I am very satisfied with the help that National Debt Relief has given me. I Certainly want to thank them and I'm sure they will be of further help.

So thankful for the help I have received from National Debt Relief!

Several months ago I was head over heels in debt and working every day. It seemed so suddenly that my failing health took its toll on my body and just like that I had to retire due to my health. My first question was "What do I do now?" I couldn't afford to continue my lavish lifestyle; moreover, I didn't know which way to turn. I tried to refinance my truck and many of my bills were medical bills. I attempted to reason with healthcare collections and , like my truck, they were about as sympathetic as a wet rock in winter. So my attention turned to companies like National Debt Relief. They were rated best in their field: helping people like me. They were soooo nice on the phone and while gathering my needed information to go to work for me they ocntinued to reassure me that they would take care of everything. Man were they a lifesaver, and still are. They have helped me soooo much. Most of my debt has been resolved and alot has been paid off at a much lower price tag. Now each time I have to call them, no matter which professional I get on the phone they always ask if there were any more recent hardships they needed to know about to make things a little easier. They have almost paid everything off (at a reduced rate) and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. All I can think of is "WHAT A COMPANY, WHAT A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE." I know I made the right decision turning to NDR. Maybe you should give this company a chance to help you too. Steve H.

I'm with Lendmark as far as the summons is concerned but I believe they waited way too long in getting contact with Lendmark to resolve it it shouldn't never got to the point where I was receiving the summons.

I cancelled my account with them because I couldn't afford the payments set up and frankly bankruptcy did less damage to my credit report and was a much quicker/simpler process. I was told and per my agreement that my monies would be returned to me withing 3-5 business days. It's been over two weeks. I called today and the excuse I got was "Our banks are behind processing all the returns we have". Not a good sign and NOT my problem. Give me my money back! then I was told it would take another 24-48 hours to process my request (that I made over two weeks ago) and then 3-5 days for my money to be returned. Not holding my breath. Was going to use it to pay bills after a recent move. Now I'm even more behind thanks to this company.

It never fails, every single customer service rep I ve spoken with has been nothing but genuinely kind and understanding. Needless to say, they go above and beyond to resolve any issue with the creditors. I cannot say enough great things about this company! With them, I m able to breathe again knowing they re behind me all the way. I recommend this to anyone who needs assistance and does not want to file for bankruptcy. I was at my lowest points, and they ve helped pick me up and I m pretty much ready to fly again. Thank you with all my heart.

This company is very good at what they do. They get the creditor to give the lowest rates all the time. I'm happy I chose this company to work on my bad debt.

I had a very positive experience with Kim A. She is very knowledgeable, resourceful and so patient. Just her voice helped me to feel relaxed. She helped me to feel confident and relieved that I was doing the right thing. I know that I owe the money and I never wanted to get out of paying them but with the way things are these days I just got to the point where I could only pay minimum payments and I knew I would never get them all paid. When Kim told me that all of my creditors were going to get paid, it made me feel so relieved. I could finally breathe again. I thank God for this program. I did a program like this years ago. I must admit that I just got signed up but I have enough faith that all will go well and if it doesn't, I will be back to this review site:)

NDR has helped my wife and I out of a bad situation and continues to provide great service to us. The are very kind and the actually sound like they care!

The lady I talked to was really professional. She told me the reason why they were trying to contact me. They have reached a settlement with one of my creditor and they confirming to see if I was agreeing with the settlement number. I did agree. National debt relief is doing an awesome job. Just on update the settlement is helping me and my family to get better future. We are almost halfway through

We just settled the last account that was pending. My FICO score starts looking better and better. Make sure that you do exactly what NDR tells you in their brochures with your creditors.

National debt relief has listen and worked very hard to negotiate with my creditors for a low amount that I can manage. I highly recommend this service. Great customer service!

This is the worst Company it's been over a year and they settled one account that was $ 699.00

They have been amazing with helping resolve my debt! I was hesitant at first, but they are very proactive and call you with any updates with your account. They really do care about getting your debt resolved as quickly as possible, and comes up with a payment plan based on your income that you can afford!!

