Justin Ayling is really awesome!! He really has me excited about starting this credit journey again. This is my second time on the program. The first time was great, but I had a few hiccups and needed their services again. I definitely recommend their services.

I am very pleased with the work that is being done and Dexter was very thorough on the details of what is being done in addition to what we need to be doing as well. He was very patient with all of my questions and I never felt rushed at all. I would recommend them to everyone.

The only reason i am leaving a 4 is because of issues i have been having lately. A few months ago i was getting approved for things and just this past month or two it seems like my score has went down. I have been with National Credit Care for about a year and a half now and i know things take time. I want to say that overall, i am very pleased. They have definitely helped in building my credit and getting things removed. Also, every time i call, I have the pleasure of speaking with someone amazing.

I had some questions and concerns with my report and Ricardo Lerma knows customer service. He made sure I understood every question before we went to the next issue or concern. As far as my concerns he explained them well and I felt comfortable to know things will be taken care of. Highly recommend Ricardo for CS. Very pleased.

I called into NCC and got Brad on the phone. Brad was awesome with his knowledge on my credit report and answered all of my questions with clarity and without hesitation. I am so pleased to be working with a professional!

I am a current client and called pretty close to closing time and got Bruce Greene. He took his time, explained and answered every question I had without rushing me off the phone.

I was referred to NCC from a friend/neighbor who had worked with them in the past with great results. I have been through 2 divorces and also made some bad decisions in my younger years, thus having had to deal with a very poor credit score for many years. I was very hesitant at first - but have found this to be a fantastic decision. I have been working specifically with Grace Tardiff and found her to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She has been wonderful to work with and after only a few months my credit score is definitely increasing and negative credit has been removed off of my reports. She takes a personal interest in helping me, and I thought it would be nice to recommend them so hopefully others can get the help they need. There is nothing worse than living with a poor credit score, and I am very grateful that positive changes are happening because of Grace and NCC.

I called National Credit Care with no idea what I needed to do to get my credit back on the right track but Liah Dierks was the last one in the office and stayed on the line to answer all of my calls and give me the advice and guidance that I needed. I am now on my way to resolving issues on my credit that I wasn't aware of, as well as handling them in a matter that I did not know how to do before her help.

Today I called with some questions regarding my account. Renee Lipsey not only answered my questions but really took her time to double check everything. She was a big help and a pleasure to deal with!

Shonelle has excellent customer service skills I love the way she took time out with me, by explaining everything and even asking me how my day was going. I don't even know her but she has a awesome personality. I wish her the best.

Kayla is outstanding in many ways, her customer service is as good as it gets! She communicates well and really knows the important things to know about this business.

NCC has help us so much. Thank you so much. We weren't aware that when you buy something that like Sea Doos they run your credit (Everywhere) creating a inquiry bomb on your credit. It was awful. I'm so happy with NCC.

I just completed a review with Denine at National Credit Care. She took the time to help me understand the process and what they accomplished in the few months working with them. I was very happy to hear that there were positive changes made, my scores went up from when I started and the negative items that were so difficult for me to correct on my own, were accomplished by NCC. It really helps to understand how the Credit Repair Process works because even though I am familiar with how the Credit Reporting System works, I didn't understand what was involved with correcting items on your credit report. We've been with NCC for awhile now, and they have been very helpful in our pursuit to improve our credit so we can purchase a home. We spoke with Neil today, and he was very helpful with answering our questions and explained things in a way that was clear, precise, and to the point. He made an effort to make sure we understood everything he was trying to explain to us.

This company is a joke. They customer service is excellent on the front end when they are enrolling you. BUT, if you want to cancel, good luck! You HAVE TO speak with someone, they will not allow you to cancel via email, but you can sign up that way...hmmm! When you call, you are transferred to the "billing department" for eternal on hold, another great tactic of theirs. If and when you finally get a human, well their customer service is far from excellent! They are rude and degrading when you tell them you are ready to cancel your membership. They basically tell you what an idiot you are and talk down to you like your are stupid. I have unfortunately fallen for this a couple of times. So beware before signing on with this company.

This company started off good. Then after a year of NO significant changes I asked to cancel. They had a different rep every time who barely knew anything about my file. Then I requested 3 different times to have my account cancel yet they kept charging me. As a single mom this was very hard and loosing hours due to Covid-19 I could barely afford lights and food! This was a hardship I explained that yet they just said ok but do you have the payment? I m so hurt more than anything because I truly am having a hardship.

