Very pushy and overly aggressive for no reason. Like the worst used car sales person.

I paid $5000 into this for a debt that was only $7000. When I called to get the pay off thinking I only had about $2000 left, F@#$ NO, I still owe $6000 something. I pay $400 a month and only 25 F@#$ING $ goes towards my debt.

I was to the point that I was going so far down in debt I felt I had no options, until I was told about National Debt Relief I truly feel God led me right to this company, I still have a long way to go,its not a over night fix,but there will be light at the end of my tunnel, they explained how it works they answered every question I had and if I didn't fully understand they would explain it until I did,my money is safe I have control over all the steps.If anyone feels like they are drowning in debt and truly want help and you have the patience then please call National Debt Relief again I can't thank this company enough for all the stress they have taken off of me.

Places like this should be outlawed. I work for a finance company and I see so many people who use these companies. They do not get their accounts paid and then they go delinquent. They face litigation/ruined credit and give their money to the companies which never do anything with it. Stay away from all debt relief companies! Pay your bills and live within your means.

NDR fulfilled every promise made. They represented my best interest every step of the way. Even though my debt was a huge burden and stress, NDR guided my decisions and sympathized my situation. The results were more outstanding than I could ever have imagined. And I don't tend to right reviews!

I'm very Please with National Debt Relief.I would recommend this company in a heart beat to anyone who's looking for an amazing Debt relief company.I'm with them since Jan of this yr...2017,and they amazed me.I can see myself out of debt way before the time given to me. Don t do the same mistake I did, this is the worst company. They are taking forever to setup a payment with my credit card company. Three years I m waiting for them to do the setup with American Express.

They took my money and did absolutely nothing for me.

My husband and I enrolled in this program two years ago with over $20K in credit card debt. We have now cut that debt in half. Their legal department is always there to support. We highly recommend this company.

They've been great to help and answer all the questions I've had!

I left their services because on your first interview they give you a flat rate fee and then they call you or email you than in order to settle they need more funds. I was paying close to what I was paying if I kept my debt. Not happy at all!!!

It is worth a phone call and every second counts when it come to becoming debt free in America.

I am only leaving two stars due to great customer service but lack of full knowledge of what is to come. I graduated from the program and though I will admit my debt has definitely been way easier to handle what they don't tell you is what will appear on your Credit report. Any cards closed that have been paid for through them will show up as consolidated cards with delinquencies and this stays on your report after said card has been paid for seven years. This is now affecting me three years later after graduating the program because I am trying to apply for an apartment and unfortunately I had no knowledge that this was going to be something that makes it very difficult for me to get approved for something as simple as a place to live. If you have no plans in the future that involve any delinquencies or collections affecting their choice then please by all means join this program but if you are looking to within the next 5 to 10 years buy a home, rent a new apartment or even take out an auto loan I highly recommend really rethinking this and choosing your options as this will be something to affect your credit for the next decade.

I just staring to clean all my debts with this company and since then everything is great. They tell to you every little detail very clear and give you the right steps you have to do to pay your debts. I was a lit scary a the beginning but they really help you. You can have access to your account every time you want, and you can see how you doing. They don t do anything without your authorization.

This company has been great to work with. They are understanding of your issue and give you hope of getting out of debt. Just call and talk to them and they will walk you thru the process and it is easier than you think. Just give them a call and ask question. They have been great. I will recommend them to any one that needs help with debt issue. A #1

Great customer service, very professional, and settle debts very quickly.

Complete shame! Clients have to pay taxes on the amounts that are written off. They receive a 1099 and the majority of the debt is sold to collections. Then warrant in debt's are issued then garnishments. Your credit is ruined. People should have filed bankruptcy to begin with and paid way less money. Wasted money and time.

They have been unfailingly positive, supportive and above all patient as I go through this process.

Passive. I understand the big picture which is need to come out of debt. But, I feel the fees are not clearly defined. Yes, they do tell you that their fees are done after a settlement, but their fee timetable slows down the process of complete resolution.

They are spammers who refuse to stop contacting me despite my clear requests to be removed from their contacts. I have never had any dealings with them, they want me to advertise for them on the website I manage for an educational institution and seem willing to harass me until I do so. It has been going on for over six months now. I can only imagine how horrible they would be if I tried to cancel using their so-called "service."

The associate was rude when trying to explain the difficulty with us connecting. As bad as dealing with a collection agency.

Be alot better if they would answer the phone I've called every contact number, waiting anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes each and noone picked up.

Ruined my credit but they are getting the debt reduction that I need to get back on track.

My experience with Nation Debt Relief has been a good one: great customer service, resolved debts even as projected at the start of the process, even as planned; even with resistant creditors reasonable arrangements were obtained.

3 years into the program: The only problem with the process comes if a creditor refuses to negotiate what's owed and takes legal action, which NDR helped with to arrange payments, but now I will end up paying back nearly the amount owed to begin with. That is greatly disappointing and makes the original estimate very inaccurate ( of time of program, number of years, and amount estimated to pay). So there is some risk to the program you cannot know up front.

I love how fast they worked just made my second payment and already closed one of my accounts such a relief....I highly recommended

National Debt Relief has been excellent in settling my debts with other creditors. My debts that have been getting settled are usually half if not better than what I previously owed. Their customer service is supreme and have been there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend their service!

I didn't feel comfortable during my conversation with Eric today. I asked questions to try to get more information about this program and its fees. When I told him I wouldn't be participating, his tone became argumentative. The conversation escalated from his sounding as if he were reading from some script to his simply over-talking me. His demeanor during the call just made me feel that I was talking to someone who was simply trying to make a sale--NOT someone who was trying to assist me in my situation/inquiry. Not good.

