUCH! Just yesterday, after 38-months of being in the program, NDR settled ALL of my accounts for (total): $22,402.01! NDR saved me $22,842.99! NDR SAVED me almost $23,000! I am sooo glad I signed up with NDR in late 2016 and you will be too if you're struggling with your debt. NDR CAN/WILL help you!

I NO LONGER have any debt (and yes, it feels grrreat!) -- I am DEBT-FREE for the first time in more than 3-years!

Be patient with NDR and by all means be proactive in monitoring your client portal. Basically, help them help you. A helpful tip: Whenever you can afford to, pay as much as you can to your monthly deposit. Making bare minimum deposits will take you that much longer to complete your program to becoming debt-free.

After having National Debt Relief handle my outstanding credit card debt, I do not belief kost of these reviews are honest. Sure, they negotiated on my behalf with my creditors. But by the time you add up all the fees and interest on loans, I'm paying thousands more than I owed. They didn't communicate very well with us on the terms of our deal. Many of the fees on our account are higher than the settled amount.

They straight up lied to us about the affect it would have on our credit. They told us that we would see a drastic improvement in our scores when the accounts were settled. Instead we have black marks for all the missed payments, plus the accounts were closed by the creditors. So our credit scores are worse now than before we signed up with National Debt Relief.

Shop around and find a better avenue for handyour debt. National Debt Releif will not help your situatuon.

Thanks to theft of service happening to my s.o., I found myself in a position where I could no longer pay our bills. I did not want to go through bankruptcy, so I did a little research and found National Debt Relief to be highly rated. I contacted them, we set up my program by phone, and I started down the road to recovery. They have done a great job negotiating with my creditors and have resolved in the neighborhood of a third of my debt. While you are not assigned an individual account manager, I have not found this to be a problem. Every time I have called, the rep had access to my info and always quickly and clearly resolved my questions. I recommend these folks to anyone who finds themselves in a bad financial situation with debt.

If I could give it no stars I would. Be careful. There are hidden fees. Wait until you try to cancel no matter what the reason. They will find a way to keep the money that you have accumulated. They kept $100.00 of mine even though I did not agree to any settlement offer! Please be aware. I have to add to this review unfortunately. On 10/05/2017 I received a phone call from NDR'S support manager. He said I would be reimbursed if I took down this review. I told him that I would take it down when this is resolved. He said I would hear from him today, 10/06/2017. He had to go to upper management. He also told me that I would be reimbursed for a debt they paid with my money that wasn't even mine! Well it's been over 24 hours and I have not heard from anyone. Those promises were made in hopes that I would agree to take down this review. He obviously had no intention of resolving this matter. DO NOT TRUST NATIONAL DEBT RELIEF. If you decide to use them please ask for monthly statements. Keep an eye on your money.

It's a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Well worth it, as now I have a clear piece of mind!

Already 2 creditors settled and I signed up About 5/6 months ago. They work fast

They have been wonderful to work with. I received a call and they were letting me know that my first 2 resolutions had been approved. I hadnt even checked the customer portal because I just figured it would take much longer!

They were great been in the program since November and have resolved one of our debts paid off a lot less then owed. So glad we went with them. Great customer service.

So far in the year that I have been with NDR, they have resolved a large chunk of my debt and given me hope that an end is near with this headache.

I was drowning in debt and tried to resolve it by getting a personal loan to fix everything but it just got worse so I called NDR. The process was very simple to start and they have such great customer service. I love how before they end a call, they ask if they've helped with everything I needed help on instead of just saying bye. I got my first offer and I've only been in the program for 3 months. I cant wait until the others get resolve so I can get my life on track again. Looking forward to continue working with NDR.

You recently settled two of our accounts with you but you only informed of us one. The other one I found out about through my email. You must improve on your phone communication. My husband and I do not review emails on a daily basis so a phone call with all pertinent information would be very helpful and informative.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I stupidly thought that they would help get me out of debt 6 months ago. What they actually did was hold my monthly payments hostage in a savings account and did nothing to negotiate with my creditors. As a result I was threatened with a lawsuit for non payment and my debt became more because of all of the late fees and interest. So now I have to file bankruptcy. I should have called my creditors myself and handled it on my own. Don't trust anyone to help that promises to negotiate anything...it may come back to bite you. At least I got all my money back in a timely manner when I opted out and I had to use most of it to file bankruptcy.... very valuable lesson learned. BBB should not be giving an A+ rating to this kind of scam.

I just had my first settlement through national debt relief, and the light at the end of the tunnel is a little brighter.

Great company if you re being strangled by credit cards, beware of fees you are told they settled for an amount but they don t show the fees. When you are told in the beginning it will take you a certain amount of years to pay off everything it isn t true. They do work on your debt and if you don t miss any payments you will pay everything off eventually.

They promised to take care of "everything" so that I would not be caught in the middle. Supposedly, they had professional negotiators who would take care of 100% of everything. They also mentioned when I enrolled (sugar-coating it of course) that it is rare that you get sued, because usually by then, the debt is pretty much paid for or completely negotiated. Well, guess what - I GOT SUED!!! 2 years paying them more than $500.00 a month I get sued for non-payment. They said "No worries, we will take care of everything so you can rest assure" ... blah blah blah, and it turns out I HAD to present in court and hand them a typed letter that cost me $200!!! They had said initially they would do everything to fix the lawsuit. They didn't. I also get a slap in the face with a form C for my taxes, again they also said this would be "uncommon to get," but I got one. So, 2 and a half years into the program I'm still stuck, my fees cannot be negotiated although they have dropped the ball many times. I still have another account UNTOUCHED!! meaning, not negotiated yet! On the only good side is that I finished paying 1 account.