Very friendly staff. I have 1 debt down and currently another being handled. I would recommend NDR to anyone that needs a little help getting back on the right track.

NDR has helped me tremendously. I was in a very bad place financially and more than half my debt has been taken care of in less than a year. I am so grateful!! I was skeptical at first but they are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever come in contact with.

Amazing company! They are so easy to work with. They do all the work. All I do is pay a very low fee monthly, and they take care of the rest! The customer service is great. Everything is transparent with this company. There aren t any hidden fees. I m never uncertain of anything on my account. I highly recommend this company if you are considering taking care of large debts!

It started off okay, talking with a rep from National Debt Relief to set me up with help consolidating my debt. He was a fast talking used car salesman. The lending company has only paid 2 of the creditors, and it was NOT for the full amount. The 2 creditors they did NOT pay, I have called those creditors and they have received nothing from the lending company. I called and emailed Liberty Lending and National Debt Relief and they have washed their hands of any wrong doing, and will provide any course of action or look into maybe someone over looked something.

DON'T DO IT! I'm glad I cancelled...if you do, they take 85% of your balance in the 'Global Solutions' account. They do warn you that your credit is affected...I think it's better to negotiate with your creditors directly.

Because of the debt load I had and the desire to retire it, I reached out to National Debt Relief. I found them in a search for a reliable firm that would aid me in this effort. To date they have done everything they promised and a bit more by keeping me posted on progress and contacting me to see if there is anything else they can help with. I have found them to be most reliable and up front with all my dealings . Thank you National Debt Relief for the peace of mind and your excellent service.

Wow! What can I say. It's the best call I ever made. I am in my 2nd year with working with them. The first year was hardest. Learning to live without credit cards and coming up with the monthly payment. But many hot dogs and coupon clipping, we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. If your looking for your debt to just be erased, that's not what they do. You still have to pay, but just less. And you pay Nat. Debt Relief. They handle the credit card companies for you. No more calls or late notices will be coming to you. They handle ALL of that. They are easy to talk to and are there to help you succeed!

I was nervous and reluctant. I couldn t help but wonder if I was making a bad choice and was afraid I d be taken advantage of in my ignorance and vulnerability. And then, what if they don t even produce?!?!
I m very HAPPY to say that it was a great choice!! Not only are they producing for me (having already settled 3 of my 6 debts), but they have made it so easy for me along the way...they definitely do all of the heavy lifting!

Calling your organization was the best move I ever made. As of next year we will be DEBT FREE, 2018 will be a year to celebrate. Your organization is a godsend. No more CC debt, a new beginning!! They are a huge help digging us out of the hole we put ourselves in. Sure we could have done this ourselves but they totally take all the stress off our shoulders. Our credit has taken a hit but it will bounce back when it's all done.

I recently had 3 debts resolved by National Debt Relief. They proactively sought my opinion on the offers and acted quickly on my behalf. I regret being forced to seek their help, but they have done an outstanding job in every way. I would encourage anyone in my shoes to explore this option and be patient. The time, and debts, are going faster than I thought.

I have used National Debt Relief in the past, and knew I could trust them. This is a great service.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Took them 6 months to settle an account where I had enough money to settle. Their customer service team is beyond awful. They just kept throwing me around to different departments. When I told them I wanted to cancel business with them and get a full refund, that s when they were able to settle. My account settled at 50% but their fees were just as much as the amount they settled for. I was able to settle my own account for less than what they settled for own my own when they re supposed to have specialist who do this. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Completing my program is great. However at this point (Nov) I made my last payment in August and have almost $1800 sitting in my account that I am getting the complete run around on getting back. I have been told to write emails requesting the money as a withdrawal, only for them to tell me no. I have been told pending graduation takes 30 business days, it s been double that. I have been told by number ours supervisors it would be 3-5 business days, the money never comes back. At this point they have ripped me off for $1800 and just wont give me an answer as to getting it back.

Debt consolidation place with immaculate integrity, and excellent customer service. They provide legal services at a very reasonable price (all included with their package deal) as well as some great amenities and benefits. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because I've only just started their program so can only offer my opinion based on reviews, credentials, the BBB and my experience. Hope this helps. If you're needing any assistance with debt don't fall for all the scams and shady establishments out there, go with something tried and true.

