Very upset unwilling to provide financial info

Very upset unwilling to provide financial info
information of settled accounts.Run around for 3 months.Not an upright company at all.Got to get a lawyer to get me out of this mess.never missed a payment in 3 years.They did send me a new financial schedule for my auto pay for next year tho.Yet everything is settled ,I do not see it my bank is closed and I am calling my creditors myself to see the status of my accounts,already got one letter from an account that it has been placed back in collection.Got that 3 months ago!!!!!!!!! Still no answers or requests for paperwork .Beware!!!!!!!
I TOO HAVE A ZERO BALANCE AND ALL DEBTS PAID,FANCY THAT,WHI GETS A PERFECTLY FANCY BALANCE.NOT!!!
RUN AROUND RUN AROUND.THE FEES ARE OUT OF REALITY NO EXPLAINATIONS .huge.They are so nice and surely UNDERSTAND YOUR PLIGHT ANDVEVEN OCCASIONALLY SEND A BIT OF FLUFF IN AN EMAIL WHICH JUST DOES NOT CONTAIN THE EXACT INFO YOU ASKED FOR.I too am calling my States Attorney geberals office I am a 77 year old widow wanting to pay my creditors the best I can as honorably as I can ,this is upsetting ,time consuming and totally a dead end taking all the wind out of my sails and joy out of my days with this unending struggle.Stay away.