I have been with NCC for about 4mnths now and they are wonderful!! I had a lot of debt and they have gotten me to where I need to be to start my search for a home!! I want to give a special thanks to Ara Martinez for her amazing customer support. Thank you all

I had a few specific questions during my call to NCC today.

During the conversation with my specialist Janelle I discovered that she was extremely patient, informative and thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns, review the facts and provide me with step by step instructions for resolution. She was very easy to speak to while staying focused on the topic.

Everyone l speak to is amazing but when l spoke to Markus Mesiha the other day he was great he and all of the staff are great l could ask for better people to help me at this time l was truly blessed to meet them and l highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys again. Have a blessed day.

I called NCC today after a day of being anxious to get my credit scores increased enough to purchase a home. I called to get an update and I was spoke with Mosby. Not only did I get an update but I received an education on some helpful tips and things I needed to do to help my score. I can certainly say she put my mind at ease and I honestly believe this company is working in my best interest.

This company has really helped me clearing up my credit. They are always available and willing to help they are a very caring company always trying to better serve there customers. Started my account in May 2020 nothing has been done on my account. In June when it was time for payment to come out I didn't have the money. So on a totally different date they took money from my account. I have been calling for 4 days to close my account and I get hung I p on and put on hold for hours. I simply want my account closed and my money refunded to me since I have not utilized their service.

I called yesterday and spoke with Nelly and in ALL the time I ve been a customer no one has EVER taken the time like she did. She went over all my CC and explained to me which ones would benefit me to work on getting paid off. She got me understanding more about my CC. I would like to ALways have Nelly in my corner.
For your other customer service reps. They might need more or better training.

NCC has been a great help in assisting us to repair and build our credit for the last several months, we have done amazingly well and are very impressed with the assistance that we get. Jeremy Salas is the one who helps us, but every time we call we get great service and information that we need. I just spoke to Monique Velasquez on our billing and she was very friendly and very helpful as well so we appreciate her and everyone there for all their hard work they do to help us. If you're looking for help with your credit we would definitely recommend National Credit Care.

Just need to say a few kind words about National credit care and a representative named Kaylenne Lathrop. Today I had questions and concerns about well...obviously my credit.
Calling in, I was connected to an extremely exceptional woman named Kaylenne Lathrop. I actually ended up having more than just a few questions and concerns. She answered everything I threw at her in great detail, professionally, and further more giving me tips and guidance to protect myself against the creditors. This woman is absolutely amazing and knows her stuff to an extent many should strive to be more like her. Knowing this company has actual human beings like this working for them. They have no idea how lucky they are!. Having her on my side gives me confidence of achieving my goals short and long term!. Cant say how pleased I am with the knowledge, professionalism, and most of all, just being kind!!! Thank you Kaylenne!!! God bless your soul.

I used them to help me repair my credit, They were not communicating with me on the status of my file and talked me into a couple free months when I called in to try and cancel my account. I still didn't see progress even after I took the step myself and repaired my credit. I don't recommend them. You are just throwing your money away if you use them. Many you could put toward repairing your credit on your own.

These people lie thru their teeth. Didn't do anything in four months. Claimed score jumped over 100 points and we watched every reporting agency. Go look at BBB. 100s of same complaints. They keep charging after canceling too so you have to block them at your bank. I've filed BBB and contacted an attorney. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM

I really enjoyed my experience with National Credit Care. They were very helpful and were able to increase my credit score substantially. I spoke with Mark today, he was very friendly and was able to help me with my question. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to improve their credit!

My Mortgage broker recommended National Credit Care and I set up an account for my wife and I just about 30 days ago. I am already starting to see results, but that is not why I am writing this review. I wanted to say that all of the representatives we have spoken to have been great, but Rachel Graff has stood out above the rest. She is very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendation and educated me on how credit works and how to handle my specific credit situation based on my goals. I would recommend National Credit Care, and if you go with them, ask for Rachel.

I have been dealing with National Credit Care for over a year and they have boosted me from the 400's to the higher 600's. I have always had great customer service, but today Gentry went above and beyond with her explanations on where I was in my process. Every question that I asked, Gentry had an answer for. Gentry was also gracious enough to send me an email with her direct contact information so I can reach her if I have any questions at all. If you call and speak with Gentry she knows what she is talking about and is incredibly thorough!