We have worked with NDR for almost 3 years. In fact, we are just about out of debt! They have settled many debts for us at a fraction of the cost of the amount owed, and most importantly without all the stress and hassle. NDR works hard for YOU. Their customer support folks are hands down the best I have ever dealt with. They are friendly, courteous, professional and very easy to talk to. Do yourself a favor--if you have substantial debt CALL National Debt Relief; it will be the best decision you've ever made.

They make a scary thing a lot less scary. I had to take a pay cut, got divorced and had some other financial burdens and was starting to drown in my debt. The super friendly and helpful staff walked me through everything and gave me such peace of mind. They have already started settling my debt within 2 months. My payments went from over 1500 down to under 700 a month and I am now able to afford my car, mortgage and utilities without fear of not being able to feed my family. I could not be happier with the progress they are making with my creditors already!

I wonder if the reviews on here are actually people being paid to put 5 stars. If I could give them a zero I would. This company only pays one creditor at a time, leaving the rest out there without a payment. That results in 30, 60, 90 days late with your creditors. I had a sheriff show up on my porch serving me with a summons because they weren't working with all my creditors. When I started with them all of my creditors were in good standing and my FICO was a 650. Being with them for a year dropped me to a 490. Our car broke down and it was going to cost more than what it was worth so we went to go try to get into a reliable car and could get financed anywhere. They have ruined my credit!! I cancelled with them and went to a company that sends all my creditors payments. I was told by a representative that I was getting a $50 refund even though there was $150 in the savings account. Months later still no check in the mail. They took my $150 for fees all of it. This place is a scam. I will be calling an attorney.

UPDATE 03/18 I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and was able to get all of the fees refunded. The manager of National Debt Relief is now trying to have me remove my reviews on Google.

I have been in the program for almost a year and on Christmas I will have 1 paid off and a second paid off in May. I will have 2 more left to negotiate and pay. I am VERY happy with the program.

Did not know my debts relief would start this soon.
I m glad because I am getting some threatening letters from my creditors, especially the two loans I have.
I hope you can resolve two soon.

I have been with them for almost three months and I have delinquent accounts, open and pending, basically they are not doing anything and charge me for everything. It is horrendous!

Best company to resolve your debt through! I have not one complain, they were so helpful with every from start to finish. I was $10k in debt and I m debt free after 2 1/2 years! National debt saved me over $4k with consolidation!!!

I signed up with National Debt Relief in March 2017, in just 2 months they got one of my 3 high credit cards to settle. I am beyond grateful, excited and most of all relieved! Especially now that I just found out I am pregnant. Thank you a million times NDR!!!

My husband and I had a high amount of debt. We decided in March to try NDR. So far we have already gotten a creditor to reduce the amount we owe them. I only hope that it doesn't take 120 days for any of the other creditors to settle on the amount we owe them .

I have been working with National Debt Relief for over a year now and I can not tell you how happy I am with them. I have been able to pay off my creditors and start to rebuild my credit. I will admit that at first I was very nervous and questioned if this was a good choice, I have to say that I am very glad I made this choice.

Been OK so far. Some of my depts been pay off. The only thing is there are extra fees. But so far it did improve my credit alittle. I'm not a fake customers. To be honest what I do ike about NDR is I don't make alot of money and their are will to help to settle some with the credit card depts on what I can afford for the program. So it not that bad.

Excellent service and encouraging outcomes with NDR, an organization that has people who genuinely sympathize and treat you like a person who will get through the debt. EVERY PERSON who I have ever spoken to on the phone at National Debt Relief has been compassionate, professional and encouraging. The results of their intervention on my behalf have alleviated the burden of debt that had at times threatened to paralyze me when I attempted to manage it on my own. With NDR, I don't have to "manage it on my own" and neither do you, thank God!

good for you all the people who gave 5 stars, my experience was a nightmare i barely saved any money and eventually cancelled and settled on my own for a much better settlement than anything they offered me. After all the fees and then them always asking for more money or i may have to go to court . People you can do this on your own . Just call your collectors they will work with you with no fees and its the same results on your credit report.

