I can't tell you how relieved I am to have some of my credit cards paid in full, National Debt Relief is always only a phone call away if I have any problems with my creditors. I'm thankful that I found NDR at least I can now sleep at night and know they are doing the best for me.

PLEASE READ!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, I JUST FINISHED HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH THEM AFTER DOING THE TOTAL MATH OF MY THREE YEARS OF SERVICE. THE FACT IS THAT THEY COLLECT 25% OF THE TOTAL AGREEMENT AMOUNT , THEY TELL YOU IT'S ONLY $9 A MONTH AND YOU FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID . THE FACT IS THAT IF YOU PAY CREDITORS ABOUT $6500 AFTER FINAL NEGOTIATION THEY HAVE ALREADY COLLECTED ABOUT $4500, THIS IS MORE THAN 10K WHICH IS WHAT I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR , IM SHARING THIS SO THAT YOU DO THE RIGHT THING AND PAY YOUR CARDS, EVEN IF IT IS THE MINIMUM, OR NEGOTIATE DIRECTLY WITH THE CREDITORS, BE PATIENT , DO NOT GET DESPERATE , THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!

Not happy... with the FEES they charge I would be better off settling my accounts on my own. What s the difference if I pay my creditors the crazy interest rates or national debt? You can honestly do this yourself and avoid paying NDR outrageous FEES. CANCELING MY ACCOUNT TODAY. There are non profit companies out there that will honestly help you get out of debt and not charge you. Or you can negotiate with your creditors yourself for FREE. HORRIBLE PROGRAM!!!

They told me they would reduce my debt to 50%. But...

They told me they would reduce my debt to 50%. But they never told me the service fee is 25% of the original balance on each credit card before settlement. Imagine most of the creditor won t lower the debt to 50%. If your debt in 1 credit card is $4000, yet 1000 on this single card is their service fee. If they barely negotiate with the creditor to lower your balance from 4000 to 3000. U think u paid 3000 but at the end of the program you would end up paying the 4000 cause they already have 25% from the 4000. And your credit accounts gotta be in delinquency for over 4 months before they can step up. 4 months of delinquency on all your credit cards would drop your credit score to crash. I removed all my credit cards from this program and I myself made the settlement and enter in hardship program to pay them off slowly and my credit started to go back up.

Very easy to work with despite a difficult situation. My first offer came through quicker than expected for substantially less than what I owed. The process could not be easier. Would give 5 stars, but still new to the program, so for me right now, this is the best it can be!!! If the program and customer service continues the way it's been going for me until the end, 5 stars for sure!!!
Update: I had a second offer come through very quickly. The staff are making this process so easy and user friendly. I can see progress happening and it is such a good feeling!!
Update 2: My debt was resolved with this program in 13 months! I would not have been able to do that on my own. As much as I hated having to go through this process, NDR made it easy and painless. The customer service was incredible and I highly recommend this service! Thank you for helping me to the gateway to financial freedom!!

Did not experience the actual services but experienced the customer service. I applied online for someone to get back to me with my options for my debt. The person I dealt with was very dry and rude. And when I say dry/rude i mean no enthusiasm, seems like he's just there on a contract or something. After he looked into my debt and credit he said I did not qualify for a loan and my only option would be debt settlement, negotiating with my creditors. I told him I will have to think about it because i have done that before with another company and it did not go well. He says well I will email you the information and basically hung up quickly. Never emailed me. I emailed him reminding him to email me the info so I can at least think about it. No email. He was quick to email me and call me when I was looking into the company but as soon as i said "i will think about it" never heard from his rude self again. After seeing these other negative reviews I will look elsewhere.

I have been with National Debt Relief less than two months, and they have already settled one of my debts. I think it would be difficult to fully understand the immense relief I am feeling unless you have been attempting to deal with credit card companies on your own when you just don't have enough money to pay everyone. I have been seeing a dark tunnel for a long time, but because of NDR, I can see the light! I give this company 5 stars, and am so thankful for them.

National Debt Relief is terrible! Absolutely do not use them.

Choosing to use NDR was one of the worst decisions I ever made. Be skeptical of the positive reviews online. They are probably fake and created by NDR.

Because of my decision to use NDR, I cannot get a new apartment. My credit is completely destroyed.

One of my creditors has sued me and will likely get a judge to award them the full amount I owe and they will probably garnish my salary. NDR is doing nothing to prevent this creditor from getting the full amount.

Do not use NDR. Find ways to reduce your monthly expenses and negotiate directly with your creditors yourself.

Mr. Jordan Silverman. Pleased to say that good customer service is not dead in our country. His professional attitude, patience, and natural ability to listen to me without interruption, all great assets in this job, are worth noting. Jordan made a stressful process for me in the beginning less, and I m grateful he found a way to help me understand why I needed to take the offer given to me. Thank you.

I left the program because they have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Also they promise to save you on your account payoff but their fees are so high you don t save much at all. They will settle your $3000 debt for $1700 say that you saved $1300 but when you add your $600 that you pay them you only save $700. I settled a couple of accounts on my own for the $1700 and saved the $600 which I then used to pay off another creditor. You can do the work yourself and save money. This is my own experience with the company

NDR has been a blessing. Every person I have worked with has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Never have they made me feel horrible or incompetent, every person has given me hope and understanding and the confidence that this company can help with my situation. I have been with NDR going on 9 months and so much progress has been made. I am no longer constantly stressed out, blood pressure is down and I can make ends meet without breaking down. They have helped in so many more ways than just taking control of my debt. I absolutely recommend NDR and wish I had done this 8 years ago.

What a relief!! I am happy that I can finally have some organized resolution. Just within the first few months, NDR has resolved 3 of my accounts. Customer service has been helpful for the most part, but it does take time to build up funds in your account to resolve the pending accounts.