I haven't completed the program yet, but I've been very impressed with their customer service, their process and communication so far. They make it easy to know what they do, how they do it, where you're at, and keep great records of all my communication - I never have to repeat a past conversation. Furthermore, in regards to the sole purpose of the program, the settlements obtained so far have been exceptional... keep them coming!

When I first started everything was great. I decided I no longer wanted to use this company. I was told I would receive a phone call and email to confirm my cancellation. Neither of those took place. I called again 05/21/2018 the person who was working the cancellation department was EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE! I asked for an emailed confirmation she rudely told me well I am giving you a verbal so I dont HAVE to send you an email. I told her I need a copy for my personal records and then she told me ok fine have a good day and hung up on me. I DID NOT receive an email. I called right back and talked to a manager she told me she would send me an email...she still has not this is 2 hours later. She rushed me off the phone as well. I now have to take extra steps in protecting my bank account because I have ZERO trust in this company. I DO NOT recommend this company.

The people I have spoke to at National Debt Relief have been extremely friendly, super helpful, and overall very pleasant. I m thrilled with what they have done for me and pleased that I made a decision to resolve my debt through them.

I have had the best experience with National Debt relief and Im so glad I decided to go through them to help me with my debt. I had to stop working due to some personal reasons therefore I was unable to pay my credit card went into collection and was struggling trying to figure out how to make payments. They have made the process so easy and stress free. I am currently back working part time and they helped me figure out the perfect amount of what to pay each month that i am able to afford. I just started working with them about 9 months ago and I have already paid off about 3 accounts. Huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Definitely recommend them.

So far very friendly and professional service. The best I've come across. Who are genuinely interested in helping people. Very satisfied with what they are doing for me.

Right now I am pretty dissatisfied with this company. They will tell you that they are usually able to cut your debt in half. Has never happened ever with any of my debtors. They will take there 20% off the top for each deal they negotiate to make sure they get paid in case you cancel on them. They will tell you that it could happen but you are unlikely to be sued. I've been sued twice and then they charge you an additional $200 to answer the summons. They will tell you that there may be tax consequences but a lot of creditors don't bother. I have received a 1099-C - Cancellation of Debt from all the creditors that were settled. It counts as income and caused my taxes to go up $4000 so now I have to make an installment plan with the IRS. They never sent me the stipulation agreement to sign with one of my creditors, and, I have to go to court to prevent a summary judgement even though the creditor has been paid for 9 straight months. If they had done their due diligence, this would not have happened.

So far my experience has been positive. They seem to care about me personally and keep me updated. It's only been 7 months, but I'm confident we will end satisfactorily.

Well, this has been a blessing for me and my husband we are new to the program and have 2 accounts already under settlement pymt agreements as well as possibly 4-5 in the next month to come. We have been in program since estimated May 2016. We may have 4 years max, yet that does not mean we cannot finish all settlements by 2-3 years time. Credit reporting drops scores roughly 100 pts then once each settled agreement account comes a few pts so essentially it takes the program and 6mos to 2yrs to get scores higher than 650 or so when coming in at 614 for example. All and all NDR is a great company and works well with helping families get out of financial crisis. Thanks from the Toppers.

I dont like doing reviews until a complete transaction happens. But this company has been wonderful very communicative and helpful and very nice. They explain everything before it happens and help people like me who dont understand complications of contracts and stuff to understand exactly what is happening! Ill put up another rreview when all is said and done but so far this is a great company to help get rid of debt!

Example of what to expect. Had a $15,000 debt they settled for roughly $6,000, took $5,000 in fees. So saved me about $4,000. I then got hit by the IRS for $3,500 I owed within two weeks of receiving my letter and then hit by the state taxes for $1,100 with also a two week to pay letter. What you save you will have to pay in taxes. Buyer beware!

Went from not great credit to absolutely horrific. If I had to over again would not choose this route.

When I signed up for the NDR program I was in a dire situation, not being able to make ends meet with my debt. A short 3 months in & one of my major creditors has settled for half the amount owed. Thank you for keeping your word FDR!

The representative was very knowledgeable and professional. There is a lot of info to cover and understand. I would recommend a follow up the next day to clarify the documents that are additions to the agreement, ( legal document) release of info, notification of vendors that will be affected and the date of your first invoice.

Worst experience I can think of. For being professionals in there field, they lack a lot of common sense in budgeting someone else's money. I was in the program for almost 2 years before I decided to leave and am much happier now. My advice is to avoid this company and work with your creditors yourself and you will save more money than you can with National Debt Relief.

information of settled accounts.Run around for 3 months.Not an upright company at all.Got to get a lawyer to get me out of this mess.never missed a payment in 3 years.They did send me a new financial schedule for my auto pay for next year tho.Yet everything is settled ,I do not see it my bank is closed and I am calling my creditors myself to see the status of my accounts,already got one letter from an account that it has been placed back in collection.Got that 3 months ago!!!!!!!!! Still no answers or requests for paperwork .Beware!!!!!!!

I am shocked that their rating is this high. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Their communication is terrible. And just like others have said, they can settle your debts for a lesser amount but their fees eat most of the difference. I was able to remove one of my accounts and negotiate it WAY BETTER on my own. I highly recommend speaking to your creditors on your own and trying to work something out. This company is terrible!!!

Their fees equal to half the settled amount on every singe account. When you do have a settlement completed they call you 2 or 3 times in a row regardless of when you tell them your best time to talk is. And if you don t answer you ll get about 5 or 6 emails on 4 hours saying they tried to call you. If I could ve I would have ratcheted just consolidated all of my debt instead of trying to get them to negotiate it down for me.

Very pleasant to talk to. They treat you like a person not a number. They are knowledible and fast. They got over 7% of my debt settled in under 5 months. I m so glad I called them...
