It's only been 2 months and I've already seen 1 resolution. I can feel my life getting back on track!

I enrolled in NDR program April 2020. During the enrollment process I was completely satisfied in the detail information and assistance I received. As of Nov. 2020 I have 3 settlements completed and working on the 4th. My fears of constant phone calls, letters have not but 1 letter that I sent to NDR. Waiting for the day my last settlement is finished and I am debt free. I was always financial sound but didn't plan for the future very well. The nightmare started when major illness occurred with my wife. Retirement, savings disappeared in seconds. Now I have hope again with NDR. Thank you

Within a matter of a few weeks, national debt relief resolved one of my past due accounts. I was pleased to learn that I would only be paying half of the initial amount.

You are not setup to handle low bision(blind) customers well or to move ahead very agressive and credit scores/backgrounds do not stop until they hit the floor...

Services like yours that can get Fed/IRS support and some protection/help with good clients is do needed

After much research I decided to go with National debt Relief because of their customer service. I had dwindled my options to three consolidation companies and the first one was good and gave me a quote but the person I was talking gave me minimal information on the whole process and then I called National Debt and the person I spoke to Jonathan who walked me through the whole process. He discussed the pros and cons of the program and made me feel at ease. I looked up both companies under the Better Business Bureau and NDR and the other company had complaints, however, the other company had many complaints left open and not resolved while NDR had resolved almost all their complaints. I found that to be reassuring.

After 4 months on the program I received my first settlement. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I have a few more years left on the program and will feel better once mostly all my debt is settled.

Complete Scam. Do not contract with this company. They are fast talking and fast to take your money but DO NOT DELIVER. Their Mr Clancy and Ms Goldstein represent them selves as professionals but do NOT negotiate with creditors. This company ripped me off for over $8,000.00 and never even contacted the creditor. There is now a collection account on my credit report and the creditor has filed a lawsuit I must defend. Do not deal with these people!!!!!!

Well we haven't gotten FINAL confirmation yet, but it appears that a $17K debt has been settled for just under $6K. We had to add very small amount to our existing escrow, but consider that well worth the squeeze. Now to get working on the next one!

I think everyone at some point goes through a rough time. Paying the bare minums on your credit cards with no end in sight. Your not alone however, this is not a program I would ever suggest. Like many people have said the customer Service was fantastic. However there is a lot of information they do not tell you up front. Depending on how much you owe on some of your debts, you might not save any money. There fee is extremely large and they are not up front about this on the phone. They collect between 20-30% from bank fees, commission, actually a few of my debts, I had to pay a lawyer with them, because it took them so long to settle with the monthly payment I was making. I have also finished this program with promises of a break down of all my settled debts and fees and a graduation package . Obviously writing this it never happened. I am also still fighting one of the settled companies because they still show negative on my credit report after 18 months of them being paid and paying the taxes on the written off debt. Which they did not tell me about either. Every dollar you save you have to pay income tax on that money. Settle these accounts on your own if you can.
Ex. 10,000 debt
Settle for 7,500 Saves you 2,500 right? No? But you pay them commissions on the full amount so they take 1500. Now you save 1000 right? No? Now it takes 10 months at 750 dollars a month to pay, so you get charged a delivery fee per payment yes a fed ex / ups fee, A monthly fee to handle this bank account administration fee . Now you have to claim 2,500 dollars as earnings on your tax return. Crazy!! Can t believe I did this program. Also this was an example and I have seen debts settled for more then 25% even 50% but as low as 15%. Depends on who you owe your money too! Best of luck!

I was skeptical at first about debt relief, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with National Debt Relief. They are thorough, fast, and have excellent customer service. I have total relief now that I don't feel like I'm drowning in bills and every time I get a settlement with a creditor I feel so happy. You will not regret National Debt Relief they are great! There is a reason they have an excellent BBB rating!

Wouldn t recommend this service. The fees they charge are literally the difference of what you would pay to the creditor. You re better off just letting the accounts gets charged off and working out payment arrangements directly with the creditors yourself.

Every person I have spoken with has been kind, helpful and most of all non-judgemental. The debt resolution process has been amazing thus far. Even though I still have a ways to go, I know making the choice to take the first step and call, was the right one!

I am so grateful that I came across this program. In 4 months, I have already 2 creditors paid at 80% off the original credit balance. Cant wait to be debt free and feels so confident because of National debt relief! Thank you to the amazing team!

All I can say is wow! At first I was cautiously optomistic. National Debt Relief jas been able to negotiate half of our debts in just a year. We hope, at this point to have all debts resolved with the help of NDR in two years if possible... we'll see. But these folks are fantastic. They do what they say they will do. Highly recommended and we're not even finished with them yet!

This is a wonderful program. Customer service is wonderful. They are helpful and kind and caring.

We are at the very beginning and it may take months to see how it's actually going but review sites rate NDR as #1. I have high hopes.

Ive worked with this company for some time now, they deliver as promised.customer service is right there when you need them or have a question and they are on point, very helpful. A great alternative to bankruptcy.

