SERVICE WAS MEDIOCRE AT BEST. PHONE REPRESENTATIVES ARE WOEFULLY UNPREPARED TO ANSWER COMPLEX QUESTIONS AND DO THOROUGH ACCOUNT REVIEWS. EVERY CALL I WOULD GET A DIFFERENT SOLUTION/ANSWER TO MY QUESTION OR CONCERN. SEVERAL TIMES I DID NEED TO ESCALATE TO A MANGER.FEES AND EXTRA CHARGES ARE NOT FULLY EXPLAINED. COMPANY DOES NOT CONVEY IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER. PROGRAM VERY DIFFICULT TO "GRADUATE" FROM. IF YOU ARE THE KIND OF PERSON WHO JUST NEEDS A STRUCTURED REPAYMENT PLAN THIS MAY WORK FOR YOU BUT BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO MONITOR THE ACCOUNT/PROGRAM ACTIVITY VERY CLOSELY YOURSELF!!