I hired this company for my significant other-to help clean up his credit. Laura went above and beyond with her knowledge and professionalism . I highly recommend NCC!

My experience with Noah Valdez was great! He helped me and answered all questions that I asked and made me feel really confident about getting my credit resolved. He also gave me some helpful advice. I'm giving him 5 stars... He deserves it.

Waste of time! After being with them for a while they kept trying to convince me that things were falling off my credit. Well after seeing my credit score at a standstill I started to question it. I was told that after about 6 months I should see some changes. Well in July I called about my payment and told them when I could pay it. Of course they still took the payment and after a long intense call they put the money back in my account after agreeing to leave the account open and paying the next payment. I told the lady I wanted to cancel my services and she clearly stated that I had to wait until the next payment cleared. So after it cleared I called to cancel my services and of course I get the run around. On Thursday I called to cancel and she was like okay well I can put it in but it won't be closed until a supervisor contacts you on Friday or either Monday. Of course I don't get a call until today and he tries to convince me to keep my services after telling him numerous times no I want to cancel it. Then he goes on to say well I can close it and your last payment will be September 30th. I was HOT!! I said okay so last month I was told I had to wait until you guys received my last payment before I could close my account. Now you've received it and you're still gonna take another payment. Of course he had a reason which was some bs!! Don't waste your time or money!!

Extremely rude and brazen in the initial conversation. National Credit Care isn't the only credit consultation service in the world, yet when you mention their fees, they take a condescending and discourteous attitude toward trying to coerce you to work with them. They sound as if they're salesman from the 1960's used car market and get paid commission for each person they bring on. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. At least from my brief and rude conversation with Scott Smith.

Denine was awesome! She was very helpful giving me guidance in getting my credit back on track. This will help me get a new home which is my ultimate goal.

They were easy to get and easy to cancel unit now. I canceled July 2nd & they told me last payment would be taken out july 23rd. for what they've already done & here it is August & they've charged me AGAIN. & Stephanie the lady on the phone can't do anything about it & tells me there is no one else available to help me. DON'T SIGN UP!!

Don't even waste your time with this hack job of a business. Their business model is full of empty promises and false hopes. I let them challenge some easy old accounts that were showing a few errors. They actually made things worse. I have now successfully disputed the items ON MY OWN and did the repair myself. I should also mention they billed me 3 more months after I canceled, following their procedure. Even my bank noted that this company was a huge fraud. I waited to post my review as they were PUSHING me to review right away when I signed up. I'm glad I waited. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Ty Sauceda was great today!! I had an issue that I did not understood and needed some advice. I was glad that I have gotten the chance to speak with Ty because he helped me so much and ease my concerns, he was very patience and answered every question and concern with warmth and care. Excellent customer service. After 2 months of service, I now have excellent credit averaging 770 and climbing!! Highly recommend if you have a couple of blemishes that need cleaned up!

My experience with National Credit Care has been pleasurable. Anytime I have had any questions or concerns, someone has always been available and willing to address them. It does take time to see results but with that, you know things are being done appropriately and with accuracy. Dexter DeGradi is awesome and knowledgeable, but most importantly willing to share his knowledge and expertise. As the saying goes, Rome wasn't built overnight", so you must be patient and remain positive.

I ve been with The National Credit Care for less than (6) months. One of my telephone conversations I had with Joel Sidoty left me with such worry-free feeling. I ve had Lexington Law Firm for over a year, and they didn t offer as many solutions, nor did they explain what I should look forward to. Very professional and credit goal oriented. I have had a wonderful experience working with candice macias. She was very helpful full when it came to going over my credit and what I needed to do to get my score higher.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric Ayala. He was patient and very knowledgeable of his work. He answered all of my questions, and if there was anything that he was unsure about, he went and did his research for the answers. When I called on 01/29/2020, I was feeling very uneasy, concerned, and a little afraid about the process of fixing my credit, and the Do's & Don'ts, and whether or not if I was doing what I was previously advised to do, since September 2019. After explaining what I had done and was doing, Eric reassured me that I was on the right path. :-) He also, gave valuable suggestions as for applying for a credit card, because that is one thing I lack, and that affecting not score (NOT having a CC). His advice came with confidence, clarity, and not overbearing. He advised me, based on MY NEEDS! That's a major plus in my book. Thank you again, Eric! You're Awesome!