In the one year I have been on the program, we have successfully paid off two creditors and negotiated settlement amounts with two other creditors. Questions, concerns and creditor documents I have received have been answered and taken care of in a timely manner. So far I am very pleased with the service and progress.

Unfortunately, I couldn t find anywhere on their website that they only cover certain areas. I got all of my information ready to go over with NDR before giving them a call, only to find out they don t have a license to work with customers in New Hampshire.

Harassing phone calls . I can not get them to stop calling me. If you use a o overseas call center you are still responsible for it

I worked for this company briefly. Please stay away it s a COMPLETE scam. All of the positive reviews are written by employees.

I used NDR a few years ago and i was told all my credit card debt was paid off. Come to find out settlements with my credit card companies were made however NDR never paid. Now im paying it all again!! Things i thought were paid are showing up on my credit report!! BEWARE

He explained how the program works and was transparent about my payments, fees and length of program. He walked me thru all the documents that needed to be signed and answered all my questions; He is definitely an asset to your company. I would like to retract my first review of NDR because I am now on my way to becoming debt free. They have been so diligent and aggressive with my creditors to resolve my debt woes. I would highly recommend NDR to anyone that needs to get there life back on track. They only need to be patient and things will fall into place. Once again thank you NDR.

If you're not over $7,500 debt day will not help you!!!

So I don't make enough money to pay all my credit cards..hence in debt... all my Bills are current so they can't help me. If I'm in debt that's the point/reason I'm needing help/assistance. They refer me to a another company who does not help.

I have been working with national debt relief for 16 months now and they have been able to settle for half of what I owe (or less) on more than half of my debts already. They work quickly and efficiently and this has been one of the best financial decisions we've made! Highly recommended!

Do not use this company it s a scam. I was with them for almost two years and they collected $2500 in fees and paid off $1900 worth of debt. Destroying my credit in the process. I ve had better luck just contacting credit card companies on my own and setting up payment plans. I hope there is a class action against them some day as they were not upfront on what they were going to charge for settling debt. Incredibly disappointed in their service. I m just glad I was able to get myself out on my own before they kept taking my money to do nothing.

Charge insane fees on accounts that were never even settled. They were unable to settle my worst debt leaving me on my own to pay off that debt along with there outragious fees. I was paying 387 a month for 42 months and they only were able to settle about 9950 dollars worth of debt. The rest went in their pockets. ! Find a better solution for your money woes. They will take advantage of your financial woes and take the shirt off your back.

They are absolutely wonderful. I am feeling better about my situation.

Thank the Lord for National Debt Relief. We are currently in our second year working with them to reduce our debt, and all is on track as they said it go. It is nice to know they are there working for you. It is a bit of a struggle in the beginning, but learning to live without credit cards has been a blessing.

One of my creditors sought after legal action, National Debt Relief's team with legal security protection quickly took action and it was settled out of court. We are 25% done with resolution with 2019 looking even more promising. Although stressful situation, we are happy to have started the program so our future is better secured in the end.

The opportunity to pay off my first loan with the help of National Debt Relief made me so excited and more confident that I can be debt free

I am writing this review to help others. I am a real person and not a computer. I am currently enrolled in the program and I can honestly say that I am sure I made a big mistake. First I contacted the person that set up my account and notified them that I was getting phone calls everyday all day for two of my creditors. I told the agent that I was still going to stay in the program but I was about to come into a few thousand dollars and I was seriously considering paying off those creditors. The agent told me to put that money into the program and I could get a lot more things done with that money. So I did. Now one of the two creditors is taking me to court so I called them and let them know. They got right on it. The sad thing is I only owed the creditor $4,400. Why did they just send me a settlement for over $5,400. That's over $1,000 more than what I owed them. This is bad business. I could have paid them and the other creditor for about $6,500 and been done with them two. But I took their advice and look how they have failed me. This morning I will be talking to them and let them know how they have failed me. Please talk to your creditors yourself. Do not make the mistake that I did. I will be staying in program but I will be paying off my creditors my self until this is finished. I really trusted these people to do what they said they would. This is bad business on so many levels.

Just in the beginning phases but so far so good. Customer/ Client Success Team has been wonderful so far. Not knowing end result or have yet to see any "strings attached"

This is an interesting experience. I've been working with National Debt Relief for a little less than a year and two of my creditors are being worked with at this time. I have a few more to go.

The cons are few - the biggest one being the length of time it takes. I'm discovering my need for patience and allowing the process to happen. I suppose it takes a while to get into debt, it takes time to get out of it as well.

The pros are I'm learning to live within my income. There is a struggle and there are times I just want to cry but I move through and succeed. I need to work more on saving but I'm not incurring debt and when I look towards the future I'm not as scared as I used to be.

I will say this - every time I have reached out to National Debt Relief with questions, I have been treated amazingly well. Even when I've gotten a bit cranky, the person I spoke to was patient, understanding and right there with me.

I have another couple of years to work through this process but I don't feel alone or like this is insurmountable. I'm very glad I made the decision to do this ---- wish I did it a few years earlier!