I have been with National Debt Relief for 9 months and they have helped me with my debt and were very professional and understanding with my own situation. I would recommend them to help people with there debt.

This place is a scam. Do not work with KAREN SOLIDAY. If she can't reach you, she will do a hard pull on your credit without your permission just to get you to respond to her. Then she will lie about it and say it was a mistake, while still asking if you are going to join the program. Trust me, once you stop paying your bills on your own, the credit card companies will be happy to settle with you. That's all National Debt Relief does.

I joined them in late June 2018. The representative from NDR advised me that they were going to take over regarding corresponding with my creditors. By December 2018, one of the credit card companies sent me a court summons. I was paying NDR to only be sued by one of my creditors, whom I was paying slightly over the monthly minimum amount before NDR made a catastrophic mess of my credit card situation.
When I called NDR the moment the court summons arrived, I was transferred to their legal department. They saw the summons, then the legal department representative stated that the credit card company who sent me the court summons was known to be aggressive in their debt collection practices. I then asked NDR where were my monthly payments going, I then demanded an itemized statement to learn that they haven't made one payment to any of my creditors. They have the audacity to charge administrative fees on top of charging 25 percent of what's owed to the creditors, plus they took $15 out of my monthly payments for NDR's administrative fees. When I called my creditors after receiving the summons, it turns out that NDR had NEVER contacted any of my creditors.
I will never use their sub par services ever again.

Michelle was easy to talk too and explained everything clearly. She made me feel good about the process.

I enrolled in a debt reconciliation program with NDR 18 months ago with $12k+ in credit card debt. At the time, my minimum monthly payments were more than $750/month on top of rent, car, and utilities for my house. I was suffocating in credit card debt. As of now, I only have $5,500 of remaining debt and 3 creditors are reconciled. The monthly payment is only $250/month, which obviously makes a huge difference regarding my monthly budget. Yes, your credit score will tank. Mine dropped 250 points in the first 6 months, but it's slowly working it's way back to where it was before I jumped into the program. Their customer service team is so responsive and helpful, and they're really excited to help you become debt-free! A+ service!

They have settled a few items for us. Currently they are allowing one creditor to hold up any further progress on our account. I'm very unhappy with them taking over a year to resolve the issue with AMEx.

Not the best model. They ask you to stop making payments...then creditors begin calling...then you get sued by aggressive collectors...then you legally are bound to pay back more a month than you originally had to. It's sad that they don't break this down. I regret enrolling in this program.

The 1st reason was they tell you all this good things and make you believe that they will fix you credit so easy but they never tell you many factors that to me ware very importan .

The 2nd thing was that went I was on the phone every representative tells you a different story things that was supposed to spoken the first call before sing up which got me upset but I was already on the process

Let s see what happen down the Road let s hope all the things that toll me at the beginning come true for now that s my opinion always ask questions read reviews and call 2 or 3 times before the sing up until you have all you answers and you sure that that s what you need thank you guys hope this helps

They do the job they claim to do. They do successfully negotiate debt down. Their fees are quite considerable. You must review the fee system before making this decision. The most important factor here, there will be MASSIVE damage done to your credit in this process. Try going from a 700 score to a 500 score. It will get rid of bad debt but it hurts.

They start off great very helpful but then once enrolled never heard back from them. Ended up cancelling the service and settling the debts by calling the collectors directly. It was actually very easy just call and make an offer and done, debt settled. They make it sound more difficult than it is, if I knew how it easy it was to do it on my own from the start I wouldn't of ended up signing up for this service. Then I would still have to owe back the percentage that they saved for me, so really in the end it wouldn't of been that much saved.

I beg you to beware. They take their 25% commission before paying a cent to the creditors. I just learned that they have taken about $1,700 from me, everything that I have deposited as their commission and NOW is when my money will start going towards my debt. It is a huge rip off.

i was so anxious about taking this step; but NDR has lived up to their agreement and I'm getting some settlement offers now. They're very good about keeping you updated every step of the way. I recommend you cal them to see if their program is right for you!
