I had a very positive experience with Kim A. She is very knowledgeable, resourceful and so patient. Just her voice helped me to feel relaxed. She helped me to feel confident and relieved that I was doing the right thing. I know that I owe the money and I never wanted to get out of paying them but with the way things are these days I just got to the point where I could only pay minimum payments and I knew I would never get them all paid. When Kim told me that all of my creditors were going to get paid, it made me feel so relieved. I could finally breathe again. I thank God for this program. I did a program like this years ago. I must admit that I just got signed up but I have enough faith that all will go well and if it doesn't, I will be back to this review site:)
