I have been with this company for a little over 2 months and my credit score increase already. You will get results with this company. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. When you call in you get one prompt and get directed to a customer service rep very quickly. The last person I dealt with was Austin. Keep up the great work.
I joined NNC almost a year ago. I've spoke to a number of councilors, Juanita Casados is by far, my favorite. She's very helpful and has excellent customer service. She's upbeat, and her optimistic attitude is a plus. Keep up the good work!!!

Signed up for the credit restoration program about 6 months ago and just called in for a review. I spoke with Neil. He was terrific to work with. He was able to get my credit report and let me know that my credit score has improved quite a bit since enrolling in the program. Overall, I am very pleased with the progress they've made for me.

I used National Credit Care years ago and was able to get a home loan thanks to their fast work. I have ran into some issues with things on my report again and within minutes of speaking with Bobbette she was on top of it. I think anyone having credit issues should give them the chance to help.

Robert Martinez from NCC has been working on my account for a number of months now. He is a pleasure to work with and is methodically getting rid of errors on my accounts. Robert is thorough and literally tenacious! I so appreciate his efforts and NCC.
Had a couple problems with my credit so I called to see on how I can fix it. I talked to a girl named Denine Lopez who was great at what she does, she explained everything to me perfectly clear and made sure I understood.
Oliver was able to explain the whole process to me. He took the time to break down some of the things and how long those things take. NCC has been able to remove some damaging items from my credit reports. Plan on about 90 days to get favorable results from their work.
I called for a simple question and spoke to Anne Marchan. She was extremely helpful. She not only answered my question, she also explained the process and gave me advice on what to do so I can help in raising my credit score. I couldn't be happier with her and really only want to talk with her with future questions. It felt personal, not just a number. Thank you Anne.
After learning ALL they do is milk customers and dispute claims (which I can do myself for no money) I kept getting calls and texts from Colby (never spoke to this guy at ALL), which I politely replied "thank you but we've chose not to use your services at this time and have a great day. " He replies back to me "No problem, I dont ever bother anyone who doesnt want to buy a home."
Really, just really ?!?! No thanks and I'll NEVER call this place back.

Horrible service!! Only heard from them twice. That was when I signed up and when I called to cancel service. They tried to keep me on with saying the pandemic had been the issue. If that was the case why was I still being charged monthly? 8 months of credit repair and nothing changed. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone! Total let down. Hope you read this before you sign the dotted line!!

I started with National Credit Care a year ago and they were able to help me get my credit to where I am now a home owner. Thanks to Tyler I kept them even after I purchased my home to keep me on the right track. I recommend the help of Tyler he is great to work with.
National Credit Care has assisted me for 3 years now, and they have done so much! When I first signed up with them, I was unable to get a home loan, now thanks to them, I closed on my house this past April, not only did my scores qualify me for a home loan, but they also qualified me for down payment assistance as a first time home buyer. Lucky for me the seller took care of the closing costs and I didn't have to pay anything at closing, instead I was given a check for $800.00. These guys are super aggressive when doing what they do, every time I called they would let me know the status and coached me through what I needed to do next. I recently received a call from a young lady letting me know that they were very closing in completing my account, when calling to follow up I spoke to Nero White, who was very helpful, and let me know to try calling back in June so that we could review my account since the home loan was just settling in. He said we could do a soft check on my credit report to see where we stood and what the next plan of action is... Long story short The National Credit Care team is amazing. Please note that Your credit is not fixed over night, it's hard work and consistent effort, effort that I honestly don't have.... This why I have them, they do the work for you and all you see is your Credit Score going UP, UP, UP.....
