I was extremely encouraged as I answered the questions presented by the agent named Sam. He explained I would have to go through the Signature Debt Program. Sam said he would send an email to me, so I could scan and send him the documents he needs to begin my debt relief. He said he could not see the personal information I was giving him and would give him. I never received an email or call. I have not heard another word. This initial interrogation was 07-16-2020.. My husband and I need help. The information Sam collected is our most protected. I am very nervous about someone else having it and then discontinuing to communicate.