I mean the program works if you're willing to have a 23% of fees charged for negotiated accounts, also if you're willing to get sued and go to court. Oh - or give more a month, I pay $545.21 a month for what was a total debt of $19,000 in 3 accounts, and still they're telling me if I want to negotiate faster, then I have to make bigger payments. Really??

Not only that, I paid one account, which you would think that your payment will go down, right? - Wrong!!! half of those $19,000 were paid already, and my payment is still the same.

I decided to deal personally with my debt; so I cancelled my contract. No debt was settled, but, still this company returned only $933 out of $1,970 they took from my bank account. I am trying to talk with someone in the company regarding the difference, so far, no call backs.

Very helpful, informative, and kind staff. We've developed a savings plan and they are in conversations with my creditors. I feel that my expectations for this service have been met.

I was in serious trouble with credit card debt and saw no way out. I averaged at least two calls a day from creditors, I was at the point of just turning my phone off. I had heard of National Debt Relief, but just figured it was a scam. As dealing with my debt became next to impossible I came across another of National Debt Relief's advertisements and decided it was worth a shot, after all, what did I have to lose. It turned out to be best decision I've ever made. No more phone calls, no more harassing collection letters and, best of all, my debt has been cut by nearly 2/3rds. Don't hesitate, call them now, not only will they take care of your Debt, but just think of the money you'll save on Rolaids...

Beware the negotiation fee is 25% of your original debt. Might have better luck contacting your creditors yourself.

this debt relief program is ELITE!!! they take care of all the balances and deal with creditors directly, no annoying phone calls by bill collectors any more. I highly recommend this program to anyone that is in alot of credit card debt. One year into the program for me and a huge amount of debt has been paid off for alot less than the actual balances were originally. I am so glad i chose national debt relief to get me out of my frustrating financial situation.

I've gotten one creditor resolved. Still awaiting to se other resolutions. Then my opinion may change.

I signed up for this company in December 2017 bc my wife and I took a massive pay cuts as we switched professions. We had 4 debts equalling to approximately 70k. It took 1 year to settle our first debt. The other 3 companies would NOT settle. That was a credit union. I found out later that most credit unions DO NOT settle with these companies. They filed a lawsuit against us so NDR said we should settle. The CU would only settle for 6k more than out original debt of 25k. In addition, NDR took added their fee on top of that. The same thing then happened with Bank of America. NDR never called the 4th company---I found this out later.

In 2019 we decided to pull out of NDR, which was another PITA. We then contacted a lawyer and filed for chpt 7 bankruptcy in September 2019. Our bankruptcy was discharged in March 2020. Our credit score went up 25 pts immediately and has gone up a few pts. more. This was a much greater process than NDR for our situation. I found out from every lawyer I spoke to that our credit score would have been horrible for the extended 75 months with NDR. We can now buy a house in 2 years and all debt has been forgiven. I went with NDR based on reviews, which I now question. BE VERY CAREFUL and investigate all possibilities! If I could give them zero, I would! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Read the fine print.! I paid a little over a 1000 into my account they settled 2 accounts with payment plans paid 160 total to both and the rest went to fees for negotiations and monthly maintenance and lawyer protection. I was told do t worry about fees its built into your payments . They took full fees out right away 25 % of origional balance thats before your negotiated price so you end up paying 75 % . You can do better talking to them yourself. While your on the program you will not recieve sertlement offers because ndr has contacted tour creditors and told then they are your representative. Think twice i just wasted a 1000.

Very good very helpful Naomi is great they got my Capital One down from $9,000 2 about 4700 within 4 months so as far as I'm concerned they do a very great job and I know in the future being in contact with Naomi that if I do get them extra money or a windfall that she will not hold this debt out and I will be debt-free and it's not for a lot of money it's like $10,000 for 20's is 20 but so far as she is able to knock it down to almost $10,000 on very minimal payments. which is fantastic happy holidays Naomi keep in touch

Its been a good experience overall. I wish however that they would tell me how much more funds are needed to inform my creditors that I m working with them and to stop calling me several times a day. I wish National Debt Relief would communicate with me more.

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM! This is what they do; they promise you that they will fix your credit and give you legal representation against your creditors. They tell you ignore your creditors and if they try and take you to court do not worry because these are just scare tactics. What actually occurs is your creditors will take you to court. National Debt Relief will settle the case for twice what you initially owed and you are forced to agree so the creditor doesn't take money automatically from your paycheck with a court judgment they will win. Your credit score will drop by almost one hundred points because National Debt Relief doesn't pay anyone until they take you to court or they send you into collections. Once you realize you are being swindled you can call and think you are going to cancel and get your money back but that won't be the case. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in hidden fees. The moral of this story is you would do better just handling your financial problems on your own. These people are out to make money off of you and that is all. This is a disgusting organization that should be ashamed of taking advantage of people that are just trying to fix their credit. I knew one person who used them and said they fixed her credit but she let them keep her credit in the trash can for years because she didn't need credit to do things like buy a home,car etc. If you live with your parents and will be there for the next few years this is the company for you.
