I was nervous and reluctant. I couldn t help but wonder if I was making a bad choice and was afraid I d be taken advantage of in my ignorance and vulnerability. And then, what if they don t even produce?!?!
I m very HAPPY to say that it was a great choice!! Not only are they producing for me (having already settled 3 of my 6 debts), but they have made it so easy for me along the way...they definitely do all of the heavy lifting!
The customer service has been over the top good!! From beginning to now, they have only been kind and sympathetic to my needs, thoughtful and friendly in their conversation, and legitimately calmed any anxiety I be had while giving me great confidence that everything was under control and gonna be alright!
I hate that I was in this position to begin with but I couldn t have asked for a better team to help get me out of it! Thanks NDR!
